****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This was our 3rd year here (5 adults, 1 teen). It's our annual family vacation and the only time some of us get to spend some real quality time together so it's a pretty special week for us. We've always loved this place and felt so at home here; but this year when I walked in, I was overwhelmed with the loveliness of the whole place. I don't know if it was the lighting or the exceptional tidiness and cleanliness, but whatever it was, it was a wonderful greeting. I knew instantly that we were in for another great week together in this really beautiful condo. Beyond that (as if), we did not want for anything. The condo is very well appointed with every amenity, utility, kitchen gadget, etc. that you could possibly need...and we did cook. A lot. We enjoyed the puzzle, which we all worked on throughout the week -- not an easy one so completing it was a fun accomplishment to celebrate. The condo is a short walk to a great part of the boardwalk (quiet, but near good stores and restaurants/bars). Thank you for having us. We hope to be able to do it again in 2025.

Just returned from a 4 night stay in this unit. This was our 3rd time staying here. This property is very comfortable and well-furnished with everything we needed, and more. Upon check-in it was very clean. Location is great and we were able to walk to many restaurants and the boardwalk. I was really sad to leave. I am ready to retire and move into this unit full-time.

The condo was lovely and in a great location. We were happy with our stay. Comfy beds, good size rooms, well-stocked kitchen, and lovely balcony. My only real complaint was all the extra fees. I understand the refundable fee in case of damages, but Vrbo lists a price, and then there are cleaning fees, something called "additional charges," which are not explained, and cost over $400, and adminstrative fees in addition to the rental price. I found all the fees excessive.

This was our 14th annual multi-gen (adults and 1 teen) family trip to OCMD and our second consecutive stay at this property. We love it. It's decorated beautifully with all the amenities we needed for our group (large sectional and dining table) and a well-equipped kitchen as we did do some cooking throughout the week. Very spacious overall. The location is also ideal for us. Quiet street in a safe and pretty walkable neighborhood yet just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach, which we did daily. We also enjoy sitting on the balcony in the mornings with coffee and evenings with cocktails with its peaceful canal views. Really lovely property.

The unit comes supplied with everything we needed. Walking distance to many local stores. Carpet is so soft. Front door needs to be re-aligned. Other than that, no complaints. We had a nice family vacation in Ocean City this year! The condo was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. We had plenty of room for our group of seven to spread out! We had all ages including greatgrandma, teens, young adults, toddler and friends and everyone had a good time.
It’s a very quiet part of town and everyone we met was nice and friendly.

Beautiful Condo on the Bay
We were a party of 6 down for cruisin weekend. The condo was beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very modern with charging outlets throughout the unit. Beds were comfortable. Very nice property
The location, cleanliness and comfort of the property was beyond good. A fellow resident of the condos moved our bicycles to the next door property without our consent. Once we returned them to the condo bike rack, the same person chained them and threatened to call the police on us. She claimed that the rack was hers and we could not place our bikes there. Eventually, realizing that we were renting a unit in the property, she removed the chain without apology. I can't help but believe race played a factor in her actions.

This condo was so much better than the pictures show. The bedrooms were the perfect size. In fact, the master bedroom is HUGE. Great space with tons of dresser storage and a massive walk-in.
The kitchen was well supplied, as was the rest of the condo with everything you need for a great, relaxing vacation.

Near perfect experience. Condo was very nice and modern, expertly decorated, well laid out. Being on the canal was a nice bonus. Easy to access, instructions from friendly rental agent were clear and accurate. Condo located in a quiet area for the most part, minus the dog across the way barking non-stop. We would consider staying here again.

- Cleaners missed a couple details, and did not provide starter supplies of paper towels or TP.
- Plumbing supply lines were super squeaky in 2 of the bathrooms.
