Location was the selling point for me. Being on first street gives you easy access to the majority of the shops that are still open in October. The hot tub was nice. The tv was tiny in comparison to most tvs but still has HDMI if you’re interested. The balcony was my biggest complaint of this stay, the balconies here are only separated by a half wall. There is also the very small parking lot under the hotel to leave a vehicle. Supposedly there is another lot a few blocks off but not worth it in my opinion. Other than that it could have used an actual deep cleaning, floor boards and the dust on the lamps were the things I noticed. All the staff were friendly to us.

We stayed during Oceans Calling festival and it was an ideal location. The staff was so friendly. Parking was tight but we were happy to have a spot.

The staff was very friendly. The room was dated with a TINY tv. And the tv picture was blurry/distorted. Overall, a very pleasurably experience but dont plan on spending a lot of time in the room.

Literal bugs in the bed and mold on the walls and all we got was “I’ll change your sheets” you’d be better off pitching a tent then staying here. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful to charge top dollar and thinks it’s okay for people to sleep in those conditions!

We had a wonderful time, staff very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, we had the best vacation ever!!!! And we definitely will be staying there again!!!! The only problem that we encountered was the parking, my sister is handicapped, and we were never able to get a parking space in the garage, I think those spaces in front of the office should be reserved for the handicapped!!!!

Good location, average room - nothing great. Lacks in cleanliness. There are only about 6 parking spaces at the hotel- their other parking lot is 1.5 blocks away from the hotel. We won’t stay there again.

We booked it with Expedia. we got a phone call when we were leaving says that it was overbooked. We were forced to pay extra for a different room! It was gross, mold growing in bathroom. Other people's hair all around. The ac unit had a bucket under it on our balcony. Not enough blankets. The pictures did not show the actual condition of the room.

Location was great! Right on the boardwalk but the parking is horrible, you’re paying for the convenience of being close to the beach but you have to walk a few blocks to a parking lot that is separate from the hotel, not at all nice, especially when driving out to dinner and coming back late with your children and having to make that walk, you guys should really do something about that

Older hotel, we reserved 2 rooms. One room didn’t have hot water, 2nd room the door was a mess, we had to lift up the door to open and close it. It would drag on the floor. Good location for the beach and rides. Parking is tricky. They only have a few spots on site otherwise you park a couple block’s away.

Next to no parking. Had to park about 4 blocks away! Couldn’t find any Handicapped parking on site until our last day! We had no maid service for our entire stay! In the morning when we were leaving our room around 10 AM, we found a bag with clean towels, etc. While checking out there was a dead cockroach in the lobby! The desk staff was extremely friendly!

Despite Expedia double booking the ocean front room I purchased and never letting me know when the hotel informed them, the hotel staff was kind enough to book me in one of their available condos instead. Employees were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Water took about 5 minutes to get hot and when it got hot it wasnt even hot lol. It was less than luke warm. Room said Queen bed, which im pretty sure it was a twin bed, not even close to a Queen size. Other than that it was okay! I give it like a 2/5 stars

Did not like that there was no hot water in the shower lady at the front desk was so sweet offered another room unfortunately we were all settled in and in bed already. For the price of the room they may want to check that prior to checking people into their rooma.

The floor was wet. The first night we chalked it up to maybe they mopped. The next day it was still wet in spots. We mentioned it to the front desk. Who did nothing. Leaving this am we mentioned it again and they seemed to know that room takes on water in the rain and weren’t to bothered about it. The jacuzzi tub cover was falling off. The fridge was missing shelf fronts. The beds were full size not queen size and squeaky. The parking was very limited and the over flow was a couple blocks down the street.

This is our 4th time staying here and will stay again. The staff is very friendly & welcoming. The room was clean and with the ocean view can't be beat. The location is perfect. Will definitely stay here again.
