Can I move in please?

It was just the most amazing little place, small but such a beautiful spot. I loved the area, so central to everywhere, buses within 30 seconds although I walked everywhere., because there was so much to see every day. The place was clean, and had the quirkiest bathroom I have ever seen, it's rather unique. Kitchen facilities were really good, everything I needed, and was able to invite my friends for brunch as there were planty of plates and cutlery. Quiet... Being as it's just off Western Road, how is the flat so quiet? It's totally tranquil inside and out, and there is an amazing selection of wildlife. Having stayed 11 days I would have been happy to move in and am going to really really miss being there.

Not so much what I didn't like, just a few things that were a shame. The garden was overgrown and seemed a little neglected, and the outside furniture needed a good clean. There is a cat flap in the back door and I think next door's very beautiful cat might be coming in and using the bathroom facilities. I can't think of anything else it really was a lovely happy little place.

Location good. Bed comfortable

Whole placed smelled of cat litter and provoked my husband to have an allergic reaction. Very noisy neighbours stomping around above us all night.

Ideal for a central few days stay in the heart of everything

Excellent location. Very close to Brighton, Hove, the beach and the pier. Loads of bars / shops too. Well kitted out with everything you need. Nice court yard area.

No parking permits available for guests (advised to use extortionate public car parks). Having to take our own rubbish and recycling to public bins.

Disappointing

The property is situated in a central area 5 mins walk to the promenade. The equipment in the small kitchen is of good quality & the bed is comfortable.

The cleanliness of the studio is poor. Dirty shower , dusty shelves, rusty fan , dirty doors , stained mattress protector, & garden furniture requires a good cleaning down. Studio requires a good deep clean.

Convenient, reasonably priced but noisy.

Excellent position. 5 mins walk to sea front and on the main shopping street. Lots of hot water and bed comfortable. Nice kitchen area but no microwave oven. Clean except for dust bunnies under the bed! Everything you need and of good quality. Local co-op just outside the door for basics on arrival. I would recommend if you don't mind the noise.

Very noisy. Heard every footstep up the stairs and every door being shut. Late night arguments between other residents at 23.00 and on one occasion 04.00 in the morning. Garden furniture needs a good clean. Garden scruffy. No available brush to sweep up the room with(so bought one!). Shower holder broken but they did offer to come and fix it but I wasn't prepared to wait for them to come. Might be snug for 2 people!. Could be so much more if garden attended to. Difficult to open key safe.
