The house features amenities such as internet WiFi, a billiard table, a table football game, and a washing machine. Parking is available for up to 5 cars on the premises.
Outdoors
The property boasts an impressive outdoor space with a 200 m2 lawn and a seasonal angular swimming pool (7 x 4 m, 30 m2, depth 140 cm) available from May 1st to October 15th. Enjoy the outdoor shower, hot tub, 12 m2 terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue area. Additionally, there is an outdoor kitchen with 4 hot plates and a refrigerator, perfect for alfresco dining.
Other Information
Please note that youth groups are not allowed, and organizing parties is prohibited. The hot tub heating is included in the price from May 1st to October 15th, but there is an extra charge for the period between October 15th and May 1st. The unit consists of two houses rented as one unit, offering ample space for your vacation rental needs.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious 9-room house that spans across 3 levels, covering an area of 330 square meters. The house features a south-facing position, providing ample natural light and warmth. The living/dining area is generously sized at 100 square meters and is spread across two levels, complete with a sofa bed measuring 170 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This area also includes a kitchen corner and a flat-screen satellite TV, along with air conditioning for your comfort.
Amenities Included
The property is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Air conditioning is available throughout the house, ensuring you stay cool and relaxed. A washing machine is provided for your convenience, and a barbecue area is available for outdoor grilling. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Satellite TV is available, and one of the bathrooms features a luxurious Jacuzzi bathtub for ultimate relaxation. Heating is also available when needed. The house can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests, with 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

The house boasts a stunning outdoor area, with 2 balconies measuring 5 square meters each, 2 terraces spanning 25 square meters, and an additional terrace of 35 square meters. Outdoor furniture, including deck chairs, is provided for your enjoyment. From the property, you can take in distant views of the sea, adding to the peaceful and serene atmosphere. For your convenience, a safe, baby cot, and hair dryer are available. Complimentary WiFi internet access is also provided throughout the property. Please note that this is a non-smoking house. The accommodation consists of two separate houses, with one house featuring a living/dining area and an open kitchen on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The other house has a living/dining area on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor.
