Mr.Mauri, he is exceptional person, very welcoming and so cooperative. Location is good. Apartment is clean

-The bathroom is too small, NOT suitable for all kinds of people. - internet was not working during the check out day (from EARLY morning .

Exceptional

Appartmant is very cosy, very clean, and well sanitised. Fully equipped kitchen. Coffee, sugar, and sweets were provided by the host. Located at the centre of Riccione, within a few minutes, walk to the beach. Maurizio, the host, is one of the kindest hosts we have ever met, so very helpful, kind, pleasant, and professional. He even prepared a welcome present for us. I highly recommend it 👌 Thank you, Maurizio.

pleasant stay

spacious and location. we had very pleasant stay.

the apartment is located just in front of railway and trains are passing by occasionally. with closed windows there is no too much sound but with open it is noticeable. trains are passing even during the night. apartment is well equipped in general except broken shower holder-we had to hold the shower in hand. No toaster. no tea packs and some really bad smelling coffee capsules - we were happy we brought our own. parking is about 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment
