Great location, great price, was clean but smelled awful.

Superb location ! affordable !

The room we rented smelled like a sauna. Sweaty and fowl then we turned on the cooler and a similar bad smell came out. We decided to buy air freshener and we kept the windows open most of the time we stayed there to air out the place.

Waiste of time, host very unpleasant and has no respect at all for his clients.

The room is as expected. Very good location.

The problem is the host and the check-in process. It’s all self check-in. Once there, I decided to book another night because I really liked the city. Eveything was confirm but the next day turns out they were people in the room I have booked and they could give us another room only if I paid cash on top of what I already paid. Very bad experience and big waiste of time. I do not recommend at all … too bad because the place is ok for the price.

Comfortable but a little awkward to get into!

Nice, new, spacious, clean, close to the beach!

Lots of construction in the area, very noisy, skateboarders making noise until midnight, freezer shelf was broken.

Enjoyed having the beach close by but couldn’t rest well during the day at the room because of the continual constructio

We liked the proximity to the beach and train station.

During the time we were staying here there was construction directly across the street from us that was very loud. I’m sure it was known by management and should have been shared with us prior to our making the reservation.

great !

loved this place, like an Airbnb. very comfortable and clean, facilities are great. bed super comfortable. only stayed 2 nights but would be convenient to stay longer. feels new. building was quiet didn’t see or hear anyone else. we had great view of enoshima island from room. self check in /out was easy.

there are no staff on the property so if you had an issue I’m not sure how quick it would get sorted. they should send the instructions in both Japanese and English. bikes next door are hello bike app. they are not kept in great shape, flat tyre, low batteries etc but still OK for short time. difficult to dry swimsuits as no washing line.

Almost a perfect score for Bart

As a surfer who work like a normal robot, Bart Inn is almost a perfect score! I came from Nagoya for a business meeting at Tokyo and yet surf is my life, so the schedule was super packed! The staff is being super responsive to my enqiury. With my schedule and he/she being very considerate, adjusted my check in time to match with my schedule. Very friendly and direct approach. Perfect! Location is just like 5~7mins walk to the surf spot and 3mins walk to a 24hours mcd. Amenities are awesome! Sofa, bed, terrace, seperated toilet and bath, cooking space, washing machine, cloth iron.... its not enough for 1 night! There is a bicycle rent just outside the premise. Talk about convenient! With all this, i can understand the price, which is still affordable nonetheless. However, it would be cool if the price is a bit cheaper. For group, couple, solo... i recommend so much, it will be a waste if you dont try staying here!

I still like the price though.... And if there a smoking area.. it would be helpful for smokers...
