Furniture was not stable and the floor still felt dirty after cleaning it, but the staff were kind.

We did not eat at the restaurant. There were a lot of cockroaches around the vicinity, and we were already planning to eat elsewhere. There are not a lot of restaurants that are within walking distance.

The doorknobs on the inside of the room and the towel rack/bar need to be tightened or reinstalled. I appreciated that there were chairs, but the table that accompanies them was too short and very rickety, partially broken.

Noisy hotel. Disrespectful staff.

The room is huge and A/C works fine. Good location as it is walking distance to the bus station and, Walmart.

Staff talking loudly and sometimes yelling/shouting to each other. Quite disrespectful towards guests as most of the ruckus happens in the morning. One day, there was a power outage, and the hotel kept a very loud generator running the whole day. but only to supply energy to the hotel restaurant. We didn't have light, water, and A/C and to top it all, the staff didn't clean the room as well. Power outages are common in Honduras, but listening to a verrrryyyyy loud generator the whole day on top of yelling staff is just annoying, and it's giving a "we don't care" attitude towards hotel guests. The toilet smells moldy..

Perfect place for a night

Perfect for a night before catching the ferry to Utila. The location is great and safe, the staf was super helpful and friendly. the room was clean, comfortable and pretty big. ATM and supermarkets nearby.

Amazing place to stay in La Ceiba. Clean and spacious, comfortable, quiet and they have AC! Supermarket nearby

great place for a stopover for 1 night prior to catching the ferry. nice little place to eat dinner a few doors down and atm is a 3 min walk.

Stopover before Roatan

Very close to the bus terminal. AC and hot shower. Perfect for an overnight stop prior to catching the ferry to the islands

Excellent beds, large rooms, fair bathroom with good shower pressure, helpful staff, on site restaurant.

Aircon in room 12 not very efficient, bathroom sink tap water not flowing well, no coffee facilities on site (paid or free). Filtered water often locked away from accessibility unless reception was open.

Comfortable for a night or 2

Good for a night or 2, good value for money, spacious room and comfortable bed.

All the rooms open out onto a huge courtyard, so you can hear everything from other people. 6am - people talking loudly downstairs and it sounded like they were just outside our window. Also not in the safest area but, to be honest, nowhere in La Ceiba is really that safe! Receptionist could give us no info at all - didn't even know where we could get the bus to SPS. Please train your staff to be able to assist customers with basic information like this please!

Pleasant

The service, the room was clean and spacious. It was very close to the bus station and a good restaurant.

The bathroom was too small. Above all, it was too noisy outside. The window was in front of the backdoor of a restaurant and there were people loading cargo very late and early in the morning. Also there were kids screaming in the corridors and I had to shut them up.

Mold in the bathroom. The pillows are poor quality. Sometimes have to go out through the pseudochinese restaurant. No views.

A comfortable overnight stay. Good value for money

- The staff of the hotel accommodated my late arrival and allowed me to check in at 10pm. - The room was confortable and the air con was powerful enough to cool the room quickly.

Polite, courteous service, the manager is friendly and very attentive.

A short walk away from beautiful West Bay beach. Confortable clean rooms. A mall across the street. Night life plaza within a three minute walk.

Nice place to stay on the way

Good location

A little confusing getting out, because nobody explained we had to go through the back door of a Chinese restaurant. Room was so big that it took the a/c hours and hours to cool it down.
