The house was clean and bright, and located perfectly with easy access to the town center and other amenities, but still quiet and private. A lovely experience!

The property was clean, modern and everything worked as expected. There is no dishwasher and the AC units are loud unless you like high volume white noise. The location is right between the bay and downtown and walking without sidewalks took a bit of getting used too but most drivers were slow. The neighborhood is quiet and great for seeing stars on a clear night. Overall a great small home that felt like home.

Perfect , clean, close to town. Walk to breakfast. Would note that the house is on a hill so access not great for anyone that needs assistance climbing stairs. I think check in at 4pm contrasted to check out at 9am on vacation is a little tough. 10am might be more inviting. But other than that i would highly recommend this adorable house. Very quiet. Climate controlled, interior is nicely layed out imo. Would definitely return .

We had a pleasant stay at the house. It was well appointed and very clean. I didn’t account for the stairs to the front door but it worked out just fine. My first time dealing with a managing agent so there was a learning curve. Requested a later checkout but didn’t receive a response. Nice house!

A great tidy 2 bedroom cape on a fairly quiet corner just outside Wellfleet Village. The home had everything we needed for a great 4 days away. The bed was comfy, and the the house was very clean. We would go back again for sure.

The house was not worth the cost. The largest bed was described as a queen but was only a double. The location was excellent and the property was very clean but lacked charm. The tv kept asking for a code. There were very few incidentals such as house cleaning materials.

Cottage is small and as described apart from not being fenced in for dogs - easy walk to the town centre.

Great hideout for a stay in Wellfleet, and a great HQ for outer-cape adventures. This would be my ideal kind of spot to buy, as it was a fantastic cottage option for a small family like ours. Everything was clean, and the communications were great. A fine spot to unwind after eating too many oysters and walking the beach.

Cozy house, a short walk to the bay and close to Wellfleet center. Comfortable for our family. Only hiccup was the door code wasn't working when we arrived. But a quick call solved the issue.

This house was great for two adults and a toddler. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and main street. Management was extremely attentive and responsive.

This house is really lovely and I would stay there again. It's walking distance from some spots for coffee, groceries, and dining if you don't mind walking on some narrow streets with oncoming traffic. We were a bit disconcerted to come back from the beach one day and find a maintenance worker there doing something in the basement. Also don't plan on a lazy last morning, as the check-out instruction list is extensive. You need to wash and put away all dishes (no dishwasher), take out the trash, strip all the beds (except the bedspreads, which gives the impression they just don't wash these between stays), and be out by 10 AM. All that aside, it's a pretty spot with a nice deck and patio.

The place is very cozy, it has all you need to have a pleasant stay.

This was our first off season stay in Wellfleet. The location of the Oyster House was ideal. We could easily walk to the shops and galleries on Main Street and Commercial Street, the Harbor and Uncle Tim’s Bridge. Just about a 5 minute walk to Mayo Beach and another 5 to the Bookstore (only restaurant in Wellfleet that was still open in December). The house was just right for a couple. Enough space to spread out after a day of shopping and beach walking. The bath was nicely renovated and the queen bed in the front bedroom was very comfortable. We did not use the second bedroom but it would have been good for 2 small children. Del Mar was great to work with. Excellent communications from their team, from check in to check out. Overall, a great house for a couple celebrating our Anniversay.

The house was exactly as pictured, both clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. We had an internet problem, and the management company fixed it promptly and courteously. My only issue is that between VRBO and Delmar, I never did understand the fee structure, and the fees were higher than I initially anticipated.

Really cute, clean and simple 2 bedroom house. Super clean, really nice bathroom and nice beachy decor. Loved the location, quiet and remote feeling but such a short drive or walk to town and beaches and ponds so close by. Really loved location. Was super well equipped and comfy beds and nice sheets and towels. Front deck lovely to sit out on and barely any cars go by, Ive looked at lots of rentals in area and this seemed like a great price for what you get. id rent again happily!!

A small house, but comfortable, which worked well for four of us for one week. Location quite good. Excellent work by Del Mar. Such nice people! Only drawback for someone my age: long outdoor staircase leading from driveway to main entrance. A parking area for one car with easy access to kitchen door would make a big difference.

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, comfy, warm, and centrally located. The managers were responsive and accommodating. My only suggestion is to add some extra hooks on the walls (bathroom too) for hanging things like coats and towels, etc.

This was a great holiday home. The property had everything that you needed and was well placed for the town of Wellfleet and its surrounding beaches. Del Mar were excellent agents, providing useful information and dealing with questions very rapidly. We had a slight problem with bedding, which they rectified within the hour,so couldn't ask for more. We would recommend this property and Del Mar without reservation.

Went for the Welfleet oyster festival. Short walk into town. The house was clean and conveniently located.

This is a lovely property. TV listing was not accurate as provider had been changed (Apple to Roku). There were minor issues, such as lukewarm water in bath, non-stick pans in need of replacement. However, these were made up for by the prompt, patient, and courteous response(s) from the DelMar staff. It was indeed very nice to have sheets and towels provided, which is unusual on the Cape. I would stay again.

Del Mar were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Professional, attentive and warm in all communication. Very comfortable beds, updated roomy bathroom. Very clean. I think the lighting in the smaller bedroom could be improved and a more comfy couch in the living room. Hooks and a shelf in the outside shower would make this home perfect for a vacation rental.

We are a family of four, and the house was the perfect size for us, super clean, and well stocked with everything we needed! We loved starting the day with a cup of coffee on the front deck and a walk or bike ride into town. We grilled and ate out back several times during the week, usually fresh sea food from the cute fresh fish market in town. Newcomb Beach is our new favorite beach destination- never crowded, easy to unload and set up, and has an awesome sand bar. Absolutely perfect beach that can only be used by people with Wellfleet stickers. After a day at the beach, we loved the outdoor shower, and the small back yard was the perfect size to set up a game of Kan Jam. We had a fabulous week staying at the house, and wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks for sharing the house with us!
