The Condo was great and as advertised. Easy process. Great Location. Loved the outdoor hot tubs and pool. Bus stop was right there. Will stay here again

As always, we found the condo tidy and clean. The kitchen had been recently renovated and floor areas retiled. It was very nice. The entire unit is modern and up-to-date. You can't beat the location right next to the hot tubs and bus stop.

Property owner was great to work with. Answered texts quickly. Condo was very comfortable with all needed items including extra trash bags. Great rec center across the parking lot.

The condo was clean and well-stocked. We would definitely stay there again. The only negative we had were some very noisy neighbors. Otherwise, it was just what we were hoping for.

Perfect distance between Winter Park and Granby ski resorts! A little more updated than the pictures shown.

My adult son and I skied for a week at Winter Park. This condo was perfect. Had great internet and TV. The ski bus almost comes to the front door of this condo. We used the outdoor hot tub at the club everyday.

My family and I loved the condo! It was very clean, stocked with all necessary supplies, and close to everything we needed. We will stay there again.

Property was as described clean and very well stocked! Couch and chairs have been updated from the pictures. And even though the oven didn't work it never slowed us down because the owner brought out a toaster oven that fit pizzas. Also fit our pan of lasagna and cookies!

We have stayed here many times and have always been happy. The place is always clean and comfortable. Usually it is just my sons and myself who come but this year my wife joined us. too She commented on how comfortable the king sized bed is in the master bedroom and also how well stocked the kitchen is. And we always enjoy the fact that we are just a few steps away form the pool and hot tubs. It is a nice setup.

Exceptional Fraser location, conveniently located right next to the bus line and right across from the community building with laundry, fitness, pool, hot tubs, basketball, ping pong, etc. Also right up the hill from Safeway. It is also very close to the tubing hills in Fraser. This second floor condo is on the smaller side, but is well maintained. Communication with the owner was great all throughout the process. The seating area is a little small, with just a single couch available, however the dining table had four extremely comfortable rolling chairs that allowed for flexible seating to watch movies or TV. The kitchen is very functional, albeit a little dated; but in talking with the owner that is scheduled to be refreshed Spring 2022. The configuration of the second bedroom (queen with twin bunks) was great for our family of five. All the kids had a bed to themselves without having to utilize the sleeper sofa. Excellent internet speeds, so if you need to knock out a little bit of work you'll have no concerns with bandwidth.

We had a wonderful time, didn't expect as much rain as we got. We were hampered as we were on motorcycles. Beautiful rides on sunny days.

The condo was perfect! Great location! Very clean and cozy! I would highly recommend staying there! I go out to Colorado several times to guide and vacation per year and will definitely like to stay there again!!

We just spent 3 weeks at this lovely condo. The location is perfect , so close to town and beautiful hikes, and amazing views from deck. The Clubhouse is right across the parking area with pool and hot tubs. Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to cook meals. We appreciated the spices and oil. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable. Driving to Winter Park was no problem and club house with hot tub was right across the parking lot. I also noticed the Lift bus was less than 50 yards away and the grocery store was right down the hill.

We had a great stay at this property for our first family ski trip out west. Daryl was great about communication and instructions. The furniture and physical space is a bit worn from years of use, but that did not have a negative impact on our stay. The Lift bus stop is within steps of the condo, and the grocery store is a two minute drive away. Location and scenery were fantastic. We stayed there Monday - Friday, and the condo complex was very quiet. Not sure if that changes on the weekends, but many of the other units weren't even occupied, which was great for us.

Owner is very considerate and wants to make sure the stay is as good as possible.The unit is nice and the furniture and decorations make it feel just right for a holiday in the mountains near a ski resort. We really enjoyed our stay and the overall experience.

Great location for our family near the pool and tennis courts and central to our activities in Winter Park and Grand Lake. We relaxed on the deck looking at the nice views and made good use of the Webber gas grill for dinners and lunches. Overall excellent value.

We enjoyed our stay! It was convenient to many things like grocery, restaurants and things we wanted to do. We loved being right across from the clubhouse. We swam each day and the clubhouse crew was on point with their covid restrictions and we felt safe. My kids loved the bunk beds and the huge queen bed for my teen! We didn’t cook at all there but the kitchen had plenty to use if needed. It was warm when we visited so we probably could have used another fan, but it was fine. We didn’t get to open the windows as much as we wanted due to the forest fires happening near us. Overall, a great stay and we would choose again!

Great location for heading to Rocky Mountain NP or Lake Granby in summer. Bathrooms are updated but not the living area, kitchen, linens, etc. Clean and at an affordable price. Added bonus of a grocery store right at the entrance to the subdivision.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. Close to clubhouse with nice amenities.

This condo was perfect for us. I was helping a couple friends of mine experience out west skiing. The 2 bedrooms were exactly what we needed. They got the master l took the 2nd. Kitchen was well outfitted for the meals we ate in. The bus stop for shuttle to WP was right across the street to the left. The fitness spa center straight across the street in front. Which was great by the way 2 giant hot tubs and a warm water pool. Check in and out were very easy, my damage down payment returned promptly. This condo would work for a family too as there is a set of bunk beds in the second bedroom. TV, cable, WiFi nice tv. Life is good!

Just 15 minutes from Winter Park and 2 minutes (walking) from clubhouse. Excellent communication from owner.

Wonderful accommodations! Property was clean and had every thing we needed. The location was perfect. We would definitely book this property again. Highly recommend. We had 5 people with 3 grown children. We all fit in just fine.
