Beautiful home. Plenty of space for the four of us and doggy. Back yard is perfect for summer vacation and beach is close by. This home feels loved and we can certainly see why. Home is exceptionally well stocked. We hope to visit again. Thanks Donna!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we have enjoyed both times!

This property couldn't have been more perfect with its beach themed decor inside and out. Plus, it was neat and clean. The seating was very comfortable both inside and out. We loved the pool and hot tub. A very quiet setting. Totally fenced in for our little dog. We drove to Crescent Beach (less than a 5-minute drive) because it is pet friendly and not crowded. We would recommend this rental to any couple or small family. The property manager was helpful, and we enjoyed the corn hole game she provided for the back yard. Overall, we would give this rental experience an A+++.

We have stayed multiple times and will continue coming back! We love this home as it is warm, welcoming, and cozy! Not to mention CLEAN!!! This home has everything you need plus more and only a short walk to the beach! Donna is so amazing and friendly!

The house was well equipped for our family with two little ones. The pool was beautiful. The location was ideal for us. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the beach. Home owner was easy to work with and very nice. Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

The house and outdoor patio were perfect for our kids. Plus they had all the beach equipment we needed and kayaks to explore the canals. House was clean and appliances top end. Very nice place to stay

My family and I spent Christmas at this property and it was perfect spot. Kitchen is fully stocked, nice open floor plan, extra twin beds in each room which was nice for us, and the hot tub and pool were amazing. Pretty sunrises from the dock too! Will come back again.

We really enjoyed our time here. The home was so beautiful. It was so clean and we had absolutely everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and wasn't crowded. We definitely want to come back next year.

This house had it all. Wonderful beds/linens/towels and comfortable furniture. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful outdoor relaxing area with pool, jacquizzi and yard for our little dog. Nice neighborhood to walk in. Beach was about 1 mile by car. House sits on a canal which was very quiet but had some boat activity and lighted docks to watch. St Augustine was about a 12 minute drive to bridge of Lions. Great location for relaxing and quick to get to nightlife activity of historic St Augustine. Would definitely go back and highly recommend. Owner responded in minutes to questions.

Firstly, Donna has gone out of her way to make this home the perfect spot for vacationing. It has everything you could possibly need...and then some. The house was spotless and very functional for a family of 4 + 2 furbabies. The location is excellent. Just a short drive to everything you could need...shopping, nice dinners and the best beaches. We could not have been happier with the experience we had for our stay. We would book this place again in a heart beat. This house is a gem and such a fun place to stay. Thank you, Donna, for providing us the opportunity to "live in St. Augustine" for a week.

Enjoyed our stay at this great house.

This was an awesome stay! I was here with my 78 year old mom and my dog and we had such a relaxing week. We floated in the pool and enjoyed the view of the canal every day. The view is amazing and it was so quiet. I had a slew of requirements for my mom when looking for a rental and this house met them all. She has some mobility issues but was able to get up and down the steps well. The dining table is counter height and I worried that would be an issue for mom but it was very comfortable and manageable for mom. The house was clean and everything you need to stay is available. It was the perfect size for us but could certainly work for a family. We didn’t use the kayaks or bikes but I love that they were available! And I saw everything you would need if you have small kids too. The only negative was the sofa in the living room was a bit uncomfortable (maybe because it’s a sleeper, idk) and the living room chair appeared a little bit dirty. Mom loved the recliner in the living room and the linens and towels were top notch! I would stay here again and recommend to anyone for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. Donna provided everything we needed including beach towels, floats for the pool, kayaks and bicycles. The home was very clean which made me feel good with a toddler. The view is amazing and the fishermen in our family loved the dock. We loved having a private pool and hot tub. The hot tub was super clean and smelled of chlorine when we opened it…it was clean! Donna was very responsive to our questions and was super easy to contact. We will definitely book again! home has everything you could possibly need, pool, hot tub and outdoor area are so relaxing and nice. you really dont need anything as mgr takes care of everything for you, the only knock i have is not on the home but the city or whomever is in charge of putting a cross walk to new beach access, you must wait for a break in traffic and cross quickly as you are crossing a1a traffic going 50 plus miles an hour. we throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Pool & hot tub very relaxing, canal pretty at night when the various docks have lights on, close to Crescent Beach, and easy access to everything.

House was as advertised. Donna was very helpful. Location is very convenient to beaches and St Augustine. The kids loved the heated pool and fishing from the dock. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this awesome house with our family of two adults and two children for a week and had an amazing experience. The property was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and we all slept soundly every night. The location was perfect for our family as it was close to many attractions and activities that we could enjoy together. Super clean and comfortable with a heated pool and hot tub! Bikes and kayaks available for use if you want. In our case we just relaxed by the pool. Great sun all day while you are poolside. The owner has provided everything you need to have a great time at the property and surrounding area. We felt absolutely comfortable and safe. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved looking down the canal every morning and at night. The lights on it were amazing. We enjoyed the heated pool all day and night swims were fun. The hot tub was also very relaxing. We were 4 adults and 2 young children. The seating in the living room was sparse. I ended up bringing a bean bag for more luxury. ( I live less then 10 miles away) But other then that it was very comfortable and everything we needed to enjoy. I would definitely stay again.

We loved this house. The pool and hot tub were great and just the right temperature on the slightly cool days. The house was super clean, completely well stocked with anything you might need,and it had top of the line appliances. Hurricane Nicole made us leave a little early but we are already planning our return visit. Crescent Beach is beautiful and only a 3 minute drive away with parking, and the house has plenty of chairs, umbrella, cooler, and floats. Donna is a pleasure to talk to and a great resource for local knowledge.

The house was great. . .had everything we needed, and was very clean! We loved loved loved the pool and hot tub! Our pup loved the lizards! 😳 Was an easy walk to the beach. We also drove the short distance and parked at Crescent Beach Park when we were taking chairs and umbrella, which were provided. Donna is delightful!! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a tremendous experience at this property. This beach themed oasis was clean, comfortable, and the location is dynamite. Not only a quick drive to Old St Augustine, but a quick walk to the beach as well. This home is on a quiet street with a dock on the canal. Beach entrance gives you ample space to settle in. Kayak, swim, watch the outdoor TV, and relax in the hot tub. Fully outfitted appliances and linens. We’ll be back. The owner is hands on and cares about your experience. We highly recommend. We were fortunate to be able to stay in this amazing place for an entire week and we still didn’t want to leave! It was literally our home away from home. The pictures online do not do Donna’s place justice. As the write up online states it truly is the best of both worlds! You can stay at the place with a wonderful view of the canal and fish off the dock. The pool and hot tub are wonderful!! That’s a vacation in itself there. This house is also in short walking or driving distance to the beach. What we liked about the beach was the fact that it is not crowded and has that family vibe to it. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Donna’s place. She provided everything we needed and then some. We will definitely be booking again in the future!!

This house really does have it all. Matanzas River canal was easy access to the River. The heated pool (at no additional cost) was perfect. The house had everything we needed. A countertop icemaker was very helpful. The beds were comfortable with high quality bedding supplied. A closet full of plush bath towels, and beach towels. The best part for us was the outdoor seating area. Easy to grill in the shade. The outdoor furniture is durable and comfortable. You need to bring minimum to this home. Beach chairs, Beach umbrella’s, Bike’ss, Kayak’s; The list goes on! The home owner is easy to reach if you have any questions.
