The building the room

Good Comfortable Rooms and Friendly Check in Staff , Close to the town center for food etc.

Parking was taken by the Pub patrons as the football was on so we parked in the pay and display car park next door however you can only pay for 10hrs max

The overall experience was very good

Nothing to complain about

There was no breakfast but the Bay Tree cafe across the road was excellent. Bed very comfortable and shower room good.

Maybe some attention to areas ( around windows and shower area) that are starting to show a little mould.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff in the pub at key handover. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facility.

Room No. 1 was directly above the pub bar. Very noisy! Loud music, talking etc. Although it was a Saturday afternoon / night. Walls are "paper thin" so conversations can be overheard. Main light in the room kept "flickering" dim then bright and repeat ! Noisy fridge kept "regulating" switching off and on.

Nice clean room with large shower , small fridge , comfortable bed and great value

Our room , No.5 was over the pub and there was a constant humming 24/7 from below us . It did affect my sleep and a light sleeper may have some trouble getting too sleep. Might be fridges,air con or other pump machinery. We were made aware by management on booking that we could rebook one of the rooms on the quieter side rooms 6-10 but were too late and most were already taken. I didn’t score the room lower in any case but I had noticed that when the hotel won “ 4 in a bed “ , the occupant of our room N0.5 was supplied with a mask and earplugs which we weren’t . I would stay there again though but in another room if available.

Very clean, comfortable. Great value.

It was very hot. Heating was up full blast in all corridors and our room. Had to sleep with window open even though we had turned our radiator off.

The covenience of being in town . The room was comfortable and clean .

There was nothing that I did not like.
