Good location, clean property, fresh sheets and towels. Everything was as described as in details. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our time. The setting is lovely. Wonderful, peaceful area; great neighbors, too. If I'm ever in the neighborhood again, I'll most definitely use this property.

Lovely townhouse in a quiet neighborhood

This place did not disappoint. The view was phenomenal. The check in and check out process was very easy. Each bedroom had a bathroom which was great. The kids enjoyed fishing off of the pier in the back of the house. I would stay here again any time!

Sad to say… We loved the idea of this house and the location and were very disappointed with the reality. But there are two sides to every coin. We were able to find some positives among the negatives. The house is pretty much as pictured with a few caveats. It is directly on Assawoman bay on a quiet block. We LOVED the location. Great neighbors. The few caveats were that there was no mention of the construction directly next door. During the day we can hear them banging away. The rooms and the space of the rooms are exactly as you can imagine. The balconies are a great touch. However, the carpet on the master balcony lifts with the wind and all outlets and lights need to be replaced. There were a ton of light switches that don't work, knob and tube wiring that you can see and some places that may have been mold growing. The tub in the master needs to be replaced as it is quite gross. There were multiple small holes in the ceiling. And I think I mentioned the smell right from the beginning. The communication at the end regarding lost items and a fee for slime on a couch pillow was even more disappointing. We were happy to pay (what I am sure was an inflated cost) but then she couldn't figure out how to get the payment link to work. Her style of communication is very rude. We have stayed at many other rentals and never had an experience like this and we will not stay here again.

The house is located in a great location. Had great views of the bay. A few issues such has the master bathroom shower had a ton of lime and calcium build up that cause no water from the shower until we cleaned it, one bed room had no power for 12 hours - wish that was checked before we as renters came in and refrigerator took a while to get cold. I wish the grill was not a charcoal grill and it was a gas grill. The grill took for ever. I do wish communication was better via the messaging via the app. I still would stay here again if i was to come back to ocean city.

We loved our stay here!

We had a great stay. We especially loved using the kayaks and standup paddleboard. It was fun to sit in the yard or on the dock and watch the steady parade of boats go by. Very relaxing! Great location.

We had a great time. Everything was clean, the house was very homey. Very relaxing. The house was in a great location and the back yard was beautiful. It was stocked with fishing poles, kayaks and a grill. We had so much entertainment. I highly recommend this house.

If you have breathing issues or allergies to mold/mildew ...BEWARE! 3 out of 5 a/c with mold in them were replaced by the maintenance but they ignored the other 2. (I took pictures and sent them to the owner).The smell hits you as soon as you walk in and stays in your belongings when you leave. The owner offered a late check out or discount on future stay instead of, at the very least, refunding the "cleaning fee". Definitely DO NOT recommend staying here. In hindsight and after reading other reviews the owner definitely had this issue brought to her attention before and clearly doesn't care.

The property was just as listed and, in person, was very beautiful. We had a fantastic time and would stay there again! The owner was quick to respond to our questions and was helpful. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We had an amazing time!

Stay was good. The access to the bay and yard was the reason I picked this place and it didn't disappoint. The neighbor was helpful with teaching us how to catch bait fish. But the neighbor also seemed to be quite curious of all their neighbors. The only complaint would be a mildewy smell to the house. Not sure if it was dirty ACs or mildew in the carpets. I was excited to be able to wash laundry while on vacation but I had to rewash everything when I got home bc it smelled like the house. Overall the stay was good and I would recommend this place

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the long weekend over the 4th. The house is perfectly sized and then some for the 7 folks we had with us. We could barely leave the backyard and the pier as we just had great sunsets every night. Really friendly neighbors as well and just enough off the main strip to get you away from all the craziness, but in a perfect location to jump off to any other spots in ocean city from. Hoping to stay here again.

Great and would recommend to others.

The location was great as we could walk to the boardwalk and the beach. The hot tub wasn’t working nor was the boat lift so we were unable to kayak or enjoy the hot tub. The bathroom in the master bedroom could use some updating but other than that the house was great. The three full bathrooms made it very nice as each couple had their own bathroom.

The vacation house is in really great location, convenient to everything, waterfront with the boat dock. The owner is so responsible and answered all questions we had, even coming from DE to assist us. Kindly suggest her to put more details in check in and check out notices. We couldn’t remember the details when we booked few months ago. Dock lift are not allowed to be used and please put the signs there. Door sign and parking sign need to be updated.

This property was the right size for 3 adult couples. The wives loved the dock area to relax. Location on the island was ideal to most things you want to do. Bring your own pans if you’re intending to cook as there was only 1 pan supplied so it took some time to make a meal for a group. Overall we enjoyed our time and the host was great to communicate with.

No central AC they are individual AC units in each room which are very noisy and not being able to maintain the proper temperature the dock lift was damage and very dangerous the door lock not working taking forever to unlock the entrance door everything it’s old tiles in the bathrooms squeaking and moving Jacuzzi in horrible condition , A lot more issues not enough space To write

Place was pretty much as advertised. Great location, quiet, lots to do. We had a great time in Ocean City. We had no contact with the property manager. We were told to follow directions in a binder. The place was clean but is becoming a bit run down. Wifi is slow. Our only major complaint was top bunk bed mattress. It was like a pullout couch mattress with hard metal springs. Our 9 year old could not fall asleep on it, and ended up sleeping on couch cushions placed on the floor. This should be replaced. Next door neighbors were very nice and offered helpful fishing advice. We would stay there again.

The best place for a family, we had a great time.

My family and I stayed for an extended weekend. Pictures don’t do this place justice. My whole family enjoyed. We didn’t use the boats or bikes, but they were available. We had a couple questions and the Manger on site quickly responded based on communication with the owner. We left a set of swim shirts there and the owner located and is sending them back. Neighbors great too; daughter had a medical emergency with her insulin pod and they were there to help. Would stay again and totally recommend.

Once the smell of mildew fades the house is ok. Portable A/C units are slow to cool. Loft is dirty and unusable. And you can definitely tell she dont pay ANY professionals to repair or clean the home. Could be a great place if taken care of better. I could go on for an hour listing things. And watch out for the nosey,weird neighbors to the right.

We had a great time and had everything we needed. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner and the The place was a short walk to the beach and the property provided a cart to wheel things to the beach,which was very helpful. The property was also a short drive to many different activities. Neighbors were very pleasant and did not feel over crowded. The only thing we were missing was a propane grill. The property provided a charcoal grill but if you're a big grill fanatic like us I suggest bringing a propane grill. We had a wonderful time and would return to this property!

We stayed for a beach tournament; and this was perfect for us! The place was easy to get to and far enough away from the “younger” crowd of OC. Very relaxing at night to sit out by the bay.

The location of the property is great and the initial feeling you get when you arrive is amazing and the view of the bay is beautiful for sunsets or just hanging out. As you spend more time in the property, you realize the smaller details that are overlooked. Tile in the kitchen floor is cracked. The clothes drawers smell like wet towels and we couldn’t get rid of the smell. The bikes available start to fall apart as soon as you touch them. The jetski and docking lift don’t work. There a few exposed electrical wires around the house and outside on the dock. The jacuzzi does not work. We saw mice hanging out every night in the backyard. The property manager finds ways to keep some of your deposit money by saying rugs or bed sheets are missing or taken. Overall, the stay was great but was overpriced.

Dorette was easily reachable and friendly. Property in good condition with all of the essentials.

If I ever go back to Ocean City I would stay again!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Dorette is quick to respond and very pleasant. The bikes and kayak are a great perk.

Great view and access to the Bay. Lots of passing boats, small and large bird activity etc. Neighborhood was quiet, parking easy. 10-15 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed more than 5 days.
