This home is exactly how it’s represented in the listing. Everything was perfect. The house, the pool (the outdoor furniture was exceptionally comfortable). We had a crazy few days leading up to our arrival and Michelle couldn’t have been more gracious with helping out as much as she could. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the Oro Valley area.

Location Location Location! Perfect quiet neighborhood within 20min to all the hustle and bustle. This home is beautiful and the outside is even better! We staying for a week and didn’t want to leave!

Everything about this home was perfect for our family's celebration of a UofAZ graduation. The kitchen had everything we needed - plenty of utensils, serving dishes, even vases for flowers. The pool, hot tub, and Koi pond were all enjoyed. And after all the celebration, a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the Catalina Mts was amazing. Beautiful desert landscaping was in bloom with a variety of birds enjoying this oasis. The neighborhood is very quiet with easy shopping nearby, but still convenient when we needed to be in Tucson. Definitely plan to return!

Everything we could ask for - located close to the Catalina Foothills for hiking, shopping and grocery stores were right there - all the amenities and the pool, backyard and coy pond were fabulous. Only suggestion — more lounge chairs, there was not 1 and we had 3 of us that wanted to lay out by the pool

What a wonderful home! Travelled to Tucson to see my daughter and this home was perfect for our vacation! Beautiful back yard for hours of family fun. Absolutely loved the peaceful koi pond. Cozy furniture inside and out! Had a wonderful time!

The house is in Oro Valley and has a wonderful view of the Catalina mountains from the backyard. The kids loved the Koi pond and enjoyed feeding the fish. We use the hot tub daily, it was a wonderful, relaxing way to end the day. The house is very pretty with plenty of room. It was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. Michelle was very quick to respond to every inquiry we had. We will definitely be back.

Everything about this property is accurate and sometimes better than the pictures describe. The view of the mountains is beautiful! House is nicely furnished, comfortable beds in all bedrooms. The kitchen is very nicely equipped with everything we needed. The outside area is beautiful, especially the koi pond. Very nice that the home was decorated for the holidays as we visited during Christmas week. Communication with the owner was great…a true 5 star property!

We had a very relaxing and rejuvenating week at Michelle and Matthew's home. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking items. The beds were all very comfortable. I'm not sure which was the bigger hit, the koi pond or the pool! Michelle was very helpful and quick to respond to my messages. Our family was in love and has talked about going back!! Thank you Michelle and Mathew for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

The house has plenty of room and space inside and is very well maintained. My mom friends and I absolutely enjoyed our time at this property. The backyard was its own private haven with all the amenities it offered. Pool and hot tub are maintained weekly. The view is just great of the mountains, and the subdivision is very quiet, yet you are close to the Safeway grocer, which is actually within walking distance. This was exactly what we were looking for in a search for a good place for our R & R and good old gal friend time. I would definitely book with this host again.

What a magnificent vacation getaway home in Oro Valley. This was the perfect vacation rental for a friends Labor Day Weekend. The home was one of the best vacation rentals that we have used. The house was perfect from the well equipped kitchen for those who love to cook, to the beautiful backyard with pool and those views of the Santa Catalina Mountains are breathtaking. The communication with the hosts Michelle and Matthew was excellent. They made sure that we had an enjoyable experience at their lovey home in Oro Valley. If you are an outdoor person who loves to bike and hike this will make the perfect stay.
We will defiantly be back again as we had such a great time. Thank you Michelle and Matt for sharing your beautiful home. It made our weekend.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was clean, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was unbeatable- breathtaking mountain views, great pool and landscaping, and a nice koi pond. Hosts were very helpful too. Couldn’t ask for more!

This House was easily the best rental house we have ever had. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We always travel with our dogs and having a fenced in area where they could freely roam in safety was great. The communication with the property manager was exceptional. Hopefully we can stay there again.

Our May 2023 stay was as expected, great. We spent quite a bit of quality time at the pool, and explored the area. I work compulsively, and the home office there is great for a workcation.
If you're looking for a quiet place to stay while training at 10th Planet Tucson, this is your spot. The hot tub and pool combined with large bathing tub with close proximity to the shower make ice baths a cake. Highly recommended.
The hosts are a great reason as well to rent, they're always attentive, responsive and extremely polite and accommodating which is one of the reason we stay here at least 2 weeks a year on average.

This property is AWESOME!!! We loved our stay in Tucson at the Baller’s amazing home. It’s in a great location with access to a grocery store (less than 3 minute drive) as well as several good restaurants in the area. We played golf in the area and their house was a 15 minute drive down the road. Very easy. Highly recommend sitting out in their amazing backyard (with a pool, hot tub and koi pond) in the evening to watch the sun go down. The view of the sun hitting the mountains in the evening is breathtaking and EXTREMELY peaceful. The lemon and grapefruit trees are also a nice touch… Free lemon water! Overall, we would definitely stay here again. From the check in, communication in between, the actual stay and check out… Everything was seamless. Baller family - thank you again! 10/10!

We had the best time at this property while staying in Tucson! The outdoor space is amazing. It was too cool to swim in the pretty pool but my daughter and son-in-law loved the hot tub. I fell asleep reading several times sitting on the super comfortable outdoor loveseat listening to the water tinkling down into the koi pond. The views are stunning and although there are neighbors and a million restaurants and tons of shopping close by it feels like your own private oasis. The house is clean and well maintained and the kitchen has updated appliances. The owner, Michelle, was responsive and nice and let us pick lemons and grapefruit from the trees in the yard. This was a treat for us city folk!
This was our first time in Tucson but the Oro Valley seems to be the area you want to be in. We loved everything about our visit and would stay in this property again.

It was a very special trip for us being our first family trip just the four of us. (Hubby, myself, and our two littles) we first off loved the house- it was beautiful- the backyard was an oasis- and the VIEWS from the house inside and outside were spectacular. It made our stay that much more special..seeing the mountains all day every day. The location of Oro Valley was so nice and clean and also beautiful. Everyone we encountered were so friendly and would stop and talk to our kids. Perfect mix of relaxation in the hot tub taking in the views.. and being out and about site seeing and exploring the beautiful state parks
And mountains. We are going to make this a yearly spot we come to and bring more family to share it with next time as well. Thank you for the best family trip!

This home has such a welcoming vibe! Our entire family (three generations) plus our little dachshund felt so "at home" here. The spacious home and open floor plan led to quality family time. The beautiful back yard and its amenities made this home feel like a resort. The view of the Catalinas was an added bonus. The grandchildren loved feeding the Koi.
