Great property and great location. Walk to shops, restaurants and the beach!

Location is ideal for walking to beach, bars, pier, and restaurants. Perfectly comfortable for the two of us. Very quiet when we were there because most folks not yet there for the season

We arrived to our condo to celebrate our honeymoon to find we had no air conditioning. After contacting the management company non stop for two days, I reach out to VRBO …. Who was absolutely NO HELP. VRBO said there was nothing they could do as having no air conditioning did not qualify for their Book With Confidence Guarantee. So we stayed in a condo (inferno) that was hotter inside than it was outside for two days - not one person came to look at air in those two days. And again, VRBO was absolutely no help. Maybe VRBO should use some of their hidden fees and they charge to stand behind their customers!

This condo was in a wonderful location and was very clean. Unfortunately the A/C was not working and though the Vacasa team did send us info to troubleshoot and came out once to re-set the unit did not work properly during our stay and we slept with the windows open each night attempting to stay cool. I am certain it will be repaired for the next vacationers to the property. Also, bring every item you might need to cook a meal. No salt or pepper, no filters for the coffee maker. Just be aware. We would rent again, as the unit was nice overall.

Great location, very quiet, property and facilities are well kept but dated. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Very friendly neighbors, however privacy is an issue as you feel you’re right on top of the neighbors. TAKE NOTE: there are no beach chairs or beach accessories of any type provided. Communication with service and property owner was also slow.

I should have known better. This condo was available last minute during a busy vacation time. Not clean and parking spot was not available upon arrival. Spent the first day cleaning and washing items.

Me and my boyfriend came for my sisters wedding and stayed here and it’s a great location!! It’s walking distance from bridge street so just a few minutes from the best shops and restaurants. You can walk to the beach or the bay in a few mins. The condo is lovely it was clean and perfect size for me and my boyfriend. I loved having a washer dryer for my clothes and a full size kitchen. The balcony is nice. you have neighbors close by but it was never noisy very quiet condominium and the pool was never crowded. I highly recommend this place the 2 major things that make it so great is the location and the great condition of the condo! The only thing I’d say is a negative is that checkout is at 10am and there is no late checkout available so I wouldn’t stay here if you’re flight isn’t in the morning otherwise you’ll have to leave the condo at 10am and find somewhere to go or something to do with all your luggage until you’re ready for the airport. We had to rent a golf cart because after we checked out at 10am we were stuck with our suitcases all day and our flight wasn’t until 5pm so from 10am-2pm we had all our luggage but if you have a car or can find a way around it then this place is great we just didn’t think to coordinate our flight with our checkout time.

Great location on the island

Nice condo, located close to shops,restaurants and beach. Space was clean and orderly, Kitchen was under stocked, condo needs more storage space in bedroom and bathroom. Bed and sofa are in need of replacing. It is located up 28 steps on the 3rd floor, not a bad hike up, but elderly or handicapped may have issues.

Unit is well located, but for the money, it is dated and the complex needs updating. Very worn in places.

We loved this place. The location was perfect. The pool was great. However only complaint is I called for laundry detergent and pillow cases which were missing and never got them.

Once we realised the elock was in the door we got in but our arrival was stressful in the dark and late at night from UK. However your tr were responsive and with a couple of other issues sorted them out promptly we would book again with you . We had a lovely week at the condo. It was very quiet and well appointed we enjoyed our stay after the initial issues we experienced.

The condo was very clean. I liked that it was updated. I was unable to open blinds to see the view, all of the rods were stripped. I was unable to get there until the next day and then had to lug my luggage up three flights of stairs. Overall, I enjoyed the time. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

Came for 4 days for a business trip, Breezy Condo was perfect. It was clean, great location and very comfortable. The supplied me with enough supplies which was very helpful. Thank you!!

The place was clean which everything we needed inside. I liked how much light it hade and the little screened porch. Close walk to the beach too.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the pool was refreshing. We didn't realize that this unit is on the 3rd floor until we received the check-in info. My wife is having some health issues and the stairs were difficult for her. The covered parking was very convenient and safe. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to AMI.

This condo was a great fit for our family! The pool and walking distance from the beach was ideal for our little kids! Would definitely recommend this location for a couple or small family!

The location of this unit was perfect! Short walk to Bridge Street for shopping and restaurants! 3 minute walk to the beach! Unit was very clean and had all the amenities needed.

Right in the heart of everything! Easy access. Absolutely beautiful!

Clean, had everything we needed but could use a small cooler and adult sized beach chairs and a sun ninja. Had trouble with the door digital door lock. The mgt offer to fix but didn’t check messages and just used lock box keys. Close to beach easy walk and access.

The location was perfect, close to everything including the beach. It was nice and clean, quiet at night. I'd definitely rent place this again!

The place was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.

The condo was clean and well stocked with the necessities. Family really enjoyed the pool. The other guests were nice. We had no problems with noise disturbance. We had a very relaxing stay.

Perfect size for a couple and a child

If you are looking for perfect in every way, this place is not for you. However, the location is perfect: close to the beach, to the trolley, and to shops. The bed is comfortable, the mattress on the pull-out is thin but thick enough for children, and the pool is lovely. For the price, you can't beat it. If you're looking to be comfortable and don't need everything to be perfect and pristine, this is a great spot.

Great price.Only thing missing was a full length mirror when getting ready for a night out on the town.Small complaint: And the neighbors had their large family come over every single day to swim all day which took up a lot of the pool seating area for those of us who actually paid. That was a bit frustrating. Other than that it was perfect.Thank you.
