Stayed Feb 2nd - Feb 6th Group friends of 5 from NYC. 5 Minute walk to ski trail. 5 min walk to town. House had everything as described. Patti the host was great as well. Was able to provide us with contact information for airport transfers. Answered all questions with rapid response. House has 4 Bedrooms with an upside down layout (front door is on top level…Master bedroom on bottom level) 3 levels total. Master bedroom has a King and a pull out. A fireplace a huge closet and a huge bathroom ( which was a memory foam mattress, very comfortable). The next level up has 2 other bedrooms connected by a bathroom. One queen bed in one room and a full/ twin bunk in the other. The kitchen / main fireplace is also on this level. Couch is for 3 and is a pull out ( can use a lazy boy or another comfy chair). Kitchen had a great stove which was perfect for breakfast.. . The next level has another pull out sofa in a seperate bedroom with a bathroom in hallway. Bottom level off the master bedroom is the outdoor hot-tub which was great… Such an easy trip with ski storage street level in garage. Eat breakfast, walk upstairs and gear up. 5 min walk to trail which takes you to town lift. Highly recommend ordering groceries from Instacart.. Great house /Trip highly recommended

This was our first time in Park City and we had 7 people staying at the house. My husband and all 4 adult sons and my son’s fiancé. The house was the perfect size and we loved having the hot tub to relax in after skiing all day! The house was so close to Main Street. You just walked down a huge flight of steps and you were right there with lots of shops and restaurants and art galleries.

Loved the property and it’s proximity to both skiing and Main Street. This house is perfectly located. Manger was responsive and informative

Great pre-Christmas family skiing trip!

This home is a short walk to downtown. The home was the perfect layout for 2 families. We had everything we needed to cook a family meal in the kitchen and enjoyed the hot tub nightly. We would go back and stay here again.

My husband and I had a great end of the ski season experience at this house. Patti the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We loved the location of the home. Walking distance to restaurants on Main St. Great hiking trails close by for exercising our dog.

Wow my family of 8 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and very clean home. Each bathroom is beautifully decorated and updated. My husband and I had 6 young adults with us, everyone showered after skiing and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Having the two fireplaces were really nice. The sound system was amazing as we played music most of the time we were in the house. Getting to town is so easy- two sets of stairs right by the house. We ate in town at least once a day.And yes coming home is a little more difficult but nothing a rest half way up and a few good breaths can’t fix. The house is very close to the town lift. (About 3 city blocks long - down hill) You can also get to the Quit n Time trail if you go up the stairs to the left of the house but I have to admit we did take the lazy way out and drove all the skis and skier down to the town lift and the driver left their ski boot and skis and returned the car to the house and ran back down. It was so easy. We did the same on our return trip home. It was just too hot to trudge up that hill with ski boots and skis. (We had 75 degree weather) The hot tub was just perfect after a day of skiing and even after dinner. Patti is a great host and has set up the house to be comfortable and truly a home away from home. We will definitely return and recommend it to anyone. Christine

Our family of four had an amazing stay at this great house. We enjoyed the hot tub, views of Park City and the nice kitchen. I read a lot of reviews before we went and I can once and for all set the record straight on the ski access. To get to the town lift, all you have to do is walk 125ish yards down the road to a set of stairs that gets you to a ski trail that is a minute from the lift. You can do the same on the way home. Very easy to do. I guess there is a chance that the trail would not be open if the snow condition are horrible, but that was not the case for us. Book this place and enjoy!

What a great house in a perfect location. It exceeded all expectations and thrilled we choose to stay at this house. What was supposed to be a simple family, holiday & birthday celebration will go down as one of our best and favorite times together. We enjoyed home cooked meals, hot tubs after a long day of skiing, easy walks to town and the ski mountain and best of all slept very well and comfortably. House was clean and had all that we needed for a wonderful stay in Park City. The property manager Patti was outstanding! She helped setup our dates, explained what was needed throughout the house and checked in to make sure all was going well. By far the best property manager we have seen through a VRBO rental! We will be back to Park City and hope we can stay here again! Thank you for sharing this home with us.

Walk down the stairs to Main Street and enjoy a fantastic time in park city

Really enjoyed our stay at this house, was perfect for our family. It was so nice to have the garage to store bikes, our small gear trailer and still be able to park in the driveway. House was very clean and well stocked, as advertised. Park City was hot during our stay, the third floor definitely got warm, if we had to sleep up there it may have been uncomfortable. However, the portable A/C units on the second floor did a great job, and the master on the bottom floor was very cool and comfortable. We would absolutely consider this house again, it’s great to be 2 blocks from Main Street in a property like this, you can’t go wrong. Host was also very responsive and and answered the few questions we had during our stay.

The property is perfectly located in Old Town, easy to the runs, quick walk to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay, Patti was very helpful and followed up often. We would definitely return.

It was the perfect place to stay. Just 2 blocks from Main Street with easy access from a well maintained staircase. We were about 8 blocks from the town lift and since we had rentals with Aloha near town chair, we just stored our skis overnight and toted our ski boots. There are plenty of places to apres ski on the walk back. The house was very nice and the kitchen was well appointed with appliances, spices, pots/pans, etc. There were 7 adults in our group and everyone seemed comfortable. I would stay there again.

Everything we wanted was tucked in a drawer, or out for our use. The house has beautiful features, lovely furniture and a warm feeling throughout. We LOVE this house.

This property gets my first five star review after many rentals in US and Canada The end to end process was frictionless from making the reservation to communication with the property manager we lucked out and received an early checkin as well. Home was in fantastic condition clean and well provisioned with towels and toiletries. Kitchen and grill well equipped and were able to share a couple of special meals. Access to Main Street coffee ,shopping, and dining could not have been more convenient hope to be able to stay again soon.

Loved the house! Location to slopes and downtown were great. Renters need to be aware of stairs ... to get downtown and the ski in/out access.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was terrific. One suggestion is to upgrade the pillows.

Loved the location, close to town and a couple of blocks for slope access. Quit in Time is a blue but can be a bit tricky if not groomed. The den did not have two couches but there were some air mattresses so we made due. Overall a great house.

We had such a great time at this house with 3 generations of our family together for a ski vacation. The house is set up so everyone had their own space yet we could all be together in the kitchen/living room/dining areas. We enjoyed being able to walk into town. The owner, Patti, is extremely responsive and helpful.

Lovely place easy access to Town and slopes

This is our 9th year coming to Sundance and this was our best house yet! Great layout, wonderfully updated, very cozy and beautiful views out of almost every window. We were worried about the den with the pullout couch but it was very comfortable and just as good as any bedroom. It had nice deck, great view and it's own private bath. The house is a 5 min walk to heart of Main Street. The owner was so lovely and accommodating with our check in and check out schedule. She also responded quickly to every email. We will be back!

Location is the best. Next to the 4th Street stairs for town and a short wall to the 5th street stairs up to the snow. Got together with college buddies for 30th reunion and the living room was perfect for hanging out. 6 burner gas stove is perfect for big breakfasts. Patti is very organized and super-responsive. Highly recommended.
