Overall the stay at the property was OK with a few issues -not as clean as we would have expected. -When we arrive the trash cans in the garage were overflowing with food/drinks/trash and it made the whole garage and basement level smell. When we asked to have the trash picked up, the property managers insisted it had already been picked up, and it took us sending 2 different photos to get someone to come. When finally someone came to pick up the trash they only took the overflow, leaving the trash bins still full. -The property listing doesn't quite match the actual amenities. The listing says that there are bunk beds on the 3rd floor but those aren't there, only the ones in the basement. Additionally the pool table is not available for use as there are no pool cues. -The hot tub was not working when we arrived and we had to replace the filters ourselves while on the phone with the technician in hopes to clear up the murky / dirty water that was in the tub.

This was a tough review to write. Let me just say the property manager communication was amazing. They responded immediately to all my requests. The house had enough space for our group-12. Here are the concerns that I believe other travelers should be aware of. The listing for the home has a set of bunkbeds advertised in the upstairs bedroom. One of our families had 4 small children. What a surprise to see a king size bed in that room! I contacted management and they apologized. We found extra bedding and luckily we had a few air mattresses to throw on floors. Two of the bathrooms (main level and lower level) did not have working locks on the door, so that was interesting with small children who just open doors. The main level door was fixed (they moved a pin from upstairs to downstairs) but couldn't fix the lower level lock. Be aware of that if it hasn't been fixed as that is where the shower is (maybe bring signs to announce it is occupied). The hot tub electrical was broken and we were not informed of this. They sent someone to look at it and told us the electrical panel needs to be replaced. Not sure how quickly that will be done, but I'd ask about it before reserving this unit. Kitchen had most items we needed, but the silverware is lacking in a huge way. We had to hand wash silverware after every meal so we would have enough the next time we ate. The pool table is a piece of junk - felt is all rippled. The space felt cluttered as well. Won't stay again.

The main floor and upstairs were very nice, but the basement was a disappointment. Very cluttered, should throw out that pool table that is in poor condition.

The home was perfect and was able to accommodate our large family very comfortably. It was just as the listing explained and was very well equipped for cooking and family gathering. Location was fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful home! It was well equipped for all our needs!! We cooked several evening meals for our group after a long day of skiing! We had everything we needed to prepare our meals!!! Thank you for providing all the spices we needed!! It was awesome!! We also enjoyed spending time in the hot tub!! What fun!! The sun rises in the morning we’re absolutely breathtaking!!! Thank you again for all the memories we were able to make in your home!!! We highly recommend staying here!!!!

Everything is great about this place. It fit 10 of us very comfortably - very clean, comfortable beds, large living room areas, nice kitchen, etc. Would definitely stay here again! Couple notes: 1) Not sure what's wrong with the hot tub we couldn't raise the temperature even after we properly put the cover on. The filter definitely need to be replaced as well. 2) Bring your own body wash/shower soap. They only provide shampoo and conditioner.

The home was lovely and exactly as described. Great location to one of the Deer Valley lifts. Dori was a great and responsive host. There were a few cooking items missing upon arrival and they were delivered to the house first thing the next morning. Great customer service. And ... Dori went WAY above and beyond by shipping something we left at the house. You will enjoy this home and trust that the service will be great if needed.

Everything about the place was great

This place was amazing. Loved spending sunset in the hot tub overlooking the snowy pasture and distant lake. Cozy, comfy and everything you want in a winter retreat. Minutes from park city and Heber City. Will definitely come again.

2 families for ski trip the week between Christmas and New Year’s and we had a great time. Plenty of room for the eight of us.

This rental property was a great place for our family’s Thanksgiving weekend. It is a beautiful home. There were a few minor complaints we had, it seemed like maybe the cleaners hadn’t been there in awhile, we found several dead bugs but that’s to be somewhat expected in a cabin. Also there wasn’t enough silverware for us all so we had to wash and reuse the utensils several times. But the property managers were great and extremely quick to answer back. We even asked for a late check out and they allowed us to do it, with no problems. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

This beautiful home in Deer Valley was the perfect place for us, our toddler, and both sets of grandparents for a family meetup over 4th of July week. The house is spacious, cozy, comfy, with a great kitchen and finishes, lots of comfortable seating for everyone, and lovely views of the Jourdanelle Reservoir - we even saw lots of wildlife sitting out on the patio, including little fauns! The home was exactly as shown in the photos and everyone felt very comfortable there throughout our stay. It easily sleeps many more people than our 6 adults and 1 toddler, but it was great for us to have each family be on their own floor, and have their own bathrooms. The two king suites are really spacious and were great for each set of grandparents. We stayed downstairs with our toddler and basically had our own separate full apartment downstairs. The home also has a hot tub but we never used it since it was so warm in Utah during our stay. The location is great - 15 minutes from Park City, 15 minutes from Heber City in another direction, and a great place to explore Park City, Heber Valley, the Alpine Loop and Provo Canyon for nature, hiking, waterfalls. iTrip was lovely to work with in booking this place, and in accommodating a later checkout so our toddler could get a nap in before we left - we really appreciated it! Highly recommend this home if you're looking to stay in the area but be somewhere a little quieter and not in the hustle and bustle of Park City.
