My family had a great time in St. Thomas, the property was exactly as described, and the owner was responsive and communicated throughout.

Our family of 9 spent 10 days in this lovely villa. The location was very convenient to Red Hook, where we found restaurants, the ferry to St John and the dock we chartered a boat from for an all day snorkeling trip. The villa itself was spacious, clean, private and comfortable. When we had a question, the owners responded promptly to solve our question.

Great property! The villa was well furnished and I was happy to find cleaning products available and a new washing machine. The hosts responded immediately to texts. The only negative is the cost of taxis for a family. You can walk to Coki Beach and definitely take children to Coral World. The outdoor space was very enjoyable. The pool is very close and several days it was ours alone. I highly recommend this property

My family and I had high hopes for our stay, but unfortunately things quickly took a turn for the worse. Upon arrival, everything seemed to be in order but by the end of our first night, we were met with a series of unfortunate events. The smell of sewage was overwhelming and the living room bathroom was not functioning properly. To make matters worse, the washer and dryer were having issues, as well as the stove and oven. Even the appliances in the courtyard were malfunctioning (another set of washer & dryer) To top it off, the entire west side of the villa had lost power due to construction issues with the neighboring property. We had to run a power cord from the other side of the room just to use the microwave to reheat our food. Forget about cooking or using stove-it had no power. Despite the property manager's attempts to assist, there was nothing that could be done to improve our situation. We spent the majority of the trip without power in the kitchen, without functioning lights in the living rooms bathroom, dirty clothes since we could use washer and dryer correctly and with poor water pressure towards the end of the trip. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had in the 5 trips to usvi.

The condo and Pineapple Village were nice. The pool is a good size and not busy at all. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals at home. The listing says the condo sleeps 12, but really there are only beds for 9. The roll away cots were not comfortable at all, so my 21 year old son slept on the couch all week. It was comfortable, but the sun shines in through the sliding doors starting at 6am. The location is out of the way, so you will need to rent a car to do anything on the island. It would have been nice to know that the beach at Margaritaville was unusable. Between the beach erosion from the past hurricanes and the red seaweed that covered the shoreline and the first 10 feet of water front, there was no access to the ocean from the property (plus the smell of the seaweed was awful). There were plenty of towels, and outdoor chairs. The patio is enclosed and very relaxing. The owners also have beach chairs and pool noodles available. There is a small store that you can walk to in Margaritaville that sells coffee and other necessities.

Stay was good, great location, only down fall is there is low water pressure for a party of 7. After the 2nd person shower, there’s basically droplets of water coming out.

The location is perfect for immediate access to the beach (Coki that's a short walk) and Margaritaville. This villa also has direct access to a swimming pool. Each room is spacious. The beds are comfy. There are also roll- away beds in each closet for additional guests or children. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. (We used it to cook for our family reunion picnic). The villa also has a washer and dryer, beach chairs, floaties and toys. Overall our stay was very pleasant. There are some maintenance concerns, but I will send those directly to the owner and property manager.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and others. The host was friendly . I was able toreach her if I needed to resolve any issues. This place had everything we needed. It was like coming home. The rooms were spacious, had individual bathrooms and patios. We wetr able to cook everyday. This location is children friendly. It had a smart tv in every room and pool accessories for the kids. We loved it

Hair left in several showers Upon arrival. Bathrooms smelled like BO lingering in room. 2 roaches seen on kitchen counter. No cable, our I phones were not compatible with TV, Netflix only option.

This rental was absolutely perfect for our stay! There were plenty of beds for a group of 7. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were lots of towels for us to use. The Pineapple village pool was great for hanging out at night and it was a quick walk to Margaritaville where we took a boat tour out of. Our favorite part was the quick 10 minute walk to Coki beach. It’s one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The property was a good fit for the 10 of us. Enjoyed the stay and would return to the property if come back to St. Thomas. Close to the pool which was a plus for kids, close to Margaritaville which was a plus for the adults. Coki Beach was within walking distance and a nice beach to snorkel at. Fun time for all.

I highly recommend! It was nice to have a full kitchen and 4 bathrooms! It made it easy and convenient. We had 4 kiddos and 4 grownups and we all were very comfortable.

The property was mostly clean. Needs some updating. There iS hot water but you will have to waste 10 minutes of water and time before it gets there. There were some issues initially but the owners are responsive and got help as quick as possible. Overall a nice good place to rest your bones while enjoying our event and the island.

Great location. Close to restaurants, taxis, and kid activities. Property is nice. Comfortably fit 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of roll away beds available if needed. Property manager was attentive and responsive. Place could have been a little bit cleaner, but overall it was fine. Water pressure was a bit low and took a while to heat up, but not too much of a nuisance. Would definitely recommend for families.

We stayed here with another family and had an absolute blast. It was clean, had all amenities you need, and had nice beaches close by. We recommend this to anyone looking...don't wait, book now!

Location had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to walk to a restaurant and beach instead of driving everywhere. Place was very spacious and worked perfect for our family. It was clean and very comfortable. The only downside was not having a dryer that worked but they said they were having it fixed so I’m sure it will be working soon.

We stayed here as a party of 8 people: 4 adults, 4 kids. The unit is spacious and is adjacent to the Margaritaville resort, which has a pool, a tiny beach, a restaurant and bar. The resort is a short walk to Coki Beach. That beach itself is beautiful, though it's a bit shady: very crowded, weed smell everywhere, extremely slow restaurant. When we first checked in, we were disappointed that there was no hot water in any of the showers. We were able to quickly get in touch with the manager and were very pleased that she sent someone over that same evening (Christmas Day!). He checked on things and was able to fix the issue the following day. While we appreciated this, we continued to have issues with taking a warm shower for the remainder of the week. It was either scolding hot or lukewarm. The pressure in the kitchen sink for washing dishes was way too low. There was an overall sense of the property needing a deep cleaning. While the sheets and towels were washed, there were stains on them. The window screen in one of the bathrooms was broken. The split level ACs make a lot of noise at night. Beds/pillows were not comfortable. The location of this unit is a bit tricky as well. Most nice restaurants are on the other side of the island. If you're not renting a car (which we didn't), the taxi rides add up very quickly. The restaurant on premises was decent enough and we did that a few nights during our stay. Overall, the stay was just OK and not nearly as comfortable or cozy as we were hoping for.

Comfortable for a family of ten.. Close to coki beach which has the best local food and great vibe. We had a problem with one of the locks. I contacted Antonella and she sent the property manager over right away and he fixed the problem quickly and was very informative about the island. The place was clean and offered everything you need. However, the smell from margaritavilles Beach was horrible 😫 for whatever reason they did not clean the beach and there was backed up seaweed all-over the beach. But pineapple villa was great. I definitely would stay here again.

I would recommend this villa for the price. Most days we has the community pool to ourselves and the pool was well maintained and large. The villa grounds were well maintained. The house was in good condition and had plenty of extra linens/towels. The villa has a generator which is great to have for unexpected island power outages! I would recommend this place to any family looking to stay in St. Thomas!

Had a great time in St Thimas. The property is very nice, and everything was as described.. Shares same entrance as Margaritaville so we had no problem getting taxi when needed. very close to Coki beach and Coral World is a plus.

The property was very large, and comfortable for 7 adults to stay. Location was great! The shower pressure was so low in one of the showers that it was unusable— but there were too other showers to use, so it wasn’t much of an inconvenience! Overall a positive experience.

Absolutely zero empathy. Island closed due to covid, owner took our money and stopped responding to my emails. Homeaway tried reaching out multiple times on our behalf, owner wouldn't budge and last call someone answered and said owner was 'away'. Unlikely since travel essentially ceased during pandemic. This was supposed to be a family reunion, including my elderly parents and their only grandchild. Explained this to owner in hopes of rescheduling but owner wouldn't budge on cancellation policy unless there was a travel restriction in place. Shortly after conversation island closed and still wouldn't return our money. Only after multiple emails did owner offer reschedule. Absolutely no trust in this owner and no desire to stay there. Never responded to last email requesting to peacefully part ways and return our money. Shameful.

We had the most amazing time . villa was perfect for easy access to everything . Pool was so nice and very quiet with plenty of shade . 3 bedroom 4 bath gave us plenty of room and privacy for our group. Would definitely recommend this place

We came to St. Thomas with a group of friends. and our stay in the Pineapple Village was excellent. The condo offers the perfect amount of privacy. It is within walking distance of several restaurants in case you don’t wish to drive on the left side of the road after dark. The kitchen has what you need to make yourself a meal. You are able to walk to Coki beach which is a truly fantastic beach along with close proximity to Coral World. It is just minutes away from Red Hook for the terminal to St. John’s and some more local eateries. There was a small problem with an AC unit which was quickly addressed. This was a great stay for the six of us and sleeping arrangements were comfortable as well. I would have no reservation staying here again when we venture to St. Thomase again.

Our stay at Caribbean Breeze was wonderful! The home is very clean, comfortable and spacious! The location is great- right near Margaritaville Resort and a close ride to Red Hook. Thank you for your hospitality. We highly recommend this home to everyone !
