Perfect place for our group. Plenty of room to spread out and relax for everyone. The screened in porch was the best!

The house is gorgeous and spacious we loved the area . Had a nice thanksgiving with family there . Ordered our thanksgiving dinner at Mystic market they did a great job . The only surprise with such nice place was the bec bug !!! I got bitten the first night and the second night my husband found one crawling on the bed :(
Also we were not able to find pillows for everyone. There was only three pillows in the whole place and we were a party of 5 . Thr place is listed to sleep 10. But all and all it was great vacation and we enjoyed the place ,

Great location

WE loved our stay at this property. It was the perfect location. It was less than 10 minutes to my sister's house in Westerly. Many family members were in town for her wedding. It was a lovely house to stay at in a great quiet neighborhood. The porch was wonderful! As well as the yard/outside shower. Very convenient. And we loved being that close to the beach. We would certainly stay there again!!!

My friends and I were supposed to do a race in New Jersey and it canceled some of us decided to still get together and do the race together in a new location. Rhode Island became our top pick and this beautiful home fit the bill for all of our needs. We had 2 people ask to have their own rooms as they are COVID conscious but wanted to be a part of the group, this house fit all of us perfect for those requirements. It was the perfect base of operations, and close to the beach. Personally it was my first ocean experience. 1000% awesome. Brian was easy to work with and very accommodating for our group. If I ever go back I would absolutely stay here again.

Nothing short of Amazing

WE loved our stay at this property. It was the perfect location. It was less than 10 minutes to my sister's house in Westerly. Many family members were in town for her wedding. Great Weekend!
We had a great time staying at this home for our vacation weekend. There were six of us plus an infant and the place was perfectly suited for us. Nice location, close to the beach (semi-walkable but a little far for that), well stocked kitchen, nice common spaces, beautiful yard. Host was very responsive and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Weekend wedding
This was a perfect place for us to stay. There was plenty of space, it was conveniently located to everything surrounding the wedding festivities. Brian was super easy to work with.

Great shore house in the middle of a neighborhood with lots of room.
Very happy with the house. Plenty of beds, chairs and tables! Clean, neat and comfy. Close to everything. Would return if ever in the need.

Renters beware: Cleaning woman fabricates lies!!
Wish we had taken before and after pictures! We have been accused of things by the cleaning woman who straight out LIED about how we left the house. If you stay here, kiss your security deposit goodbye before you walk in.

Home sweet home
Not your typical rental home. Superbly located close to all that Westerly has to offer. You can tell the owner is a proud family man. The home has many wonderful family photos and is furnished as you would expect for your family. Kitchen has everything you might need. Lovely outdoor dining space as well. This is a complete home with superb management. Even 2 passes for a private beach located just a few miles away.

A peaceful getaway with my siblings....
This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed grilling in the backyard and sipping drinks and catching up on the porches. A lovely front porch is the place to drink coffee as the sun rises and the birds sing. Thank you Brian for such a warm and welcoming place to catch up with my siblings as we attended a family wedding in Weekapaug.

Our extended family had a wonderful long weekend for a family wedding. The home is beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood is quite with convenient access to the beach as well as downtown Westerly.

Wonderful wedding weekend
This house was perfect and just as described. Great extended family home for a wedding at Saltwater Farms in Stonington and hotels with guests in Mystic. Proximity to beach and Watch Hill were a plus. Lots of room and plenty of amenities.

This was the perfect home for our multi-family vacation! There were three floors so plenty of space for everyone (two floors and a finished basement), the huge kitchen table fit all of us for meals and the house was incredibly clean! We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this home. Thanks Brian!

Girl get together
We all enjoyed this VRBO very much. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Owner was very accommodating and helpful. Very clean and furnished nicely. Location was also really great. We all wished that the whirlpool tub had been working, but other than that, we thought everything was great and would recommend it.
