Wonderful home to vacation. The home was well equipped and comfortable. Morning coffee on the deck and evenings relaxing with a book or game enhanced the vacation experience. The property is convenient to the beaches and dining. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay here. Plenty of room for our family of four. Very clean and well appointed with everything that we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood and short drive to several beaches. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent property, great neighborhood and even better house

We had a nice time staying at this house. It was cozy and quiet, which we really needed for our getaway. The Town beaches were close enough, you didn’t have to travel too far and the National Seashore right up the road. We found that most of the restaurants were open (during COVID pandemic) for pick up and we even got in a boat ride for seal watching. The owner, Julie is easily reachable and any issues we had she responded very quickly.

We really enjoyed our visit to Eastham. The house was sparkling clean, very comfortable, and close to everything. The owner Julie was great to work with. We would definitely come back.

This rental was everything that we needed! It well maintained and in a great/safe neighborhood! Close to restaurants and beaches! I would highly recommend this rental to any family looking for a great vacation spot on the cape!

The place was well maintained and clean. All rooms were comfortable and had all the amenities. The outside was well maintained and offered plenty of privacy. In short this one was the best one we rented and we will rent it again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house was everything we expected and more. Plenty of light, charm, and room to gather as a family. We loved the deck!

The minute we walked into this lovely house, we felt right at home. It is well maintained and has all the amenities a family would need for a week of relaxation and fun. There are beach supplies, indoor and outdoor games, a large yard with a fantastic swing / tree house play set, and bicycles of all sizes. Quiet neighborhood but close to town and National Seashore beaches. Would definitely rent again!

Home was well stocked and our children really enjoyed their shared bedroom and the outdoor space. Loved the location.

I traveled with friends for a quick fall getaway . Meadow breeze was an adorable home that we all agreed, made us feel like we were staying at a friends home! 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, roomy yet cozy. Close to main roads for convienence yet tucked away so you feel you're on vacation . The home was clean and inviting . Linens and towels are provided but we brought our own so we didn't have to spend hours on the last day washing,drying and folding sheets and towels . October, while not usually beach weather, is a beautiful time to explore the Cape without the large crowds that summer brings. Great house that I'd recommend!

We felt very welcome in this nice, clean, homey cape house. It is very comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood but close to the beaches and the main road. We enjoyed taking a ride north to Race Point Beach on the very tip of Cape Cod. The Truro Vinyard was a nice stop along the way. We highly recommend this home and Julie was very nice to deal with.

We have come to this rental (and the Cape) for many years and are always delighted to find the place well equipped, clean, roomy, and comfortable. The owners are responsive to all questions / requests and are genuinely nice people. Also, the layout is unique with an offset upstairs with 2 bedrooms / 1 bath complementing, but not on the same level with the downstairs 2 bedrooms / 1 bath. Between this and the well supplied basement (ping pong, foozeball, air hockey), it allows for our kids to stay out of their grandmother's hair. :) The location (bayside but still very close to the oceanside beaches) is ideal and is very close to restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, the Audubon Sanctuary, and much more. I would highly recommend this place!

This house was perfect for our 9 family member (6 adults and 3 kids between 4yrs old and 9yrs old) vacation. It has everything included in the description and much more. The kitchen is fully stocked and there's a grill on the porch with outdoor seating. There are plenty of extra beach chairs, bikes, games, a beach umbrella, even an outdoor shower and small jungle gym. The house is fully equipped with anything you could want. Several family members commented on the fact that this house had everything you could need for a week away. It's nicely situated between the National Sea Shore and the bay side beaches. We went to the National Sea Shore during the day and would come back to the house for dinner, then head to the bay side to explore the beaches during low tide and watch the sun set. Julie was super nice, very responsive, and easy to work with. We really enjoyed our time here and have already put plans in motion to come back next year. I highly recommend this property!

My family has been renting from Julie and Summer Breeze properties for years but this was our first stay at Meadow Breeze for a long off season weekend. This home was very clean, well stocked and in a perfect location close to everything off Rt 6 but in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood. The yard is big with lots of room for the kids and dog to play in....they even have a playscape! Great sized deck for enjoying in the warmer weather. Wonderful location to walk the dog through the neighborhood or for longer walks to the bayside beach. Plenty of room for all to spread out- we traveled with another family. Kids love to have their own rooms and bathroom upstairs and the basement full of games. Like I said, we have been renting from Summer Breeze for years because they get it right! Well maintained homes and great owners to deal with. I would highly recommend Meadow Breeze for your family's next vacation to the Cape!!

Wow! What a beautiful cape home. Our family has been going to the cape yearly for over 25 years. There were 8 adults and 2 two year old twins in our group. This is by far the best rental we have stayed in. When they say they have everything to make your stay comfortable they weren't kidding. When we walked in the home we were greeted with a welcome bag. Nice unexpected treat! The bedrooms were nice clean and the beds were comfortable. Every room had plenty of storage for your belongings. The bathrooms were very clean nice and spacious. We spent evenings in the living room watching TV or playing with the twins. We had morning coffee and breakfast on the deck evenings were spent there too! The twins couldn't wait every morning to get outside and play on the big swing set. A big benefit to this property was the location. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Perfect for walking the dog or riding the bikes( plenty of them in the basement). We also used the cleaning service when we left. Our deposit was returned with no problem. Dave and Julie are a very nice couple that care about making your time in there home your home away from home. This was our first time staying at one of there properties and will not be our last! We have returned to this property year after year for several reasons... 1. It's well maintained, well furnished with everything one can think of, very comfortable, and there are plenty of kids activities (jungle gym, air hockey, ping-pong, foozball...). 2. It is on a quiet street but still moments away from everything we love (the Audubon sanctuary and camp, the beaches - both bay side and ocean side - ice cream, stores, and much more). 3. The upstairs bedrooms are not directly over the downstairs bedrooms. This may sound like a little thing, but when you have kids upstairs, not being able to hear their thumping is wonderful! 4. The owners are super responsive, kind, and very helpful! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Cape!!!

We had such a wonderful time at this cozy cottage. What a great home base to explore the cape. The kids loved the playground in the backyard and the foosball and air hockey were great for a rainy afternoon. Everything was updated and well maintained and Julie was so kind. We would definitely recommend this cottage!

We had a great week at 175 Meadow Drive in Eastham, MA. This place fit our family's needs perfectly. It has plenty of space for a house that appears compact. It is clean and easy to clean. It's a short drive to all of the best Cape family favorite locations. Everything is in kept up in great shape with kitchen appliances better than ours at home!

We have been staying at 175 Meadow before and since the Nielsen's have owned it. It really is like coming home. Great hangout house with good sized bedrooms (awesome deck too). The Nielsens are wonderful to rent from - very responsive and attentive. No issue is too small or large. House is also situated in a great spot and well appointed. Walkable to Campground Beach (not with your beach things, but a great power walk). You can also get into Orleans and the rest of that part of the Cape without going on Route 6, which is great when it is crowded in the summer. We love it!!

The Summer Breeze home is an incredible place to stay. It is well stocked, clean, and convenient to almost everything on the Cape. The owners are kind and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Also, the layout (2 br 1 bath upstairs, and 2 br 1 bath downstairs) - divided by the stairs, kitchen, and hallway - allows us to bring out children without fear of bothering their grandmother who likes to sleep late. :) We have stayed there for many summers and keep coming back!

My family and I rented this home for a week and we had a wonderful experience! Upon arrival we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the home as well as the updated features. It had plenty of space and separation for my family (3 siblings, mom and myself). In addition, our small dog loved the deck and the backyard! We spent the majority of our evenings and afternoons in the backyard and on the deck grilling. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for morning walks and runs with the dog. The kitchen and house itself was well stocked with any appliances or items we might need from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. This was our family's first time staying in Eastham and we LOVED the area. Very close distance to beautiful big beaches such as Marconi and Nauset as well as the quieter bay beaches. Very close to Wellfleet drive in and only 30 minutes to Provincetown for more activity. We really loved how this area was less crowded, less commercial and had a slower pace than compared to other parts of the cape. Just wonderful! Everyone in our family had a great time and was in total agreement that we would visit this property again!
