8 ladies celebrating a 70th bday. Beautiful home and the area was fun!

Loved the location and the stunning views from the deck. Easy to access the sandy beach and pool. Great layout with plenty of beds. Three families stayed with 11 people total and there was plenty of room to spread out between the upstairs and downstairs. Looked to book the same house again next year but unfortunately was unavailable. Really enjoyed our stay!

The house is very comfortable, with great common area and fantastic views. It has easy access from paths and beach areas.

When we arrived, none of the deck furniture was out. Maintenance came the next day to put out the furniture but it was missing cushions. We then lost hot water. They came out to take a look and said it was the pilot light but still no hot water. Three days of no hot water and they stopped responding to text messages asking for updates. The toilet in the lower level stopped filling with water. So we were unable to use that bathroom. Very frustrating.

This home was a great fit for two families. Only downfall is the 10am checkout time.

The house was great with a lot of space for the 10 of us. The house had everything we needed, even several seasonings and some olive oil. There were beach towels provided above the washing machine as well. Although the home was fully stocked, it did not provide enough dish washer detergent, toilet paper, garbage bags, or paper towels for 10 people. The televisions should have directions. It was very difficult to get to the cable when we were ready to settle down and watch a game after a long day in the sun. We were also Very disappointed in the state of the grill. It was not clean enough and would flame up no matter what we were grilling, making it very difficult to cook our meat without charring it. Overall the house was great! It wasn't perfect, but we were very happy to be together in such a beautiful place.

For 7 adults and 2 active young boys, we all agreed that altogether is was just a the right place for all, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Over the years, we've stayed in larger and smaller homes on the point, with some on the water and others near the pool. We found the kitchen, dining and living room to meet our needs, and enjoyed the large deck with a great view. We felt the owners are taking great care of their home (emphasis excellent temperature controls for temps in the 90s. We will definitely keep this home on the top of our list for next year and beyond. I guess I could complain about something, but I don't sweat the small stuff. It was just an awesome three generation family vacation.

All in all everything was great I would say that there is really only 2 parking spots a tight driveway for only 2 pickups. The place was very nice though.

Great location, very nice house

The house met our basic needs and was in a awesome location. The house had several bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, which is always a plus for a party of 7 women. The USB connections in all the bedroom night stands was a definitely PLUS!!! Improvements needed: The rug under the dining room table was a trip hazard because it was rolled up on one end and wouldn't lay flat. Several in our party tripped on it more than once during our brief stay. We planned to cook all of our meals during our stay which worked okay. The kitchen is equipped with many things but not for the # of people the home accomodates. Bakeware was not big enough for our party of 7. We ended up borrowing some bakeware from a friend who lived in the area. Dining room table only had 6 comfortable chairs. There was a 7th chair available but a clunky fit for the table and definitely not as comfortable. House was freezing when we arrived. I get having the heat turned down to save $$ until the guests arrives however it was so cold that when we turned on the heat it caused moisture to build up everywhere in the kitchen. The heat vents downstairs were closed and because they were located on the ceiling none of us were tall enough to reach them. The kitchen area needed a deep clean - sticky wall under the bar counter; and inside at least one of the drawers. The home was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay primarily because it was more about being together.

The home worked perfectly for our needs

We had a wonderful week at Wapato Point Lakeview! The house was very clean and had everything we could have needed. More than enough room for 10 of us to relax and sleep comfortably. The kids loved having their own family room space downstairs. It was really warm so it was nice that the house had A/C. The location and view are great. Right across the street from the community pool and a short walk to the kayak, jet ski and boat rental area. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was located in the lovely Wapato Point community and directly across from the main pool. The deck was nice to relax on and watch the boats go by on the water. Compared to other companies I have rented from (VRBO, FlipKey), this is the first time I have rented through Vacasa. WIth that said, there were a few things I was surprised to find that I think could make renting more attractive in the future: 1. Dishwasher was broken (Vacasa did not have a record of it as being broken even though there was a crumbled note on the front of the dishwasher saying it was inoperable; and never got it fixed the entire week we were there), 2. Many electrical outlets did not work (including all the outlets in the 3 bathrooms). A guy came out to fix but we had to have him come back b/c not all got fixed 3. Some necessities: no cleaning supplies (to wipe counters and such during COVID), no hand soap next to any sinks (kitchen or bathrooms), no tissues, no mention in the listing that we should have packed pool towels. I guess I have come to expect some of these little things when I have rented from other agencies. Would have made our trip nicer so that we didn't have to keep going to the grocery store for supplies. (Vacasa says that they would provide the cleaning supplies and that they would be dropped off but never did; they said that they do not provide any of the other items - would be nice to note that pool towels are not provided and that the guest should pack them) 4. Gas Grill: Could not turn on the propane. Knob is completely stuck. Eventually we got it to light but is a real fire hazard. Just strange how such a nice house, in such a nice location was missing a few necessities and did not take care of ahead of time some key items which at this price range would be expected.

Really nice house, views are great.

This was a great place to escape with the kids! It was great having the whole hour but still access to the resort ammenties.

Everything was perfect. The hot tub and grill was in working condition.

Beautiful home and overall great experience! Definitely recommend staying here next time you’re in Manson, WA!

Spacious, beautiful, comfortable home with unbeatable view of Lake Chelan sunsets and proximity to all the amenities of Wapato Point.

Nice house, enough room, grat location.

We so enjoyed our stay. We were 4 adults and 4 children, ages 3-7. With the beauty of the location and the size and comfortability, we were very disappointed that so many things were broken or did not work. On entering, the toilet in the master bath was running.. I tried to fix it but it was evident it needed new parts. I called Vacasa and after several transfers (Friday 4 pm) ended up talking to a person in Florida. I was able to turn off water and it was fixed the next day. There was no customary welcome booklet so we had to figure things out on our own. Hygiene supplies were of limited supply and we had to go out and buy toilet paper, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. The master bed overhead light switch did not work as well as the fan in the main floor bath. One window shade hung askew. The worst, however, was the outside grill. I often marvel how clean grills are at the places we stay. This one was grimy with baked on debris. The grill brush was also subpar. It took an hour to soak and clean it with the tool and detergent available. All in all, a nice place to stay. But, given the price and the prime location, we were disappointed in the presentation

This place was lovely. Better than the pictures. Loved sunning on the deck in the afternoons with the lake view. Only complaint was that none of the ceiling fans worked. No light switch would turn them on. It was not warm enough for AC but it would’ve been nice to gave fans circulating air. Would love to book this as a yearly vacation. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great views, very comfortable, and lots of room!

The place was clean and spacious. It accommodated the five of us very well. We did appreciate the prompt arrival of a maintenance person as the freezer was frozen shut, the hot tub was not full or heated, and the remote and candles had dead batteries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but would have loved it more if the above details were taken care of prior to our arrival. Also, the hot tub is above ground and does not have a sturdy step stool, so you're at your own risk.

The house was perfect for my family of 4 and we shared it with another family of 4! Close to the beach and right by the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Wapato Point Lakeview!! The home is lovely, well furnished and very welcoming comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!! :)
