Loved this location, so close to walk downtown, and the park across the street is scenic from the balcony. The unit was perfect for us, family of 4, everyone had room for themselves, and lots of space to come together as a whole family. The unit had everything we needed. No issues with the wifi at all. All in all, it was a great week in this location! We will definitely book it again!

It's listed as 8 but that would only be doable with couples and kids. The balcony was nice to sit on at night. The furniture downstairs was relatively comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with dishes but not much else. The beds are HARD. We were not fans. The bathrooms were clean and the shower is great with plenty of warm water. There is one assigned parking spot. There are door codes which was really nice for our group. The living room has stains on the carpet that should be removed.

The condo was cozy and spacious, with enough room for each of us to have our own bedroom. The location was with in walking distance to the water, which was very convenient. The property managers were very helpful, even allowing us to check in early as we had to prepare for a wedding. The only issue we encountered was not being able to connect to the wi-fi, The network name given didn't correspond to any of those that came up on our devices. Just a minor inconvenience, though.

The condo was clean and well maintained. It's in a perfect location at the edge of downtown but still walkable. Across the street is a huge park which we could see from our balcony. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom large enough for 3 teenage girls to get ready. We would definitely stay here again for a family trip.

Great location! Walking distance to all of Traverse City. Excellent communication on check in process. Did say it slept 8, but in reality it’s more like 6.

Great Spot

This place was adorable and also priced great. It’s close to downtown activities so you won’t pay a fortune in Uber or taxis. My only complaint is how strict the rules are. We’re rule followers in general, but it almost felt like we had to watch every move. The parking is also tough and you need to make sure you have 2 passes when you get there. We still have no idea where overflow parking is and they could give better directions on that. All in all, the space is great and clean and you will enjoy staying there.

Great location for winter family reunion. Easy process. Quiet building. Clean place. The only thing is that the shower head had low pressure. Otherwise, our stay was great.

The trip itself was wonderful and much needed. We recently loss our mother and father within a 45 day period.. There were some things that we found in the rental property that were unsatisfactory. The carpet in the living room/ dining area had spots throughout upon arrival. The shower walls really need a deep cleaning. The soap dispensers in both bathrooms were diluted with water. We did however, appreciate the clean linen on all beds.The kitchen space was also very clean. I do suggest that all of the bedrooms should have benches to sit luggage and, since the bedrooms are not furnished with tvs, the one in the living area should be larger.

Our key factors in booking this property were price and location. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown, which was perfect. The only main complaints were the unit seemed very dusty and really needed a deep clean/touch up. Lots of scuff marks on the walls and even some chunks of plaster missing in some areas. And many of the window screens had holes in them. Also the upstairs shower head (because of the design of it I feel like) had very low pressure.
