It was a modern hotel with a good room, located close to the city center.

But it was very very cold. We turned on the AC to help heat the room, but even in the morning it was still showing that room temperature was only +14°.

We were able to park right outside the hotel door and had easy access to the town and restaurant nearby. Excellent mountain view from the room. Hot water is available in the kitchen area for coffee making and Giorgi the host lives on site and is always available with a phone call.

It was a little chilly at first on an October evening but the aircon soon warmed the room.

The room could have been cleaner (dust on the chair, the remote control etc.), the shower curtain rail was barely hanging

Excellent location, you could easily walk to the city center, but the neighborhood itself was quiet. Room size was good, not too cramped and mattress was comfortable, even if the bedding could have been better.

Some of the amenities were missing - e.g. there was shampoo but no shower gel, no napkins even at breakfast. The room was quite cold when we got there, probably the heating was turned on just that morning and it wasn't enough to warm up the room quickly enough.

Stayed 3 nights at Sunset Telavi,clean and comfortable guest house, near to tourist attractions, friendly owner, home made breakfast on time , we feel like our second home.

Perfect place for staying in Telavi. Delicious and big breakfest, strong WiFi. The host of the house is very nice and helpful, speak very good in English. I strongly recommend this place!

The balcony was lovely, we spent evenings on it looking at the town. The room was clean and comfortable. The owners were quick to message on booking.com and were kind enough to let us check in early, and also messaged us for breakfast. The breakfast itself was excellent, had some traditional Georgian food and the freshest fruit. They also allowed us to check out the evening before we left as we had to travel at 8:00am, and they still gave us an early breakfast, so they were very accommodating to us - a great place.

The shower curtain doesn't cover the small area of the shower and covers the toilet.

Wonderful view from the balcony of the 2nd floor down to the plain and to the Caucasus mountains. Reserve the room with the balcony! Good and big breakfast. Very kind owner. 10 till 15 minutes walking to the city centre.

Just the bad smell in the bathroom (I think it came from the sewage system)
