This cute, newly built townhouse was in a perfect area for us. It was clean and modern with a great balcony to relax on. The owners left a notebook with all kinds of details about places to eat and visit. We got suggestions from their recommendations daily! We would happily stay here again.

What an absolute gem! This little modern home has the best layout. A wonderful deck, bathroom and bedrooms are fantastic, so’s the kitchen. While we only had a couple days id be happy living here for ever!

Perfect location! Easy access to airport, downtown and shopping.

Nice home close to everything. Had some trouble with the smoke detectors that need attention. The heating system was a little tricky but the space heater really helped. Beds were very comfy

We loved the Franklin to the Fort house. It had all the amenities one could hope for. Although it is next to a local arterial, the neighborhood is clean and quiet. The house was spotless and ready for us to move in. Kim was spot on with check-in information and responded to my suggestions for future guests. We'd stay there again in a minute!

This is my third stay at 'Little Blue' as our son lives nearby on S. Garfield and we travel to Missoula from NH. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the upper patio, met friendly neighbors, cooked many meals in the well-stocked kitchen (did contribute a salad spinner!) Used HDMI cable to stream programs to wall-mounted monitor. Appreciated laundry and lovely shower. Quiet neighborhood, some minimal commuter traffic on Johnson; free city bus stop there takes you all over town! Good Food Store is a 5' walk for all fresh needs, incl excellent selection of wine & beer. Host Kim was a pleasure to work with as ever, she made sure Evolve had my reservation as I wished. Highly recommend this delightful spot in a lively, friendly small city!

The townhome is in a great location -- everything we wanted to do or see was just a few minutes away. The kitchen had everything we needed (and then some) to cook and have meals there. We appreciated the recommendations of local eateries. Staying there was a pleasure.

This was a perfect set up for what we needed in our trip to Missoula. Clean, modern, and comfortable. Comfortable beds, great kitchen setup to eat casual meals, and living room was cozy to lounge and chat. Highly recommend!

Very flexible with check-in and check-out time. Even though I was supposed to check out at 11:00 am, due to my flight being delayed, I couldn't and Kim was so nice and flexible she allows me to move my check-out time to 2:00 pm.

We loved our stay! The location is excellent, just a mile from our son. Cute little house, with fun decor. In case one might need public transportation, the bus stop is right in front of the house. Certainly a nice place to stay!

My husband and I enjoyed three nights at this well-appointed house in Missoula. Comfy and tidy and we’d come here again. We opened windows at night to cool the bedrooms down as we never could figure out how to get the ACs to kick on, even after reviewing the host’s instructions. Thankfully the weather was cool at night. The road outside the main bedroom is quite busy, though, FYI so bring a white noise machine if you want the windows open. Everything else was just great, and Missoula is a special city with a lot to offer.

Great location, central to all our hiking, eating, and shopping. Owners were friendly, available, and helpful, even providing a guestbook with recommendations for local activity and dining. House was clean and comfortable for our family of four.

We loved having such easy access to any part of town. Decor was lovely. Clean and modern-looking. The only downside was the considerable traffic noise during our stay. But given the very reasonable rental price we would easily recommend this home.

Felt like a home rather than a rental. The house was well stocked with anything needed and the beds are comfortable. The owners are very responsive and friendly.

Lovely and comfortable property... very comfortable beds and we had everything we needed to make ourselves at home while we checked out The University of Montana with our son.

Maybe I had just had a string of disappointing vacation rentals leading up to this, but this place was my best rental experience in a long time. It just checked all the boxes and was exactly what a vacation rental should be. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Missoula in future.

Great little place. Very nicely decorated, great kitchen, comfortable beds, carport. Johnson St is a little loud and busy, but not so loud that we couldn't sleep. This is absolutely better than a hotel which run about the same price range.

With its central location, this house provided a perfect base camp for our stay in Missoula. Just enough space for our family of four. Comfortable and convenient. House was great and we would definitely stay there again!

We loved staying in this home. The decor and feeling of being home it lent was wonderful. It was close to downtown Missoula and also to other out of town activities we did so that was great. It had everything we needed while we were there. I just loved it.
