Had a great weekend with lifelong friends. House was perfect for entertaining and just relaxing. Convenient location.

The home was in like new condition. Coffee and snacks were welcoming. The clocks all worked and were set, even the decorative clocks on the walls. Loved the walk-in shower. It was great having a washer and dryer. Very comfortable and a great value. We highly recommend this home for your next stay to Idaho Falls. We owned a condo in Maui for 20 years and know how hard it is to maintain a rental property. Great communications and attention to details. Thank you!!!!

This home has a great layout. We spent much of our time together in the kitchen/pool table area. It was so comfortable and so much fun to be able to play pool and spend time together. I would definitely go back!!

This space was immaculately done. Comfortable and spacious. So clean and had everything we needed. The owner was easy to communicate with and kept us up to date on everything we needed. Location was perfect. We will always try and book here when we come to town. The pool table was so fun, we kept a running game going the whole trip. This location definitely was a huge plus on a great trip!

The house was perfect. The decor, cleanliness and little extras meant so much. Don’t stay anywhere else. Close to town. Quiet neighborhood.

Very well suited for 3 couples. Nice yard for our pup. The outside weather was hot during our stay, so we did most of our outdoor activities in the late afternoon and early evening. The excellent amenities (big screen TV and pool table) made it easy to kill several hours indoors. The furnishings were top notch.

We chose this property as it was close to our son’s house for a Thanksgiving stay. House was exactly as shown in the pictures and actually the kitchen/living area was a lot bigger than it appeared. House was VERY clean and well stocked. My adult kids used the pool table a little and we would have loved to have had an extra night to stay in and fully enjoy. Would definitely stay here again. Nicely decorated and did I say clean….? 😀

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay, from the cleanliness to the central location, and all of the ‘extras’ that we’ve never experienced in other VRBOs! There were snacks and basics in the kitchen when cupboards are typically bare…what a special touch! It was SO organized and we would highly recommend this home!

House was super clean and decorated very nice. Excellent master bath, great size kitchen and fun family room to play pool or watch a movie. Owner was very responsive and property located close to downtown. We are family of 5 and had plenty of room.

After using the customized 4-digit code for the front door, we saw the house perfectly matched the description. It was spotless, and the lay-out was great. There were two good areas to relax and watch TV, and the layout of the house made it so you wouldn't disturb anyone sleeping. The kitchen was well equipped with new dishes, with Jana even providing a nice selection of K-Cups for the Keurig. It was really nice having a house with new towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, soap and shampoo. Jana quickly answered a few questions we had. The house was dead quiet at night, and was close to grocery stores and the excellent Club Apple (which is a full fitness center with indoor and heated outdoor pools). Its about a mile from downtown Idaho Falls. As shown, the yard is all grass, but a few lawn chairs are provide in case one wants to sit outside. We pretty much used this house as a base to see all of the outdoor attractions in the area. Idaho Falls is a great location, as it is two hours from Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Shoshone Falls, with many spots in between. One thing we took advantage of was watching YouTube videos on the easy to operate smart TV of the places we were going to. From the time we checked in, until we checked out 6 days later, we drove 1,200 miles seeing all of the attractions in the region. Emerson Retreat provided a great house to relax and recharge every night, and to get up and get going for a day of adventure.

This was a wonderful house in the middle of Idaho Falls close to everything you would need. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The whole place was cozy and comfortable. The master bath shower is amazing with a fun rainfall showerhead. The little touches all around the home were welcome such as extra tissue, snacks and cold water in the fridge. It is a place we would rent again in a heartbeat when in Idaho Falls.

Not much bad to say but plenty of good ! Simple pluses like a superb Internet connection and a hot water heater that you can NOT empty, no matter how long of a shower you take (I tried but gave up :) ) are built in everywhere you turn. And the shower itself was out of this world. The only thing missing is a place to sit outdoors in the shade...other than that, this place is off the charts. Would we stay there again ? You betcha !

We stayed a few nights and really enjoyed the property...It was spotless & had every ammenity you could ask for. It was also so close to the downtown, restaurants, and hiking! Loved it!

Easy access, clean and inviting. The kids had a blast with the pool table and other games. Lovely fenced yard for our doodle. Great communication with the owner.

My sisters and I stayed here while visiting family for a nephew's wedding. Home was immaculate and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy access to Rexburg where the wedding was held. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved this home. Plenty of space for our 3 teenage boys to spread out. They loved the pool table.

We loved the Emerson retreat. It was so nice to have such a beautiful open space to visit and celebrate with our family. The owner Jana went above and beyond by putting up a beautiful Christmas tree for us. It was truly a Hallmark Christmas!! 🎄

The house was very clean and welcoming. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful visit with our kids who are attending college in Bozeman, MT. Jana was very nice and allowed us a later checkout so we could spend a little more time visiting. We are planning a visit in the Spring again!!

You would be hard pressed to find a more lovely and clean residence in which to stay. There is definitely pride in ownership which is reflected in the décor and upkeep! The neighborhood is humble but friendly.

We were very happy with this rental! It was comfortable and very clean. It is a beautiful home. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are very nice. The owners are very helpful. We would highly recommend!

This is a lovely house - even better than the photos. It had everything we needed and more. The beds and sofas are comfortable. There are two separate living areas. One area has an enormous TV, great for watching a movie or sports. The kitchen is perfect with a great supply of all sorts of coffee. The neighborhood is very walkable and close to downtown, the grocery store and many restaurants. Can’t imagine a better place in Idaho Falls!

Friendly and efficient communication with the owner. The home was very clean and comfortable. We were pleased with the many program apps and channels in the theater room. The yard was perfect for our little fur babies to run and exercise. Lawn chairs were available to sit outside to visit surrounded by tall neighborhood shade trees. Also enjoyed playing pool.

The house is beautiful, and decorated so nice. It has everything you would need and is close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our weekend trip! I loved everything about this home. And how comfortable it was there. If we are ever back this way we are for sure coming back here.

We loved having separate rooms for the kids, and they liked having their own bathroom. It was a smart TV, and I'm apparently not smart enough, as I couldn't figure out how to run it. I'm used to having satellite or cable and flipping through stations, rather than just selecting movies off of Netflix, so we just avoided the TV and had the kids watch Dish on their phones. We usually fall asleep to the TV or radios in our rooms, but the bedrooms had neither, so phones came in handy again. Loved the full kitchen and laundry room. It was nice to not have to eat out with so many restrictions on restaurants currently. The house was in a great location and easy to get to. Easy to get to a variety of restaurants or stores when we did need to go out. Highly recommend this place!

This property is amazing! It is comfortable and well stocked. We have stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it! You will not go wrong staying at this location!

We stayed here over Christmas so we wouldn’t have to cram into our daughters 1 bedroom apartment. It was great having 2 TV’s for the holidays. We could enjoy watching Christmas movies and my son-in-law could play on his x-box.

The other ratings are spot on-a great place. The night before we left for Idaho Falls my husband googled the address. The residence that came up did not reflect this lovely home!! We had lots of laughs with the friends we met there for our annual vacation together. We were pleasantly surprised it was not the googled address! Hopefully google will update this photo soon. In the meantime trust the listing as it is a lovely home!

We were in town for my husbands annual family reunion. This home was located perfectly in the middle of family, restaurants, shopping and sights. The house was decorated beautifully. There was plenty of room for our family’s needs as well as the ability to have family over to catch up. We loved everything about this house and hope to rent it again next year if not sooner!
