We were met by Linda very promptly. The house had everything from dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, washing up liquid, salt and pepper etc. The house is positioned right in front of the pool which was lovely in the heat. If I had to niggle about anything it would be the broken freezer door handle. It was very warm at night and the ceiling fans helped. All in all a good stay

Everything was super about this property. Trevor went the extra mile to make things easy, and the property itself was fabulous. We are very familiar with the complex, having stayed in many different flats and houses over the years. This one was our favourite, and we hope to visit again!

Having just returned from two weeks at this house what a little gem it is. 3 adults and two children, plenty of room for all of us. The pool and surrounding area was always clean and the lifeguards certainly did their job keeping the children in line, Nice touches for us like English tv and a Bluetooth speaker. The patio furniture though could do with some extra padding for the seats. Overall a lovely house which we will hopefully return to.

What a fabulous house in a perfect location ! The house is literally home from home with everything you need for a brilliant holiday. We loved the fact that you open the garden gate and a few steps away is the pool - ideal with young children ! A five minute walk takes you down to the restaurants and bars and a further 5 minutes onto the lovely beach. Trevor could not have been more helpful from the moment we booked. Trevor also arranged our transfers from the new airport which meant our holiday was completely stress free ! Will definitely be booking again !

We enjoyed the complex and the apartment Trevor excellent to deal with throughout the whole process. Apartment is lovely, furniture inside and out a little tired. Literally twenty steps from great swimming pool and patio was in shade from late afternoon which suited us. Ten minute walk to some nice restaurants and another five or so minutes to lovely beach. Would have liked air con in the apartment, very hot at night during our stay.

The contact with Trevor was very easy. He answered all the questions very fast. The villa was very sweet with all the facilities... The swimming pool was nice ( very clean). We recommamde it👍

We were 4 ladies who thoroughly enjoyed a 5 day break. The swimming pool is literately a few steps from house with a life guard in attendance. It was a very welcome relief from the heat. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Cushions for garden furniture could do with renewing in the near future. Restaurants, bars and beach all within a 5 - 15 mins walk. Superb beach very child friendly.

Great accommodation right beside the pool - immaculately kept. Trevor couldn't have been more helpful and when we had a problem with the door LInda sorted it right away. Highly recommended

we have just arrived back from a lovely stay in Trevor's house in Los Alcazares. We love the area where the house is,its walking distance from the main square , about 5 minutes walk, and 5 minutes walk from there is the wonderful beach. The house was very well placed, the front garden over looks the pool area and well maintained beautiful gardens. House has every thing you need for a great holiday ,and if you love the sun, although you have a roof terrace ,you can enjoy the sunshine all the day in the front garden.Plenty of British television , and the double bed is super comfy. We will definitely be returning .

Firstly from the very start when I enquired about the property Trevor was so helpful and accommodating. It made all the different dealing with such a professional and attentive person! From arrival at the airport, where Trevor arranged our taxi, everything went smoothly. The house is absolutely fabulous, everything that you could possibly want! A real home from home! It has 3 lovely bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with everything in it and a lovely roof terrace! It is perfectly located, literally a few steps from a gorgeous pool! Our 2 teenage boys of 14 had a blast!! The grounds are well maintained and it was lovely and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. We stayed in June and the weather was extremely hot, a mini heatwave I believe, so the pool was a welcome cool down! The plaza is about 5 - 10 mins walk from the complex and the beach about another 5 mins..the restaurants were all great, couldn't fault any of the meals. There is a supermarket at the top end of the plaza, the Mercadona, which was so handy, with lovely wine from 1.89e a bottle!!! All in all..even though it was scorching...it is a lovely area, lovely plaza, great gated complex and a wonderful townhouse. I would recommend the area and the complex to anyone and if we return would definitely stay here again! Thank you Trevor for everything!

Booked for a group of 4 ladies for a relaxing weekend. The house is very well maintained and faces directly onto the pool area. Booking was easy and Trevor also arranged for our transfer. All went very smoothly and we were at the house within 30 minutes of landing. The house is 5 mins from the main strip of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. And only 10 minutes from the beach. So perfect for being able to mix a pool / beach holiday. And with so many golf courses near by, a perfect location for a golf holiday too. The house is perfectly sized for 5 and is well equipped with a large fridge, washing machine and plenty of kitchen equipment. The sitting room is small but comfortable and outside is a lovely patio with table chairs and sunbeds. The bedrooms are clean and have plenty of storage. The main bathroom is quite large and having an extra toilet downstairs is a great bonus. The roof terrace is small but fine for 2 to sunbathe and excellent for drying clothes. I know it's a small gesture but having pool towels as well is bathing provided is really helpful, especially when travelling with only hand luggage. The pool area is lovely and the pool is very clean, cold, and well maintained. The only negative is no air conditioning. We knew this before so it didn't bother us too much. The fans in the bedroom are strong and if you leave the window open at the bottom whilst you sleep it's comfortable. But we were there at the beginning of June. I'm not sure how comfortable a nights sleep would be in August. Overall a fantastic weekend break. Would definitely book again but maybe not in August.

The apartment had everything we needed and it was s bonus not having to take towels or a hairdryer when travelling light. Lovely courtyard right by the pool ( although cold was great to cool down after sunbathing) The roof terrace also overlooks the pool and has sun beds. I travelled with my parents and children ( aged 21 and 16) who all thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. The town is a 5 min walk away with great restaurants all very reasonable ( 3 course meal with wine approx £13) The beach is superb and promenade goes on for miles. I would definitely go back to Los Alcazares and use this apartment again

House and location was exactly as stated. Had everything you could possibly need. Trevor did everything to make the transaction as smooth as possible, also allowing us to have a late check out as our flight wasn't until the evening. Los Albatros urbanisation was quiet and peaceful which was what we were looking for. Would definitely return and would recommend to anyone. Victoria

We came out for a break early season and had a great time here. The complex is gated and secure. It's a complex with a mixture of apartments surrounding a good pool with a separate children's splash pool so is ideal for families as well as those looking to relax. A nice grassed area around the pool for sunbathing. Overall a very nice complex with well looked after gardens and pool area. The Apartment suited our needs perfectly. 3 good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage. Ceiling fans to keep you cool. Fully fitted bathroom and also fully fitted kitchen. Nice lounge area with english tv. Outside is a good sized patio with table and chairs which then leads straight out to the pool area. Although we were 2 adults in our party I will also mention that the apartment also has a box full of toys for the younger ones to keep busy and as well as that a bookcase full of paperbacks if you run out of reading material on holiday. Trevor the owner was great to deal with and also helped us with our airport pickup and drop off's. He provided a great all round personal service and was a pleasure to deal with. The resort is very nice.. from the apartment it's only 5 min walk to local shops and main street where there are lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. A further five minutes walk gets you to the sea front. A great promenade area and very clean sandy beaches that stretch left and right probably about 2 - 3 miles in all so loads of room. This area is not commercialised or spoilt in any way. It's a friendly resort and a great place for a relaxing holiday. It's our second time to the mar menor murcia region and we will be back again soon.

Just back from a 2 week holiday with my husband and 3 kids (13, 11 & 10) and had a very enjoyable time. The complex is very secure and kept clean. The excellent clean pool was just a few steps from the house which was ideally for keeping an eye on the kids while they were playing in the pool which was also maned everyday by a life guard ( who kept everyone in check). The house was well equipped with plenty of towels to use for sunbathing etc. sun umbrella and beach chairs are also available to use along with shovels etc for the kids. Excellent distance (5 min walking) from the main plaza with large supermarket and plenty of eateries. We never had a bad meal the whole time we stayed there. Sandra and Lawrence transported to and from the airport (again at the most a 10 minute journey) and showed us around the property when we got there. Also always there at the end of the phone if you needed any help as we did - daughter had a sore ear due to trapped water, Sandra came round with some ear drops until we could get to the pharmacy to get some. Trevor was also very helpful while booking the property as we did have to rearrange the arrival by a day due to flight being cancelled by airline. We had the use of his other property to put our suitcases in and use of the facilities until this property was vacated and cleaned which was quite late on in the night. Once again thank you to Sandra and Lawrence who came back and helped with the move. Defiantly recommend it for families.

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks in August. We had a brilliant time and would definitely return. Our young children loved the house and it had everything we needed, it was a real "home from home". The 3 bedrooms are a really good size, the kitchen had everything we needed and the washing machine was great too and the washing dried so quickly on the roof terrace. The books, toys, buckets, spades and inflatables that are in the house are a real bonus too when traveling with children. We were so close to the pool, it was great being able to pop in and out of the house if we needed anything while we were at the pool. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach and we were only 5 minutes from a great choice of restaurants, bars and shops. The airport transfer arranged with Bodo went very smoothly and having Sandra on site as a keyholder and point of contact was very good. All in all it was perfect for our family's needs and I would definitely recommend this to other friends and family. My only note for improvement would be if the house (or bedrooms at least) had air conditioning as we found the bedrooms quite hot (it was boiling in August which we expected). The rooms did have ceiling fans but air conditioning would have been better.

My wife and I have just returned from a really relaxing holiday in Los Alcazares. The house we stayed in on the Albatross complex gives easy walking access to the beaches, shops, restaurants etc. The secure gated complex offers great facilities; swimming pool, pleasant walkways and very well maintained gardens. Trevor's house faces the swimming pool which is literally steps from the front gate. The layout of the house is flexible and would appeal to families, friends, or couples. On the ground floor it has a spacious well furnished living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, WC (with washbasin), plus a utility room. Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also a secluded solarium on the top level as well as a patio to the front of the house with good quality table, chairs, and huge sun umbrella. I noticed that there was a good selection of beach toys and even a child's highchair, something that many holiday providers charge extra for. I should also mention that the booking process and the airport transfers went like clockwork. The only thing "budget" about this quality accommodation was the price! I will certainly recommend it. Great holiday for my wife,son,granddaughter,and myself. Property is home from home with a great pool on the doorstep. Property is not far from bars and beach. This is a very nice house in a secure and well maintained complex, the garden ground are lovely. I really liked the location of the house, you could step out of the front garden and be right at the pool, but you still had complete privacy. The house had everything we needed for our ten day stay, including a washing line on the roof terrace! There were 5 of us staying in the property, 3 adults and 2 teenagers, the layout of the house, having a bedroom and toilet downstairs suited us perfectly. The property is also close to all the amenities, a 5 minute walk taking you to the main plaza which has a good choice of restaurants and bars. Los Alcazeres is a charming place, very clean and not too commercialised. Thanks to Trevor for renting us his lovely house, for organising our transfers and ensuring that everything went smoothly. I can't forget about Sandra and Lawrence, they picked us up from the airport and were always on hand if you needed anything, it was a pleasure to meet them both. The Watson Family from Fife
