Perfect house for our family. The pictures are accurate and we highly recommend this house. Well maintained and stocked. Quiet neighborhood, great location near all the stores. Owner provided all the necessary info to check in and out, it was a breeze! Can’t say enough great things about this house. The family loved it and was sad to leave. This house deserves nothing but 5 stars!

As a recent retiree in the Midwest, my sole purpose behind this trip was to celebrate my retirement with my family. We chose Arizona for the early March weather and to go to MLB Spring Training, something that had been on my bucket list, but that I had not previously done. Pardon the cliché but we hit a home run. The house was beautiful and clean. We paid the extra to have the pool heated, and it was worth every penny; we relaxed in the pool most of the 5 days we rented. The owners did some little things like left a half dozen bottles of water with a reminder to stay hydrated in the Arizona climate, and left condiments for guests to use, so we didn’t have to buy those items. The grocery store was nearby, along with some restaurants, and it wasn’t that far from ballparks we visited in Goodyear and Surprise, to watch multiple Spring Training baseball games. Communication in advance of our trip was excellent. In short, it was a great trip for the family, and I can cross attending MLB Spring Training off my bucket list. This was a great way to start retirement.

Clean, well stocked with everything that you would have in a home except for the pool and putting green. Great neighbors and getting a walk around the neighborhood

Had a very nice stay here recently. Property was as advertised in a nice quiet neighborhood just a short drive from a grocery store and busy retail area. Karen was most considerate of our 2 day late weather related arrival and managed to get credited for the shorter stay. Highly recommend.

Family Vacay
Not one negative comment I could make! Owner always replied right away if contacted. House was clean and absolutely beautiful! The pool was awesome, spent many hours each day in the backyard. We would love to stay here again!

Fabulous getaway for our family!
Ideal home for our family of 4! Spacious, clean and comfortable. Patio with pool, putting green and lounging chairs was perfect for hanging out and spending time together. We paid to heat the pool which was well worth the small additional expense! Home is close to plenty of hiking — Skyline Park and also the White Tank Mountains, golf courses and paved sidewalks and paths for running, plus grocery shopping. Clear check-in and check-out instructions and very responsive contacts for a few questions that arose. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Stay!!
We loved staying here with family. The pool and back patio seating was perfect for hanging out with family. The bedrooms were great-very comfortable beds! . It was fun playing card games and doing a puzzle. Kitchen has all amenities and is genrously equipped! In a great neigborhood located near everything you could possibly need. Close to many stores and restaurants and golfing! Quick response to all questions. We look forward to staying here again someday!

Great house
The house was great for our stay. The size was a bit bigger than we needed which was nice. The kitchen worked out great and there was enough basic items to allow us to cook a couple dinners in the house. We used the putting green just about every night which was a tad bit unexpected. Only reason this was not a five star was the pool didn't work the entire time. The local manager was in contact the entire time but the part never got there. We were given a discount which was nice, but would have preferred the pool. That being said, we would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect
Our family was looking for a place to relax and sit by the pool and this house was perfect. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. Everything we needed was provided and the large umbrellas they have for out back are really nice for when you need a sun break but don’t want leave the pool. We all had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property for any size gathering.
We weren't sure where was best to stay as we were planning to do some work (away from home) and a bit of relaxing. The home couldn't have been better! 4 wonderful bedrooms, PLUS a small office for those that needed to make calls during the day. It could easily handle 8 people without feeling crowded (we only had 3 of us). The outside space was great - comfortable for those that wanted sun or those that preferred the shade. The kitchen was super well laid out and easy to work in even if all 3 of us were cooking.
Buckeye was a bit of a drive from the things we were doing, however, as it was my first time in Phoenix, it may be that everything seems to be a 30 minute drive. We weren't used to that - but that was on us for not researching better.
But the house could not have been better!!

Quiet neighborhood
Property was just as described. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Carmen was quick to respond to any questions I had. Very accommodating.

Things that dont work
Overall the house is nice. It's big and roomy. However, there were things that didn't work. The grill wouldn't start and the tire pump wouldn't start. The tv in the living room didn't have any channels, only a DVD player.

The house was perfect for 5 groomsmen. Pool and putt putt! Relaxing setting close to freeway and stores. Beds were incredibly soft!

Comfortable for a Group
Eight adults shared the home for 10 days. The decor is amazing. Overall, the furniture and all around comfort were well thought out. There is ample space for quiet reading alone or socializing with friends.

Excellent place in the sun
We planned a trip for 3 couples and chose to stay in Buckeye. Our trip centered around MLB Spring Training and daily hikes. We could not have made a better choice of houses. The location is convenient to Goodyear Park (Indians and Reds spring training facility). You are also 10 minutes from Skyline Regional Park hiking trails. You could hike a different trail every day for a week. The house if very nice and clean. There was plenty of room for 3 couples. There is even a separate office area if you need to log on and do some work while away from the office. We loved sitting by the pool in the afternoon after our morning hikes. The owners were very accessible for questions during the stay. We highly recommend this house for your stay in the Phoenix area.

Great House
Great CLEAN house overall. The house was large and had a pretty cool setup in the backyard. The only drawback for our family was the pool heat was controlled by the owner. That meant we had to text the owners for pool heat when we wanted to use it. They did respond right away which was nice. As well the hot water for the showers was always warm not hot no matter how long they ran. Other than that the place was great and had everything we could ask for during our 12 day stay.

Beautiful, comfortable home with plenty of space for our family
This beautiful home is very comfortable and nicely furnished. The pool, palm trees and putting green are awesome, and a wonderful oasis to relax in. Everything is provided, right down to nice beach towels to use at the pool. This quiet location is perfect, and is very close to everything - grocery shopping, stores, restaurants and very easy access to I-10. Our family thoroughly enjoyed this location for our picture perfect family reunion. Carmen and Ralph were a pleasure to deal with and easy to reach. They are very flexible and went out of their way to accommodate our special requests. We had an unexpected health event with one of our family members, and Carmen was awesome allowing us to extend our stay at the very last minute. This helped us so much as we were able to focus in on the matters at hand, and not worry about where we were going to stay etc. We can't say enough good things about the owners and this property. We would stay here again, and definitely recommend this home.
