Had a great weekend with friends. This is the perfect location at Peek n Peak. Plenty of room and had every thing we needed.

This was a great house for a family vacation. Description of house was accurate, although not mentioned is that you do have to pass through one of the upstairs bedrooms to get to the loft. There are a large number of houses in the development all with the same architectural style and color (which is not really my thing) and the road up the hill is very winding and narrow, so it could be a bit treacherous in the winter. However, one of the ski lifts is very close and I could see how this would be an amazing ski-in/ski-out spot to stay. The house was clean when we arrived. Check-out instructions were posted on the refrigerator and were very clear. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and plenty of dishes/cooking pans/flatware for a larger group. Beds were comfortable. Our only real complaint was that the lower level bathroom shower didn't have much water pressure and all the water smelled like chlorine a couple of days. (I have the same chlorine issue in my own home occasionally because of the water treatment plant, so what's a person to do?)

This was the second time we stayed at this condo. It was great. Lots of beds and outside areas. Only thing l, that would be difficult to fix, is the size of the kitchen. It’s not made for more then 2 adults at a time.

Great accommodations for a group visiting the area for a family wedding. The house was clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the layout perfect for everyone to have their own space but also congregate in the living room/kitchen. There's also a lovely screened-in dining space for summer dinners.

The property is one of the few in Canterbury Place that has true ski in/ski out access. The property has plenty of space for large families. The common area/living room is small, but there is a full finished basement with a full living room. Also a full bath in basement. The property owner was kind enough to provide Duraflame logs for the fireplace which was great. The walk out basement door is fully setup with waterproof flooring and plenty of space to gear up and hit the slopes. Overall my family had an amazing time and we will definitely stay here next year.

We had 12 family members and a 9 month old Granddaughter to celebrate my sons 50th birthday. The house was very clean and very comfortable and was located adjacent to one of the many ski lifts. My adult children and their spouses had a very good time skiing, snow boarding and tubing while me and Grandma spent quality time taking care of our Granddaughter. One sure thing came out of this mini vacation is that all of us agree to go back again.

We've rented this property three years in a row, and it never disappoints. Location is the best at PnP, and the house itself is fantastic. Kelly makes it easy to want to stay here, so we're planning on renting it again next year!

The house and location were great for a long ski weekend. We used ski in/out even with the kids as young as 6 (after a few lessons). It was perfect to meet our family friends there for a getaway.

We had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas at your home. The tree was beautiful. We left you a custom made ornament on it. Location was excellent, the snow didn't cooperate like it usually does but we enjoyed one day of skiing, walking and swimming. The house was very well stocked with paper products, soaps, and kitchen dishes/utensils. We will definitely try to come back when the snow is deep or maybe for golf in the summer. After a last minute issue with another booking, it was great working with Kelly on this property. The location to the slopes was terrific and my family and friends had a great time relaxing and feeling at home here. We will definitely consider another stay in the future!!
