Me and my wife and our 4 year old son stayed for a week and we had a lovely time staying here we were out all day but the apartment was always clean and tidy and martins knowledge is amazing would definitely be staying again

This property exceeded all our expectations. It is architect designed and a beautiful modern looking building with a very nicely appointed interior. Thoughtful touches included a supply of drinks, bread and jam and milk on arrival. There is even a pair of binoculars to use when admiring the superb view over the Torquay marina. The host was very knowledgeable about places to visit and local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Torquay City Centre is perfect for the weekend away (short stay) apartment. Clean and comfortable, it's a great platform to explore Torquay and surrounds. Also has amazing hosts, our family loved our stay. Would recommend to anyone.

We can’t thank Martin and Diane enough for letting us stay in their beautiful home over Easter weekend. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had more for us than what we needed. Chilled bottle of Prosecco, variety of drinks and snacks all waiting for us in their beautiful, modern, clean eco-friendly home. Martin’s thorough knowledge of Torbay was fantastic and it meant we had many places to visit on our trip, all as fantastic as described. They also made our little boy feel so welcome and had lots of toys/dvds to keep him occupied! Massive thanks Martin and Diane, we had the most amazing break, we will definitely be back!!

We were well taken care of from the start to the end. We loved the location having the view of the sea from the top of the hill, yet walkable down to the town centre conveniently. The recommendations to places of interest and restaurants around the area was extremely useful. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and felt very welcomed. Thank you.

Accommodation was as exceptional with a wonderful view. Hosts was very helpful and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them, and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Stopped for 3 nights in Torquay at the Harbour View. Ticked all the boxes, Very clean, Well designed, Great views, Comfy beds & Brilliant hosts who even picked us up from the Train Station & gave us a a guided tour of the Town! Will definitely return

We had great great communication before and during the stay, once arrived we were pleasantly greeted and shown around the suite. They kindly made packages of potentially places we could visit which was very handy! Some of the best hosting ive ever revived! Will be going back for sure! Thank you for having us!

We had excellent service from Martin the accommodation was spotless and everything we needed was provided including a selection of drinks and a bottle of milk. Couldn’t have wished for anything more. Martin provided print outs of places to stay complete with post codes for our Sat Nav which meant we didn’t waste a minute of our time in Torquay.

Martin and Diane have an amazing home in a stunning setting and we was fortunate enough to share this. Martin went above and beyond to make us not only feel welcome but he also gave us a list of attractions suitable for adults and children, this definitely added to our holiday enjoyment as we didn’t have to waste time finding things to do. I would highly recommend this accommodation and we are already planning our trip there again for next year.

Such a fabulous apartment equipped with everything you could possibly think of and to the highest possible standards. Great hosts who thought of absolutely everything including welcome snacks and Prosecco and fantastic suggestions for day trips out, they couldn’t do enough for us. A perfect base for a perfect holiday with just so much to see and do.

The property manager was really friendly and helpful. They accommodated for our special request for the room which looked beautiful and was an amazing surprise. They went above and beyond of what was asked. Definitely recommend this place!

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend, and we literally could not have asked for more. We were greeted by Martin upon arrival, who was incredibly informative. He advised us on good places to eat, nice places to visit and even printed out maps for us. The accommodation itself in gorgeous and incredibly clean too, with a beautiful view of the harbour. Your privacy is totally respected by Martin and Dianne, although they are there is you need them for anything. We honestly could not recommend this place highly enough, such a friendly warm welcome and we will definitely be returning again for another visit. If I could rate higher than 5 stars then I honestly would!

From the beathtaking view on arrival, our weekend break was everything we had wished for and more. Martin was there to greet us with a smile and an abundance of local knowledge, which helped with our weekend itenary. The apartment has everything and more you could need and wish for including a lovely personal touch of a balloon, banners and prosecco for my 50th birthday. The property is stones throw from the beautiful harbour. "on the rocks" restaurant is a definate go to for dinner, a 3 course meal £30pp and delicious. Martin and Diane had sent us a list of recommendations before hand so we were able to book this in advance with confidence. We spent Sunday on Burgh Island, a place of outstanding beauty, uniqueness and one you'll never forget. On the way back we stopped at the creek Inn Kingsbridge for a delicious beef roast beef dinner. Then to Blackpool sands for a coffee and 40 winks, before taking the car ferry through Dartmouth. The drive took us through Paignton before arriving back in Torquay for a very welcome G&T. We departed on Monday, and detoured to Ness cove, Shaldon which was well worth a visit and stayed for breakfast before our journey home. A jam packed but relaxing and enjoyable weekend. We had the pleasure of staying here for a few nights and what more can I say than it was perfect! The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and you really couldn’t find a fault if you looked! The hosts Martin and Diane were fantastic and couldn’t rate them higher, gave us all the information and more than we could ask for! Went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived! Answered any question and just really cared and it showed and made you feel welcome! Would 100% recommend to anyone and would stay there again in the blink of an eye! Well what can I say an absolutely beautiful place to stay which has every thing that you could need during your stay. It was advertised as 5 star and indeed it was, even before we arrived Martin and Diane were in touch and even picked us up from, and took us back to the train station; where else would you get that kind of service, not to mention giving us a tour of the area and providing local knowledge and information, together with being on hand for anything we needed. The accommodation itself was of a very high standard and extremely clean making it a very comfortable stay, it had everything that you could possibly need. Martin and Diane had even provided a welcome pack which had also been thought about, and even with something for my 2 girls as well. Cannot recommend enough , we hope to return. I think we as humans have a nack for picking fault but I think if you tried you couldn’t. As soon as we arrived the place looked stunning (even in the rain) and the little things that most do they did more.... above and beyond, a great wealth of knowledge of the area was given but not enough time to do everything so most definite a return on the cards.

Stayed for a long weekend for my neices wedding. Martin & Diane were very welcoming. We have beem coming to South Hams for 25+ years, stay in lots of different places near to my relatives and this was ideal. Very modern, clean and very stylish. We had everything we needed and so much more. Kitchenette with suprising provsions including beers and wines, wonderful! Garden area was so cute, we took adavantage of the beautiful afternoon and had afternoon tea with relatives and Martin brought extra patio seats for everyone. Offer of a lift to the wedding was so kind. Nothing was too much trouble for our Host. We would highly recommend and stay there again. Fantastic value for money. Thank you so much 😊

What. Joy to stay at this wonderful 5 Star Suite. The accommodation is second to none. The hosts Martin and Diane catered for our every need from groceries, wine and beer laid on for our arrival to guidance on places to visit and the best pubs and restaurants to eat.
