Great location where we could have some private time in our pool and hot tub at the house while still getting to enjoy the community activities when we wanted to be around more people. Really fast to get to the Disney parks and close to stores to pick up food so we didn't have to eat out every time. We would for sure stay here again.

Had a great time staying at this location. There were 9 of us and plenty of space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool everyday.

I have nothing but good things to say about our recent stay! Jenna is a wonderful host and very responsive. Everything was as listed, with very clear check-in and check-out procedures. We enjoyed the hot tub during an unusual FL cold snap (really, 38 degrees in the morning?!?). There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind when we weren't out and about.

Hands down, a 5/5 experience at this Orlando Vrbo for our Christmas getaway! Perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. The house's spacious setup made us feel right at home, and the heated pool and spa was a total win – the kids were in their element. The resort pool, complete with a water park, took the fun to another level. But wait, there's more! Two playgrounds nearby, one a quick 5-minute walk, the other a relaxed 10-minute stroll. It added that extra touch of convenience and variety for playtime. Getting to Disney parks was a breeze, and the local dining scene offered plenty of tasty options. Overall, this Vrbo nailed it, providing not just comfy digs but a whole package of entertainment for both young and old. Highly recommend for a chill and fun Orlando stay!

Great house that has everything we needed for a trip to Disney. We went in December, so we paid to heat the pool. It was definitely worth it and we enjoyed having our own private pool and spa. The game room was a nice plus for our family. All in all it was a nice stay.

Perfect location if you are going to Disneyworld. The home was everything we needed for our family of ten. The kids loved the pool. One thing we missed was a gas barbecue to use. Other than that it was great.

The location of the home was perfect for going to all the parks, groceries and restaurants. The size of the home was great for 6 adults and 3 kids. Everything is worn out in the home, the beds were awful! Could be a 10 but really needs some updating and tlc!

Great house for multi-family stay. Had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay for our annual family vacay. We had enough room for everyone. We had trouble with check-in at the gate. Our names were not submitted so we had to wait upon arrival. Our host was very responsive so everything was resolved quickly. Please be sure to inquire about the number of cars you are allowed at the resort. We had family arriving from different parts of the state and country so we had some last minute fanagling that we would have liked to have prepared earlier for. The house was nice. The mattresses in a few of the rooms were in need of updating but it wasn't too bad. The home had what we needed overall. Having the pool was super convenient but we also utilized the resort amenities which was a nice short outing for everyone. Thank you to our host.

Having stayed in many different Villas in Florida over the years, mainly in the Champions gate and Highway 27 areas we decided to select a villa closer to the theme parks because of the heavy traffic and time consuming travelling. So glad we chose the Windsor Hills location, Brilliant choice, just 10 minutes from the Disney area and 25 minutes to Universal Studios, with 4 minutes to the Walmart supermarket. The villa itself was very homely and comfortable, with the AC surprisingly cool throughout the house , even upstairs, which can sometimes be to warm . There was plenty of outside lounges and chairs with a massive table to suit our large family for all our outside dining. The pool and hot tub were great and were made full use of, the kitchen area had plenty of appliances and utensil’s with a new washing machine and tumble dryer. Overall the villa is excellent , and along with numerous other villas it could do with a lick of new paint here and there , but that’s being highly critical. The owner Jenna was very easily to deal with and was very quick to respond to questions etc. via e - mail. The answer to the question , would we stop there again , Yes definitely .

Our stay at this villa was great! We anticipated on bringing all of our comforts from home but this house is exactly as advertised. The mattresses could use an upgrade but all in all the stay was great. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Jenna for answering my many questions.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The description was accurate and the home was spotless! It was also a perfect location being close to the theme parks. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone. Just an all around great experience!

This did not feel like a vacation. It felt like I was at home dealing with my own house problems. The AC was broken. There were signs all over saying do not set the AC under 74 degrees. We walked in and the upstairs was 86 so I turned it down to get it to cool off. Immediately the levers were sending crazy messsges saying I broke the AC and was going to pay for the damages. My family is in HVAC and knew the unit had to already be broken by the notes. Plus, the thermostat can’t brake an AC. Not to mention, we are in Florida so having an upstairs AC at 74 is hot. We didn’t have air for 2 days. The owners were rude. The property manager was so nice and brought us extra fans. He eventually fixed the unit. We were never offered money back. In addition, the house has a very weird odor - maybe they tried to mask a smoke smell, I’m not sure. There were rules and post it notes stuck all around the entire house such as: “ only use 12 gallon trash bags. Do not leave trash in kitchen. Do not turn faucet. Gently touch dryer button. Cover pool after every use. “. On top of this, the pool was tiny. You had to pay extra to heat the hot tub. There were no pool lights. All the furniture and fixtures were dated. Dirty carpet and stains throughout. Honestly, I was ready to head home early on this trip because it was one thing after the other.

The home is as advertised. Roomy rooms and lots of amenities. My grandkids loved the pool and air hockey and pool tables. It is close to both Universal and Disney. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent gated community. Rental included access to the community clubhouse and pool. The home was roomy and the kitchen was perfect for preparing large family meals. Our grandkids loved the pool and used it every day of our stay. The hot tub provided much needed therapy after 12 hour days at Disney. I would advise opting to pay to heat the pool and hot tub. My only complaint is that the mattress in the master suite is not comfy. The roominess of the house easily accommodated our 10 family members

Everything was fantastic! The pools were amazing! Everything we needed was right there at the Villa! VERY close to Disney and to a Walmart! Area was VERY secure and safe! We had so much fun at the Villa itself that we didn’t partake in the rest of the activities available at Windsor Hills, but they looked amazing! We did visit the shop, which was great for immediate needs and had fun beverages for adults and kids! There was also movies at night in the clubhouse! Due to the upkeep of the Villa, we had no problems with any bugs! We had two 11 year olds, 3 adults, and a 14 year old and we had a blast! Excellent communication with the host, Jenna!

We had so much fun for our family holiday. Immediately felt at home and had plenty of space for everyone. It was very easy to get to Disney parks.

Very spacious house, more then enough room for a few families to vacation together. House was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was the highlight of the house as the kids could not get enough of it. The game room was also a great space for the kids to play! The house was also very close to Walmart for all your shopping needs. The home provided our family and friends with the best vacation ever and we highly recommend this home to anyone who is thinking of doing a Disney trip!!

The house was amazing and provided such a comfortable home and away from home vacation for our family. The property manager was amazing to work with and responded to our requests in a very efficient and timely manner. Working with the host was also outstanding. There was a few kitchen items we requested and had them ordered and delivered right to our door step within a few days. The pool was great for the days away from Disney World. The location is great and kept very clean. So nice to have no one behind you provided further privacy. The home provided our family with the best vacation ever and would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to vacation in the most magical place on earth. Thank you!!

We stayed at this house for a conference we were attending. The house was great. It was exactly as described. The hot tub and pool were great. We all enjoyed it and would definitely stay here again.

Over all great experience, place is as pictured. Definitely enough space for a multi family’s. Great central location to Disney parks, Disney springs and also beaches. The place could use some mixing bowls, oven mitts/ hot pads and better quality beds and pillows.

Our adult family really enjoyed our stay at Windsor. The home was really decorated nicely and so pleasant. The home was more spacious than the pictures. All the bedrooms and baths were updated and spotless. The kitchen was well stocked. All the TV's worked great. The pool area and the pool itself were very clean as well. We paid to heat the pool which was well worth the cost. We loved having our meals outside by the pool. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from all the attractions. The only small complaint is that the couch was really worn and there was no door closure going to the hallway between the family room and hallway bath for the main bedroom.
