We arrived and got very quick and smooth access to the condo. The first thing our children said was: "dad this apartment is amazing! This is the best you have ever found". The apartment was also very well equipped and the location was really good so we're very happy with our choice for our vacation.

This unit and property were amazing for my family of 6 on our 10 day vacation! It was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach (across the street and down a well maintained and beautiful palm tree and mangrove lined brick paved walkway), and we went back and forth several times each day. The pool at the condo was perfect as well. Neither the pool, beach, or roadways were very busy or congested so we really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and great weather. The unit was comfortable, had lots of little details and conveniences, and felt like home. We had the best time and would love to return here some day. We used the beach cart, chairs, soft cooler, and body board every day at the beach and it was so convenient to not have to pack all of that stuff with us in our van for our drive down. We cooked and ate most meals in the unit and they had everything you really needed to prepare the food. The fridge and pantry had plenty of extras like condiments, food storage bags, plastic wrap, and other small things that were a nice to not have to buy at the grocery store to only use a small amount. The beds were all comfortable and the in unit washer and dryer were great for towels and so we didn’t have to overpack for the trip. We had a slight issue locking the door on arrival and Lynn, the property manager, took my call and immediately was able to assist me over the phone to resolve the issue. The whole experience was exceptional.

Awesome location, very close to the South Beach public beach access. Great place to stay with two bedroom and two bathrooms. Decorations were very beach inspired. Keyless entry was very convenient. Our favorite room was the screen porch with a view of the gulf.

This place is home away from home. A very clean and comfortable place with close proximity to the South Beach access. Everything you need is there! We had a wonderful stay and vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect location just across the street from the Gulf. Pool not crowded, chairs always available. Condo was well equipped and had everything for day at the beach! Property manager was great! I would highly recommend this property! As a bonus, we could see the sunset from the balcony!

Response time with the owner and property manager was quick and they were helpful. The location to the beach is great. Enjoyed the pool also. We would stay here again.

Perfect location for a stay on Marco. Condo is beautiful and has everything needed for a short or long stay. Jen’s response for a question or problem was immediate. My only complaint was that I couldn’t stay longer!

We had a great stay at this wonderful unit at the beach! The unit was well equipped with beach gear, had plenty of extra linens and all the kitchenware we needed. Great place for a family beach vacation. The owner was prompt with communication and made sure we had everything we needed.

This condo is fantastic!! Jen and Lynn were so great to work with!! Jen contacted us in a very timely manner and made check iin a breeze. We went straight to the condo with no additional stops to pick up keys, sign in, etc. Location, location, location! We literally walked across the street to the South Marco Beach Public access…no worries about finding parking. The condo is decorated beautifully and exactly as the pictures appear. Jen has stocked the condo with everything you could possibly need or want. The condo very clean and provided all linens, bath towels, beach towels, etc. There were games, books, and even a printer for use during our stay! All beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach cart, and other items were provided as well. I’m telling you, Jen has thought of everything you could need during your stay. I will definitely rent this condo again in the future.

Four of us stayed at this property for 10 nights. The condo was equipped with more than we could imagine. The kitchen had more staff than we needed, the bedrooms had a lot of linen and towels including many of them for a beach. The owner and the manager replied to all of our questions without any time spent. We contacted the owner 2 weeks before we arrived with the question if we will have two beach umbrellas and she replied that she is not sure if the condo has two or one. She contacted us in couple of days that she bought a new umbrella for us; we were nicely surprised because we did not ask about it and she was not obligated to do it. The beach is good and very close to the property; about 3 minutes to walk. Additionally there is a very good pool on the property that is very clean and well maintained. Overall it was such a great experience starting from the arrival and ending with the departure. We would strongly recommend this place to everyone.

The location was perfect and the property was a good fit. Loved spending time on the lanai and the pool was relaxing and very well maintained. The beach was across the street too for those perfect sunsets, very good restaurants and shopping abundant.

We had an amazing time on our first trip to Marco Island! The condo was exactly as advertised and proximity to the beach was great. We had all of the amenities we needed including beach chairs and towels which was a huge plus. Jen was super responsive and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The condo was conveniently located to all we needed. Easy walk to and from the beach. Pool is warm and kids swam all day! The condo was clean and had everything we needed when we wanted to cook and eat in. The view from the condo is fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved this property. Location is right across the street from the public beach access. Very quite and peaceful location. Awesome view of the beach and sunsets.

This condo was extremely beautiful. The location was ideal as far as either going to the beach or even simply going to the grocery stores and restaurants. Being on the South end of the Island made it so that there was minimal traffic to deal with. I would strongly recommend this to anyone, and I will try to reserve this same condo in the future for my next trip to Marco Island. Thank you very much,

Had everything we needed (could use a few more hand towels) for a very comfortable stay. There is even a "beach closet" with everything you need for a full day at the beach. Would certainly book this place again!

This condo was perfect for our two week stay! When we arrived, it was extremely convenient that the unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need until you were able to make your way to a store. The condo was clean, had everything we needed to cook, was stocked with beach essentials, and had a good view of the Gulf and sunset each evening. Our daily walk over to enjoy South Beach couldn’t have been smoother! The Sea View residents and guests were quiet and respectful... and it a peaceful vacation spot we will return to!

The condo is situated at the South and of Marco so the traffic isn't as heavy. Beach access is right across the street. Very clean, updated, and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay.
