Property was in excellent proximity to the Beech Mountain slopes. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Loft bedroom is perfect for families with kids. Entry foyer has plenty of hooks for snow gear. Extra heat unit in Kitchen was perfect for cold mornings. Game area has a fun skylight “dome” in the ceiling. Flat easy parking directly in front of condo.

This condo was perfect for our family. We loved how close it was to the slopes and a few restaurants. The kids loved Brick Oven Pizza. We saw several deer. It was not crowded, neighbors were quiet and neighborhood was clean and safe.

This is a great property! The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals, plenty of seating for movies - table big enough for game night! Bathrooms look newly remodeled- VERY CLEAN - I’m a stickler about bathrooms - easy to control the temps in each room, nice and close to the slopes! Entry way perfect for ski gear! We had 7 adults one night -5 the rest of the time - plenty of room for everyone. We will rent this place again for our next ski trip! Owners very helpful and easy to get ahold of when needed.

Daren thank you again!! We had another wonderful stay at Altitude Adjustment for Thanksgiving. The renovations are great and everything was just perfect! I think we have definitely found our Thanksgiving spot every year and can’t wait to come back!!

Excellent - clean and inviting, worked very well for a weekend get away to Tweetsie and Boone with kids . Condo had everything needed for family/children plenty of beds, space and bathrooms too!

We loved our weekend stay at Altitude Adjustment. I can’t wait to come back and stay longer. The home was beautiful and in a fabulous location. The owner told us about local happenings around town that we enjoyed including live music and bounce houses for the kids. The house was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. I will say with it being the end of June, we were a little warm. The air conditioner didn’t keep us quite cool enough, but we wound up being better just opening the windows and using the fans provided in each room. We’ve found in the past that most condos in the area do not have AC at all, however, so at least there were AC units available here. We really did love the condo. There is plenty of room for even a large family to stay and not be crowded. We can’t wait to come back again.

This property is perfect for groups of people coming together for a mountain getaway. The owner was so kind and thoughtful, very personable and easy to communicate with. The upper loft area has 3 twin beds perfect for kids and teens. The two private bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. (The upper loft floor has a bathroom as well). Great patio area. They even provided sleds under the porch which some people in our group utilized. We loved staying there.

The property is great! The location is a 5-minute drive or walk to the slopes. It’s close to multiple restaurants but in a nice residential setting so it’s quiet. Parking is easy. Place is well- equipped so no need to bring anything, and the layout was wonderful for our party of 5. Would suit more easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Daren and his wife gave us the opportunity to be with our friends and enjoy BEECH MOUNTAIN at the same time! Everything went perfect the condo was very spacious, yet very open as well. We could talk to each other anywhere even on different levels! We had everything we needed to cook and more. We definitely felt very at home here and would love to return in the future! Thank you so much!

Great views and location. Well equipped. Heating was hard to maintain a comfortable temperature. Overall very satisfactory.
