We had a great stay at this perfectly located cottage. Very comfy, within walking distance of OB eateries and farmers market. The manager Abe had some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Had a great anniversary vacation.

Can not beat being right on the beach

Great location. One step from the beach , right out the front door. Central location to all the hot spots of San Diego , 30 minutes away from everything.. even accounting for the rough traffic at times. Private , secure parking. Great vacation for us.

The property and location was perfect for our family of 4, the kids could run out into the beach anytime and the house was well equipped with beach chairs, toys, etc. Communication with the owner and manager was great and we felt very supported during the rental process. We already booked another stay here!

Cute little cottage on the beach. Open the front door and your first step is in the sand. Excellent communication with the PM meant everything was perfect and all expectations were met. Parking in the garage was an amazing benefit. Will be returning to this place.

Great place for a couple. Right on the beach, close to shops and places to eat! Check in process and the communication with property owners was easy and they were very attentive. I would totally stay here again.

Favorite place to stay when visiting San Diego. Cute cottage right on the beach that’s perfect for a couple, and walking distance to restaurants and shops.

If you love the ocean and the beach as I do, then this is the place for you. Also the owner is extremely responsive and immediately solves any little problem that arises

This cute, tiny house was an ideal home base for our family of four while visiting San Diego. The property is clean and comfortable. You step out the front door onto the beach - what a dream! The fold out couches are very comfortable. The property manager was very attentive and provided a lot of great info about the house and the Ocean Beach neighborhood. Our girls enjoyed rolling down the sand mounds on the beach. I found the volleyball games out front very entertaining to watch. We all enjoyed spectacular sunsets and walks down the nearby pier. The house is right under the SAN airport flight path, but this didn't really bother us. I noted ear plugs were provided in case this did bother someone. The OB neighborhood itself could be described as "gritty" which may be uncomfortable for some families. Overall, we highly recommend this property.

What more can I say. Everything was great. From the cottage to communication. And of course the location is amazing!

This is truly the place to stay! The cottage is right on the beach and walking distance to Newport Avenue. We enjoyed the proximity to shops, markets and cafes. My wife went to nearby Sunset Cliffs and hiked and did a yoga class at sunset. Every evening at the cottage we watched the sunset and ate dinner on the patio. The people in the area were laid back, friendly and the overall vibe was welcoming and relaxing. We did not want to leave! Delia who cleans and cares for the house welcomed us and gave us some restaurant suggestions. She was so very kind. The cottage had everything we could ever need, was clean and comfortable. We did not want to leave this little place in paradise-truly THE place to stay. So, we will definitely be going back!

The house was awesome. The views are amazing. Loved walking out the door right on to the sand and beach. Such a peaceful property. Very happy with our entire ocean Beach experience. Thank you Abe for being a great and attentive host.

Staying in the cottage was better than any upscale hotel ever could be. Ocean sounds, breeze, amazing views, and located near so much. Abe was so quick to answer any questions and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Book it and soak up the experience of the cottage. It’s unique and we won’t ever forget it. (Hope to visit again)

The location was amazing! We enjoyed walking up to the sound of the ocean and in the evening beautiful sunsets. Everything we could ask for was within walking distance. The house was clean & comfortable with plenty of amenities. We would definitely stay again.

So relaxing! Was super close to sea world, and I enjoyed my mornings with my daughter walking the beach and finding crabs a sea shells! Can’t wait to plan another trip. Thank you guys so much!

Cottage was clean and we felt safe (which are two things that were important to me). Restaurants and shops are walking distance from cottage. I really liked that we could wash our clothes and not have to wash it until I returned home. Abe was a great host. He answered any questions I had and also made suggestions on what to do in the area. Communication with Abe was excellent. The unit was great. I loved walking on the beach every morning!! Also enjoyed the fire pit on the sand. Great restaurants literally a 2 minute walk. We had a great time!!!

My wife and I visit this area of San Diego every other year or so. Usually stay at Pacific Beach but thought we’d try something a little different. This is a quaint old cottage right on the beach. Reminded us of a rental we used to own. A lot of beach activity Saturday & Sunday, quieter earlier in the week. It’s a short walk to good food and groceries.

What a gem! The house is literally on the sand which is such a treat in OB. Super clean and has everything you could need from beach chairs to a fire pit. The communication is above and beyond, thank you for everything!

Good things come in small packages, this cottage is located right on the beach, so you get a great view of the waves and activities all the time. Sure it is smaller than other options, but the location, side yard, and deck space help to make up for that, and it is a short walk to food and fun.

We had an amazing stay. The house is small, but cozy. The property manager was so helpful and kind. What a beautiful view!
