Close to downtown, Riverside Park, Convention Center, and Palmer Events Center. Very convenient, in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space to unwind after a long day, cook dinner if desired, or take a swim in the pool (it is cold in the winter). Very comfortable rooms and setting.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We rented space because it had great reviews but does not equate to price paid. Here were multiple issues throughout stay. 1. SAFETY- owner had multiple personal medications in the bathroom including muscle relaxants. personal lubricant, blood pressure medications. We had 3 kids under the age of 4 with us and this was huge concern. 2. Pool was not cleaned and NOT able to be used. We wanted to use it since weather was in 70s that weekend. Since it wasn’t able to be used owner said he would cover it but never did. We specifically choose this property due to pool listing. 3. Owner was frazzled and completely surprised that we were renting place that day and was not ready at check in time. He was not prepared and did NOT HAVE SPACE appropriately cleaned. 4. Second floor balcony was full of junk and personal items-- unusable. 5. We were served with VIOLATION from Austin city that the space was not approved for rental. I WOULD NOT RENT HERE AGAIN. We tried to approach owner regarding all of these issues but he was unwilling to refund us even part of our stay nor did he apologize for our safety concerns or the condition of property. BE AWARE: owner lives on property right above house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was absolutely perfect for my family!

Would come back here in a heartbeat. Great experience!
