Rooms nice, beds comfortable, outside clean . Very nice stay
Everything was nice , breakfast could’ve been a little better, use to Holiday Inn expresses breakfast with sausage gravy and biscuits and more variety.

Easy check in. Right off route 81.
It could have been cleaner. Something was smeared across the door to the room. There was a ball of hair on the floor of the room which was not ours.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Offered a space for our bike so we didn’t have to take it to the room. Staff who prepared breakfast was present and available. Very attentive to guests.

Very convenient. Which is a plus for us, because we don’t drive. This is solely why we picked this hotel
The free breakfast wasn’t worth free. They could do so much better than what they offer for the prices.
They only had ONE WAFFLE IRON. The food on the steam table was cold. So yeah it’s not like you’re going to jump out the bed and run down and get an amazing breakfast. But you won’t starve either.
( we come up once a month to see my step daughter for about 4 days) so we just dealt with it more because of location.

Typical hotel breakfast. Better than most.
Room smelled heavy of air freshener, as if trying to cover come something. It was over welming. The room also had some kind of vibration. Maybe from laundry room . Shook the bed till about midnight.

BREAKFAST WAS WELL THOUGHT OUT. LOTS OF SPACE AND ROOMS WAS NICE TO BE A SEPARATE SPACE FROM THE USUAL IN MOST HOTELS.

Loved that it was located next to a mall and several restaurants. The facility was very clean. The staff was very nice. My room was spacious and comfortable.
There seemed to be some confusion about breakfast hours. Clerk at check-in told us it was 7-10am. But staff member at the breakfast area said it was over at 9am. Some of my family ended up missing it completely.

It was conveniently located near shopping food and the highway. We had a first floor room near an exit where we parked our car. The bed was comfortable as well.
The room that we got was not like the one pictured. There was no chair other than the desk chair. There was a tub in the bathroom instead of the walk-in shower.

Very centralized to everything we needed to do in the area, some very good restaurants with in a few mins of the property.
The room was nice, the mattress was what you would expect from a hotel but the pillows were the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. lumpy small and almost impossible to fall asleep with.

it was clean and the people working the desk were exceptional a woman and gentleman were very friendly especially sat night!
