I have rented apartments in Elviria for over twenty years , you get used to that rental feeling , cold tiled floors , modest fittings and a lot of white walls. This apartment is totally different , when you open the front door you are welcomed with warm wooden floors throughout. You feel as if you have walked into someone's home it is filled with top quality furniture , the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are all finished to a much higher standard than you would expect. The best is still to come , when you walk out on to the balcony the view of the sand dunes and the ocean are breath taking. You can go to sleep at night listening to the sea rolling in and wake up to the same. Do I recommend this apartment ? It's a definite Five Stars . I don't have enough space to say how nice the owners are or what a great location it is, everything you need within walking distance. I can't wait to stay here again. Monty.

The apartment offers a fantastic see view. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are nicely decorated. Charo and Juan are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely 9 day stay at this apartment. The hosts Juan and Charo went out of their way to make sure we were ok from start to finish. The apartment is exactly as it shows in the pictures and the description. Location is excellent for beach, supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Apartment was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed many evenings eating supper on the balcony , overlooking the sea and sand dunes and watching the sun go down. Would definitely recommend if looking for an apartment in this area.

Our stay at 912 block 9 Romana Playa was absolutely perfect for us. We were welcomed by the owners Charo and Juan who were the most delightful couple and although we didn’t speak Spanish they managed to communicate through their daughter who speaks fluent English. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the views from every window looked over the Mediterranean Sea. The beach was a two minute walk away and there are several lovely beach bars/ restaurants close by. The shops are about a 15 minute walk away with more lovely restaurants to hand. Charo and Juan left us a welcome pack of fruit, water, biscuits and a lovely bottle of red wine. On a clear day you can see Gibraltar and Africa! I thoroughly recommend this beautiful apartment - so much so we booked it again before we left!

We booked this apartment so that we could have a peaceful holiday in the midst of all the current chaos. Location and view were important as we wanted to be able to enjoy our time away without needing to go far. The apartment fully met our expectations will an incredible uninterrupted view across the sea and all day sun. The apartment was presented absolutely spotlessly clean, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely large terrace perfect for enjoying the sun and the incredible view. The beach was just steps away, the pool was so clean and inviting, parking was close by and easy too. Beachside restaurants are easy to walk to and just up the hill are shops and more places to eat, all just a short walk away. Access within the complex, which being built on a hillside has a lot of steps, has sufficient lifts and ramps to fully enable everyone to reach all areas. Juan, Charo and Marina were fabulous friendly hosts who offered a personal greeting upon arrival with lots of information about the area. They even tolerated my poor attempts at communicating in Spanish! In addition they provided hand sanitiser and face masks so we could remain safe. We could only find one thing that would’ve added to our experience there, fold up beach/pool chairs would’ve been nice. The pool area doesn’t have beds, so the only available ones are those on the beach which cost around €8 each per day. However there are two lovely beds on the terrace so you are not without somewhere to sit out and enjoy the sun. A beautiful apartment and lovely hosts, thank you!

The apartment is immaculate, the pool is lovely, the location is so convenient for visiting surrounding areas or just staying local. Beach restaurants within a few minutes walk were fabulousl. Our favourite was Beach house. Best thing without a doubt is the view from the terrace, it really made the holiday perfect. Charo & Juan were great hosts. Highly highly recommend.

The apartement is more than we could expect. Perfect location. Fantastic view over the ocean. On clear days you can see not only the Gibraltar cliff, but also the Morrocan mountains . The terrace is exactely as pictured. The apartement is beautifully decorated. Good size bedrooms, both with acess to the terrace. The masterbedroom has a walk-in closet, the other bedrooms has large closets. Nice big bathrooms. The livingroom is nice and the kitchen very functional. The owners Charo and Juan greeted us when we arrived. and followed through on our entire stay checking if everything was in order. Water in the fridge and fresh fruit was a nice touch when we arrived. The apartement has a perfect location on the beach. The beach is easily accessible through the garden gates. It is walking distance to several very nice restaurants. There is a nice gym on the premises with spinning, yoga and pilates clases and all the equipement you would need for a good workout. We have been vacationing in this area for over thirthy years and this is by far one of the best apartements we have rented We will higly recommend this apartement.

Wir wurden äußerst empfangen. Alles war problemlos. Die Wohnung ist luxoriös und ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern, die ein eigenes Reich für sich haben wollen. Zwei Bäder, ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank, eine große Terrasse und Meerblick. Die Küche ist modern und die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir können diese Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Very nice apartment with fantastic sea view. We enjoyed our stay in this very nice and clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful sweet hostess and host. Nice welcome with bottle of wine. Beach is clean and only a few steps away and shops and restaurants are available sufficiently and also close by. We will definitely come back here.

Very nice unit right on the beach 8k outside of Marbella. Sandunes between unit and beach provide a great barrier from beach walkers. Very clean with modern appliances and other furnishings. Large deck with chaise lounges and large dining tables with retractable awnings. Juan and Charo great communicators before and during our stay. Met us at the unit and walked us through everything. Restaurants, cafes, markets and golf all close by

Heel proper appartement met echt wel zicht op zee, vlak aan de duinen! Gastvrij ontvangst . Water en melk in de koelkast, flesje wijn , een gevoel van welkom !!!! Comfortabele bedden ! Gezellige keuken !!!

This is the perfect place for 2-4 people to stay in Marbella. Perfect. Don't look further!!

Wohnung kann man weiterempfehlen. Alles sehr sauber,die Küche ist neuwertig alle Geräte vorhanden.2 Schlafzimmer sind vorhanden (Betten 180x200 und 160x200 cm). Stauraum ist genug vorhanden.Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Flachbildfernseher mit div. Deutschen Programmen vorhanden. Auch im grösseren Schlafzimmer ist ein Fernseher vorhanden. Eine Waschmaschine steht im Bad. Die Begrüssung durch Charo und Ihrem Partner war sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil dieser Wohnung sind die vielen Treppen ,um in die Wohnung zu kommen. Auto ist notwendig.

We have stayed here for two weeks. Great location, located between the two swimming pools in the resort and twenty metres from the beach. On arrival we were met by Charo and Juan who made us very welcome! There was also a welcome pack provided which consisted of milk, bottled water,tea,coffee,biscuits, jam, butter,pan tostado and a lovely bottle of wine. Fantastic!

Our hosts Charo and Juan (and their daughter) were very hospitable, thoughtful, communicative and attentive to all of our needs and more. The apartment itself is very clean with a well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and the other with a large bathtub), a washing machine, and a large terrace overlooking the beach/ocean which is literally steps away. The location with regard to accessing the beach, shopping areas and restaurants is ideal...all within reasonable walking distance. Moreover, if you're interested in keeping fit or playing tennis, there's a private fitness club directly on the premises (ca. 10€/day) and well-maintained clay tennis courts to rent at the Don Carlos Hotel tennis club just across the street. The only small complaint that I could mention is that the beds were rather firm (compared to ours at home) which didn't bother my husband at all. The nights and especially mornings were very quiet and peaceful, which we couldn't say about most of our holiday stays elsewhere. We could only hear the calming sound of the ocean. All things considered, we can highly recommend this apartment.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Küchen- und Badutensilien. Die Vermieter sehr bemüht, aufgeschlossen und zuverlässig. Überragend ist die Lage der Wohnung, direkt am Meer. Die große Terrasse ist das Highlight der Wohnung, ohne die Inneneinrichtung schmälern zu wollen. Die Anlage ist gut gesichert und liegt geschützt in einem angenehmen Wohngebiet. Zugang zum Pool und Meer sehr nah und unkompliziert. Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

My family and I stayed at this apartment for about eight days, and it was very enjoyable. The apartment is fully renovated and very nicely decorated. The location of the apartment is right on the beach with full view of the ocean in a family friendly area. There were two pools only a few meters from the apartment and there are also multiple shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owners were very welcoming and helpful as well. Truly felt like a home away from home.
