This is a very stylish, two-level flat within walking distance of the Museum of Liverpool, Liverpool ONE shopping, Mathew Street, and transportation hubs. Best equipped kitchen we've ever had with a lovely patio, a comfortable bed and great TV room - the photos don't do it justice. Peter is a great host, we are very glad to have stayed here.

This apartment has a rare and spacious outdoor patio with a great view of the city. After busy days in the vibrant city, you have this peaceful and quiet retreat to go back to. Only a 5 minute walk to Mathew Street. Host Peter is incredibly easy to work with.

Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. As was the bus for the magical mystery tour. The flat was spotless and had everything we needed. Peter was so wonderful to communicate with. We had no issues at all. If the weather had been a bit better we would have used the patio more. Thank you for letting us stay.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a 5-night stay in Liverpool. Peter was a lovely, welcoming host and it was so nice to meet him in person. The flat was in a convenient, safe location in the heart of Liverpool and we walked to all attractions. I would definitely recommend this property. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Peter’s apartment. It was clean, well-appointed and located close to all of the sights we wanted to explore. Peter was very communicative…and flexible. He graciously met us when we arrived and showed us everything we’d need to know during our stay. We highly recommend staying here with Peter.

Excellent city apartment for two, all facilities are available, fully equipped kitchen (except a dish washer). The bed is slightly narrow, and the street environment is uninspiring and sometimes drab (the apartment itself is spacious and luxurious) but Liverpool's city center and life is just around the corner at walking distance. Would definitely recommend. Peter is a great and gentle host who makes you feel at home.

This property is one of the most unique and one of the best properties I've seen in a long time. You'll be spending most of your time here either on the balcony on top or in the massive living room below. With high ceilings everywhere and a skylight available in the living room, it's genuinely one of the nicest places I've stayed. The couches were good enough to sleep on, and the bed provided some of the best sleep I've had. The bathroom was nice and the addition of a sunken in bath (as in lower than ground level) was interesting but enjoyable. Everything was up to date and modern, and Peter was an amazing host showing us around the first time and going through all we needed to know. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Excellent communication from the owner. Wonderful equipped with everything you need. Central location in the heart of Liverpool. Peter was an attentive host who explained about the area attractions and places to eat. Also, showed us where things were in the apartment how to use them. Said we could contact him anytime if we needed . Lovely large roof terrace very seure building.

Great location for a Liverpool visit
The apartment is located within walking distance of Lime Street station and is an excellent base for exploring Liverpool. The apartment is quiet, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Peter is a friendly and most helpful host. We would certainly stay at this apartment if we return to Liverpool

Great location for Liverpool
Peter was very friendly and helpful on my checking in. The flat was nicely furnished and supplied. The flat is an excellent location for exploring Liverpool and the surrounding areas. I would certainly enjoy the flat again on any future trip.

This apartment is just enough off the main drag to have a little quiet on the balcony in the evening after a full day of adventure in Liverpool. Walking to everywhere, perfect size for 2, stocked with all you need. Peter is a super accommodating host and thinks of the details. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and gracious owner. Easy to communicate with. Very nice location in the downtown area. 20+ minute walk to the Docks area, less to the train station. very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect stay!
Accommodation couldn't get any better! Everything I needed and more was at my fingertips. Location was precisely where I wanted to be for ease of walking about. I hope to stay here again in near future. I highly recommend this property.

Spacious apartment in city centre
We arrived early in Liverpool and Peter arranged to meet us at the apartment at 12.30. Peter showed us around and explained everything. The place was very clean and well equipped with everything you would find in a home, plenty of dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen and lots of towels and blankets.
The living room was huge and a very comfortable space and full of personal touches.
The apartment was about 4 minutes from Moorfields, very near a Tesco round the corner, lots of restaurants and convenient for the City centre, but the apartment itself was very quiet.
We enjoyed our stay here.

This was a perfect flat for my needs. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with everything that you could ever need. It’s location could not be better if you need to be in the centre of Liverpool. Peter was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

Very convenient, attractive city centre apartment - highly recommended
The flat was very well presented and extremely well-equipped - exactly as shown on the photos. It's in a quiet location with a very easy walk to all the attractions of the city. Peter was an excellent host, very flexible about our arrival time, and was there to greet us and help us find our way round the apartment. He also gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and visit. A really good experience, and we loved Liverpool.

An excellent, well equipped apartment, conveniently situated for the City amenities.
Peter was extremely helpful. He made arrangements to meet me at the apartment and was ready for me on arrival. He also came back when I left.
The apartment is ideal for a single person or couple. Spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean and very well stocked. It is within walking distance of Lime Street station, other public transport, the city centre and waterfront. All in all an excellent place to stay.
