There was plenty of room for three couples to have their own space, and to relax together in front of the fireplace. Everything we needed was there, and we were able to walk to town, restaurants, and trails.

The house was wonderful, loved the heated floors, and hot tub especially! It was close to the downtown area as well.

We loved this house & its proximity to town…. We could walk almost everywhere!! We had 6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs…. Everyone was happy! The hosts were very helpful & quick to respond to texts. Highly recommend if you’re in Breckenridge!

Our only issue was a limit of 2 cars on property, which was stated in the rental description.

House is great. Great location, great amenities. My issue is with the property management group River Ridge Rentals that manages this property. The main over head light in our room was the ceiling fan light. I checked seven ways to Sunday to attempt to get it to work (try the switches, the remote to the ceiling fan, pulling the manual cord) and none of them work. I contact the property management representative to inform her, she completely blew off my maintenance request (alright well we will try to get someone out there either today or tomorrow in a tone that amounted yeah, what ever just deal with it) and needless to say no one ever came. Having to use our bathroom illuminate what ever section of the room we could, making it extremely difficult to navigate getting ready, or what ever other after dark activities that needed to be done, extremely difficult especially with a 5 month old

It was not what we expected, and the house has much to improve. Not good lighting, old bathrooms are not comfortable. It cost more than what it offers.

The location is great, and the property is clean. That’s where the positives end. The bathrooms are HORRIBLY constructed. In one the shower door opened directly in front of the toilet, so there’s no room to get in/out, and it’s constructed in a way that there is no airflow, so the grout was moldy. Gross. Also, a good pest control company would be helpful. We killed several spiders in our room, and one crawled out from where I was sitting on the couch. If you would like the make use of the hot tub, I suggest you befriend your neighbors as they will be watching you while they eat dinner from their dining room. The pipes in the storage/laundry room were leaking, which we noticed as we were leaving. It looks like they were just stuck together- not welded. There was water literally dripping from several fittings, so this isn’t a new problem. The doorbell was broken and pieces were just left sitting on the porch. Overall, it feels like this property was constructed quickly, cheaply and with no quality control. Since I never saw a negative review for this property, I suspect there’s some picking and choosing on what reviews are posted.

House was very clean and centrally located. A few blocks from the main strip and less than a mile from the gondola. Would stay again!

Property was as expected and more. Was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised with the property. Check in/out was easy, peppery was clean and the the daily checks ins was a nice touch. Looking forward to next trip.

We found this property to be very nice. The only issue to point out is a SCREEN is missing from the window in the top right bedroom.

My group loved this house. Unbelievable location so close to Main St in Breck. Very close walk to the Gondola which takes you to the base of peak 8. Hot tub was great and heavily used by my group! 3 bedrooms had king beds which isn’t something you see often but was very appreciated by the couples. Great place, would certainly stay again.

Great location

There were 6 adults. We all had our own space, the home is in a perfect location with easy access to the grocery store, parking for skiing, and walking to everything! Fireplace, hot tub, games, everything you co need to cook at the house. We ate out and made supper to. This is a fantastic place stay. You will be so glad you are able to stay here. Beautiful home!

The house has a well stocked large kitchen, comfortable cozy living room, comfortable bedrooms upstairs each w own bath. The jacuzzi was heated and well kept. The house was stocked w paper products and cleaning supplies and was spotless and sanitized on arrival. They allowed us an early check in but that is w prior approval. We had some minor issues, a toaster that broke, construction blocking our driveway, a faulty jet in the jacuzzi that were all promptly addressed and corrected within hours. It would be nice to have a better outdoor space for dining outside. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider a River Ridge Rental next summer.

Many rooms, safe part of town, quiet, everything in working order, clean. Even had a doggy/baby gate! You might find cheaper in Breck but you will have a fun long walk up or down the mountain to get to the main street scene.
