We had an excellent stay! The condo is the perfect place to stay in St. John!

Totally pleased with our stay here. We loved the view from the balcony, condo location, and the unit itself was fantastic. Communication with the owner was over the top. The condo was so comfortable and even better than the description. There was a guide book prepared by the owner which answered any question you might have about getting around the condo, Cruz Bay, and St John. Parking was in the garage downstairs which was so convenient and restaurants just steps away. Beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, coolers, etc., were stored in a convenient locked locker also in the garage area. The only slight inconvenience we had which has nothing to do with the condo itself was that the elevator was down (awaiting parts) so we did have one flight of steps to go up and down during our stay which was not an issue for us. Having a car is certainly an option but not a requirement for getting around the island...it justs depends on how independent you want to be. Parking at most of the beaches can be a bit challenging and we found being at your choice of beach(s) between 0900 and 0930 to work best unless you choose to go late afternoon or elect to catch one of the many taxis which drop you off. The condo is beautiful and we would definitely recommend staying here and will certainly be our choice again if and when we return to St John.

This was my 2nd stay at this beautiful condo. The property is beautiful as described. The view is awesome, and the location is steps from water, restaurants, and shopping!

It’s difficult to say enough good things about this property. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, the property is beautiful and well-situated, and the location is perfect — walkable from the ferry and in a resort community where the staff was both friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We can’t say enough about our wonderful stay at this condo! The property is beautifully decorated, immaculate and spacious. The location can’t be beat - it’s a simple three minute walk to town which makes going to grab dinner stress free! No need to look for parking. We loved this property and the property owner and the management at the property were a pleasure to work with! We can’t wait to return!

The stay at the latitude adjustment in Grand Bay resort was an excellent experience for my son and I. We will definitely be booking again at this location in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latitude Adjustment in the Grande Bay condos. Location is right in Cruz Bay just steps from restaurants and shopping. The condo was very modern and had all conveniences including beach chairs and equipment. Check in was quick and easy. On-site parking in the garage was convenient. Definitely recommend for your stay in St. John!

Absolutely wonderful property! Beautiful view, top-of-the-line appliances, great air conditioning, plenty of hot water, extremely clean, right in town, beach chairs, coolers, masks and snorkels.

Wonderful condo. Everything you need. Kitchen well appointed for cooking in. Had a great day at Jost. Would definitely recommend this property. Nice shampoo and conditioner in shower. Just bring a swimsuit and some shorts - maybe a bottle of rum. Will be back soon!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Latitude Adjustment. The property is one of the best we have stayed in and far exceeded our expectations. The condo is immaculate, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook in but for those who wish to take advantage of all the great restaurants in Cruz Bay it is a 3 minute walk to "downtown" Cruz Bay and all the shops and restaurants. If you are a diver (which we are) the dive shop is right next door. This is definitely a place we would recommend to friends visiting Cruz Bay and we would stay there again!

The unit was great! Couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Fabulous recommendation for a jeep tour of the island.... especially considering the fact that I have been to St. John several times. Highly recommend Grande Bay!

The view is amazing and better than the pictures. We can’t wait to go back! Free cocktails at bar next door on Wednesdays hosted by the resort was a nice surprise!

This property was exactly as shown on the listing and the owners were incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and resources. The location couldn’t be more convenient if you’re looking to be in Cruz Bay near all of the restaurants and activities. Well stocked kitchen, beautiful view, highly recommend!

The owners and property manager were wonderful to work with. The condo was as stated with a fully stocked kitchen. The only suggestions I have are beach chairs and coolers need a refresh. I’m sure it’s hard getting those items to the island but when you can they need to be replaced. Location and views were great.

Grande Bay is a wonderful location and beautiful view. Hosts were gracious and all we could ask for. We are hoping to book the unit again!!!

Latitude adjustment at Grande Bay was everything we expected and more. The Kitchen was well stocked and the views were incredible. We found ourselves getting takeout and enjoying dinner on the balcony at sunset almost nightly. The rental supplied coolers, beach chairs, and beach towels, which was super convenient. Parking is a big issue in Cruz Bay, so the included parking was a huge plus. The property owners and management were also very accessible, which means a lot. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place and very clean

I have stayed at GB multiple times and this is by far the most convenient condo we have stayed in to date. From front door to condo to a table at the Beach Bar in less than 5 minutes !! The condo itself was perfect for two teenagers and two adults. Plenty of space and beautiful views from the outside sitting area. Would definitely rent again!! Thanks William!!

This is a beautiful condo, just as pictured in the listing. Kitchen is very well stocked, we cooked most meals at home with ease. We were there with our 8 and 9 year old daughters who easily shared the pullout sofa the entire week, it is VERY comfortable! The location of the condo is walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping, while also being very quiet. We go to bed fairly early and couldn’t hear any noise from the restaurants once the sliding doors were closed. The pool at the complex has a beautiful view and is the perfect spot to take an afternoon dip. The property owner was wonderful to work with, even let us reschedule our trip due to Covid without any issue! We would absolutely stay here again!

This is an amazing place to stay right in the heart of Cruz Bay. All of the great bars and restaurants are within walking distance and you can’t beat the sunsets from the balcony. We will definitely be staying here again when in STJ!

Great location and view in this large one bedroom condo. Very close to restaurants, grocery and taxi service. The kitchen is well stocked and the mini grill on the porch was great for grilling and hanging out on the amazing porch. Beach gear provided with the place also came in handy.

We had the best time while staying on this property! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. We loved having use of beach chairs, noodles, and a cooler to hit all of the beautiful beaches of St. John! This location was also great! You could easily walk to any restaurant in Cruz Bay. They had a great pool also that we enjoyed at the end of the day of beach hopping. This condo had lots of room, and anything you may need. It made our first time visiting St. John wonderful! We can’t wait to come back!

Beach chairs and cooler in stocked locker made for easy beach days. Renting a Jeep on island left plenty of time for exploring amazing walking trails on the other side of island - full of St John history - and seeing all the different beaches had to offer. Laurie and staff were quick to respond with any questions / assistance. Ordering provisions ahead of time is a must. Definitely returning soon. -Brian and Marybeth Daley.
