Decent location, decent size room.

The cleaner knocked on our door at 8am everyday asking if we wanted the room cleaned which woke us up. It was quite load when someone else entered the building our door would shake. The pool had really strict rules in having to shower before angering and wearing a swimming cap.

0/5 Would not recommend this accomodation at all. Whilst it was in a good location, the check in service was terrible - no signs or instructions at all on how to enter the complex (through big locked gates). The pool is closed between 2-4pm every day and they charge you an extra €2 to use the pool with a mandatory swimming cap. The breakfast was stale, ‘juice’ was cordial and coffee was not good. Could not drink or eat any of this. Staff were not friendly. We checked out at 9am by giving the keys to the lady by the desk, however received a call at 3pm saying because we haven’t checked out the room isn’t ready for next guest and would be charging us for an extra night. The person on the phone was extremely rude and would not let me talk to explain we left at 9am and did not re enter the room. Towels were replaced every day, however the old ones were never removed from the room. The new towels also had dark long black hairs in it. The electricity turns off every time you leave the room as it is connected to the keys, so power to the air conditioning and refrigerator turned off when leaving, meaning you can’t leave anything in the fridge that could go bad and you have no cold drinks when returning to a hot room after a very hot day out and about in the summer months. The ‘on-site private parking’ is a 5 minute walk away in a public outdoor parking lot that costs €25 per day. Very disappointed with this stay and would not recommend. We will not be coming back to this place.

The location was great and the room had a balcony with a view of the mountains.

Guiseppe was great. He met us at the property and got us checked in and looked after parking for the car. Very nice room. The ladies were very helpful also. Very clean and tidy. Good location for walking to town, the train and bus station and ferries.
