We got really good and fast support via Booking.com chat and the host was very friendly and supportive!

The actual keys to open the two doors in the apartment floor were a bit tricky to use. Also the first door to the apartment floor reminds a prison door, and is not very nice. Otherwise, everything was good.

Amazing place right at the heart of Warsaw. Everything is a couple steps away. Metro? Check. 24/7 Grocery store? You got it. A plethora of restaurants to choose from? They are all over the place. The apartments are incredibly clean, comfy and have a great layout. It can host 5-6 people with no issues since there are 3 separate bedrooms and 2 restrooms. It was a lovely stay!

We couldn't figure out the coffee machine but we didn't try too hard anyways.

Ive Stayed in many places at different price ranges for my trips in Poland, however non were as good as this! The person who checked me in was polite and knowledgeable, helped me book a reservation at a restaurant. Apartment was clean and tidy, and check out was smooth.

We are a regular booking travelers and would rate that place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
