This villa is super equipped and was brilliant for our family holiday. We took our three adult children, their partners and our 1 year old grandson. The pool area was safe, the beds comfortable and neighbourhood was pleasant and quiet.
We had an issue with the pool shower and the managers responded really quickly and got it sorted. The showers in the property are affected when you have more than one shower operating at a time or if anyone uses water elsewhere in the property while someone is showering. This was inconvenient but once we were aware, we were able to work around it.
The owner and the managers were brilliant at answering our questions and sorting issues as they arose - I couldn't fault them.
Sa Coma itself is not somewhere we'd return to. The vast majority of accommodation is on large hotel, purpose built complex's which leaves the town lacking in a wide variety of restaurants and bars. However, S'Illot was lovely and we enjoyed a fab restaurant and the Prohibition cocktail bar!
The facilities in the villa are superb and we bbq'd and cooked with ease. I would recommend this accommodation but am glad we had cars with us to explore other areas of the island. We visited Cal A'dor and hired a boat for the day and Port de Pollensa which is our preferred area of the island. Our "kids" went further afield and we all love Mallorca!
Thank you to the owners and managers of this villa - if we could pick you up and put you somewhere else we'd return year after year!

It was amazing and we had a great time.The villa had everything we were promised and needed.The locatoin is perfect ,especially if you have small children.The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and beautiful.Very close to the supermarket.The pool was so nice and we had a great time playing in it.Simone and Hans were super helpful and friendly.

Felt at home. Welcome package and information book very helpful and available in lots of languages!
We stayed here for a week with family and friends. Great place to stay with kids as there was lots of toys, cribs, highchairs and anything wise you might need. They were so accomidating and got back to us right away with any questions we had.
Location is in a quiet neighborhood but near a touristy area of the island. Beach, restaurants and grocery store all within a was 5 min walk away which was great.

Villa could do with some TLC, the pictures on the listing are not accurate, they do not reflect the current state of the property. Pool area was great and location of the villa is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the bars, restaurants, supermarkets The villa is advertised as having an annexe with 2 bedrooms, it is a basement with one bedroom and another area with 2 beds in it which is separated with curtains which do not close. There are no locks on the bathroom doors which caused a few embarrassing moments. Beds and furniture could do with updating. We had an issue with the towels which was rectified after a message to the owner. Could be better!

Clean villa, well equipped kitchen and lots of space. Air-conditioning in every bedroom, walking distance to both shopping, beach and restaurants. There where even parasols for the beach and trolleys for grocery shopping. Our family (ages 10-75) really enjoyed our stay. Easy to get in touch with Simone when we needed to. One should know though that two of the beds only holds the weight of smaller children.

Clean villa, well equipped kitchen and lots of space. Air-conditioning in every bedroom, walking distance to both shopping, beach and restaurants. There where even parasols for the beach and trolleys for grocery shopping. Our family (ages 10-75) really enjoyed our stay. Easy to get in touch with Simone when we needed to. One should know though that two of the beds only holds the weight of smaller children.

Fabulous family house
Casa Arturo is a wonderful home in a great area with facilities near by yet very peaceful and quiet. The house is a perfect house for families with gates on all stairs for little ones. The pool is amazing ( again with gates and fence) and we spent many hours in it. The beach is nearby and gorgeous and there are plenty of lovely cafes and shops and a supermarket down the road. No car necessary. The host’s were very easy to contact and quick to respond. All in all we highly recommend this house.

Una casa estupenda
Recomendaría está casa para cualquiera con un gran grupo que quiere pasar tiempo juntos. La piscina y zona de hamacas estupenda. El jardín y la casa ideal para niños. La playa cercana es muy bonita y hay varias atracciones cercanas incluyendo muchas calas increíbles.

The villa, staff and owner were great. Air con in all rooms which was a delight. The only down side was that you were not allowed to use the pool after 10pm due to neighbors complaining as the villa is in a residential area (shame really as we could hear the neighbors in their pool after 10pm) this was not stated in the property description, however, we still would have booked if it was. All in All a wonderful villa with helpful staff and near beach, shops, restaurants all within walking distance. Would definitely return.

Hyggeligt og veludstyret hus - god overensstemmelse mellem pris og kvalitet . Meget venlig modtagelse og god service under opholdet. Det er et minus, at annekset er kælderrum uden udgang til haven. Det bør medtages i beskrivelsen. Anbefales derfor til max 6 personer.

Lovely well equipped villa near a beautiful beach
A lovely villa set in a residential area but not overlooked. Pool was beautiful although maybe a little cool in April.
We had 3 kids and one infant with us and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, so much so that I was able to make my own baby food. It was easy to entertain the kids with Netflix and a wii.
The supermarket was a short ten mins walk in one direction and the beautiful sa coma beach was five mins the other. We decided not to hire a car but I don’t think we missed out on anything as the buses were easy to use.
Both the owner and the host were easy to contact and quick to reply.
Our only small criticism was the amount of hot water available. It was inadequate for the amount of people that the house can sleep. We often had to have cold showers or baths. If this issue was sorted we would 100% book again as everything else was perfect!

Great house with all the facilities you could hope for
This is a spacious and well maintained property and everything worked as it should. The outside areas and particularly the lovely pool are really special though - the terrace gets the sun all day long and we spent a lot of time here. Location was great, just a few minutes walk to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the middle of Sa Coma. Really can’t fault it!

ABSOLUMENT MAGNIFIQUE
Magnifique villa avec piscine. Climatisation individuelle pour chaque pièce. Cuisine très bien agencée et le coin salon est très agréable.
Hans et Simone sont au petits soins et nous avons même pu arriver plus tôt et repartir plus tard.
La terrasse est fantastique et l'annexe qui se trouve au sous-sol de la maison est très agréable.
Les commerces, restaurants et la plage se trouvent à 5 minutes de marche.

Très bon séjour à la Casa Arturo
Maison familiale très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien! Nous avons grandement profité de la terrasse et de la piscine. Commodités (magasins, restaurants) et plages effectivement très faciles d'accès à pied, à moins de 5 min. Propriétaires sympathiques et accueil chaleureux, ce qui fait toujours plaisir!
Seul bémol: le jardin arrière, peu utile car très exposé au soleil et difficile d'y surveiller les enfants. Mais l'espace terrasse et piscine à l'avant de la maison est bien assez grand...

Härlig semester på Mallorca trots lite sämre aprilväder än normalt.
Casa Arturo motsvarade våra förväntningar mer än väl. Huset var bättre i verkligheten än vad som framgår på bilderna. Vi var tre familjer som bodde en vecka i huset och barnen hade aktiviteter hela veckan eftersom det fanns fullt med leksaker mm.

Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour, nous avons apprécié la villa qui était
parfaite pour les petits enfants. Le positif : nous sommes proche de la plage (15 mn à pied) et des commerces. Le négatif: nous ne sommes pas allés nous baigner dans la piscine, l'eau beaucoup trop froide. Très heureux de nos vacances.

Eine sehr schöne Zeit
Das Haus liegt mitten in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und trotzdem ist man in 10Min zum Strand gelaufen oder an den Geschäften. Der Strand in Sa Coma ist sehr sauber und schön angelegt mit Sonnenschirmchen und Liegen. Es gibt viele Restaurants, für jeden Geschmack. Fußläufig befindet sich auch ein großer Carrefour Supermarkt in dem man wirklich alles bekommt.
Der Kontakt mit Nuria war von Anfang an sehr herzlich, man fühlte sich schon vor dem Urlaub gut aufgehoben! (Danke nochmal für den liebevoll bestückten Willkommenskorb!)
Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben, mit großem Garten hinten und einem Pool vorne an der Terrasse. Für Kinder ist alles da, sogar um Regentage zu überbrücken gibt es Spiele genug. Am Grill stand alles bereit um sofort loszulegen, alles war nett und liebevoll für uns hergerichtet.

Very happy - 10 of us including small children were very pleased-all we needed
Special occasion family holiday that we all enjoyed. Property was what we needed - plenty of room and quiet areas & cot to bed youngest down. Pool was a great hit with all and plenty of equipment/toys to keep even the grown up children happy. Nice area, quiet away from the hassle but all close by. Beach was really good as well. Altogether a great time with special memories.

Tolle Ferien nur schade wegen dem unteren Raum
Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen, ausgenommen das untere Stockwerk. Im unteren Stock war es feucht und roch modrig. Auch die 8 Raumdufter welche aufgestellt wurden, konnten nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen. Die Matratzen mussten wir einen Tag an die Sonne legen, da auch diese feucht waren. 2 Personen haben dann in der Stube übernachtet! Schade, man könnte da sicher mit wenig etwas mehr daraus machen. Der Rest des Hauses ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch der Weg zum Strand und Restaurant's ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

I have been to Sa Coma 6 times its the most lovely resort I have ever been too. I have always been to hotels but for this visit my family and friends decided on this Villa. What a great decision. The house/Villa is amazing in terms of everything I cannot speak highly enough about it;

We have had excellent service. One of our group Andy who booked the Villa asked for a few things to help us and the response and help could not have been better :-)

This lovely Casa is fab!
Lovely home with all the amenities you could wish for. Very spacious and in a quiet, residential area but only 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Perfect for families and safe for young children as the pool area is gated. Our children aged 3, 9 and 10 had a fab time! Highly recommended!

Familienfreundliche Luxus-Villa!
Wir haben das Haus vom 01.01.-07.01. gemietet und sind rundum begeistert. Da der 01.01. auch in Spanien ein Feiertag ist, wurde für uns vorab eingekauft und der Kühlschrank befüllt nach unserem Wunsch! Wir haben auch einen Geschenkkorb bekommen der wirklich mehr als groß war. Sehr freundlich!! Wir wurden am Haus in Empfang genommen und das Haus wurde uns ausführlich erläutert und gezeigt. Trotz der kühleren Temperaturen (10-17 °C) war es aufgrund der Heizung schön warm in dem Haus. Die Spielmöglichkeiten (Outdoor/Indoor) wurden von den Kindern als auch von den Erwachsenen gerne angenommen. Alles war vollständig und funktional (Basketball, Federball, Volleyball, Wii, Monopoly, Kartenspiele, etc.). Ausflugsziele waren in der Gegend ausreichend und gut erreichbar. Da es nicht überfüllt war, konnte man in Ruhe die Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen! Für Kinder ist die Villa ein Paradies und der Strand von Sa Coma ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt gewesen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Villa und den herzlichen Empfang als auch den vorherigen unkomplizierten Email-Kontakt.

Lovely property, well maintained. Pool and patio area has the sun all day.
Comfortable villa with a lovely pool and patio area. The pool was cleaned twice in our 10 day stay. We were seven adults and never felt crowded. Although the kitchen was well equipped we ate out most nights. We did use the brick barbecue to the side of the villa. The beach was within easy walking distance (approx. 10 minutes). A large Eroski supermarket was less than 10 minutes walk as well. Lots of restaurants are close and easy to walk to. We especially enjoyed Cafe De La Mar nearby. We travelled to a small resort nearby (Porto Cristo) one night which only cost 14 euros and had a lovely meal overlooking the marina.
Simone, the housekeeper was very helpful and kept in touch with us to answer any questions we had.
Overall we had a great holiday in a nice area.
