We loved how quiet the area was. The A/C and the black out shades worked great!

It was difficult to open the front door to the apartment.

Instructions to access to the building and apartment was clear and simple. The location is excellent. Close to public transport, significant landmarks and dining options, with a wonderful view of the Danube and Parliament from the balcony. (See pic) The room was spacious and well-appointed with all the facilities you need.

The water pressure was pretty low. It's only a minor inconvenience to be honest, but it was noticeable.

The location and view are amazing!

Great location with a fabulous view! However, we were disappointed about the cleanliness of the apartment, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has a lot of potential, but it needs some refurbishment, for example new curtains, which should be properly fitted, tap in the kitchen sink should be fixed and new bed linen and towels should be purchased. The owners were very responsive, apologetic and willing to understand what the issues were, so that they could be fixed.

Everything was perfection! The view can’t be beat. The location is exactly where you want to be. The bed is insanely comfortable. Friendly neighbors. Cool, historical building. Very safe area and secure building. Street parking and garage parking. And some of the kindest, most accommodating service I’ve received from a host.

location was stunning

Wasn’t properly finished for rental. TV didn’t work, no bedside or coffee table, shower flooded. Although beautiful lighting and design elements - practical living items were missing and general fitout quality was poor.

I booked a taxi through booking.com. The driver took us to the wrong address. I tried to call the host but no answer, despite being told someone would always be available. Luckily the driver waited and was able to take us to the correct address that I had on my phone - not sure if this was an error on the taxi company's part? We asked if we could check in early and we're told we could if the apartment had been cleaned. Arrived around 2:30pm. Cleaner arrived after us. The apartment was not ready for the 3pm check-in, however we did leave our bags. There was some sort of liquid splashed up the doors between the living area and bedroom. The curtains were barely hanging and my husband actually got the stepladders out to try and fix the ones in the bedroom but most of the hooks were broken. Unable to use the oven as no instructions and the induction hob was locked so unable to cook breakfast as planned. The mugs we got out of the cupboard were dirty and had to be washed before using them. Be careful when having a shower for more than a few minutes as it will flood the bathroom. I would not describe this apartment as 'Luxury'.

Beautiful, cosy, charming place with no hustle, close to restaurants, cafes and main attractions. The property itself is very clean, convenient and well-maintained. Thank you, Eva, for the warm welcoming.

Proximity to the Parliament Building and local attractions as well as restaurants.

The apartment locates inside an old apartment building with a cheap-looking lobby and broken door. The sink has a horrible sewable smell and no coffee left for us. There is no nightstand next to the bed, so we end up putting all our stuff on the floor. The shower door is unable to seal tight and bath towels are rough like sandpaper. Despite all the glittering pictures online, this apartment is really second-rate and did not make me feel clean. Totally not worth the money the host charged.

There was a bad smell coming from the kitchen, I I think it was from the sink, and we actually couldn’t even stand in the kitchen because of it. Also a bad smell of damp or musk in the bathroom

Very well equipped and specious apartment. Excellent location with amazing view (parliament) and walking distance from the city center.

Dirty curtains. The heating is a little low for our standards. No heating in the bathroom.

Absolutely incredible view from the balcony, I will never forget it! Very helpful host. I really hope to get here again one day
