un poco caro

Kenne das Set Hotel von mehreren Besuchen. Es liegt in sehr schöner altstadtnaher Lage (6 min zum Marktplatz, direkt angebunden an ÖPNV). Ich finde die Qualität konstant sehr hoch. Buche es wegen der modernen Gesamtatmosphäre, der großen, sehr hellen Zimmer mit modern-wohnlicher Einrichtung und (reduzierter) Küchenzeile. Alle Staff-Mitglieder sind sehr nett und entgegenkommend -auch wenn diesmal zwei Kleinigkeiten nicht gleich geklappt haben sind alle bemüht sofort Abhilfe zu schaffen.

We had such a wonderful stay at SET Hotel.Residence by Teufelhof Basel. The room was fantastic! It was so quiet and comfortable and such a joy to come back to in the evenings after a long day exploring the city. We would definitely stay here again.

時間外のチェックイン　アウトの場所が変わる点に気付かなかった。 エアコンの音が大きい。その割にエアコンが効かない。

Struttura centrale, nei pressi dei mercatini di Natale. Ben collegata all’aeroporto (tram 3 + bus 50 di fronte alla struttura). Gratuito l’uso della macchinetta del caffè e la bottiglia di acqua. Le camere sono essenziali ma dotate di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Buona la pulizia.

Il costo è elevato come in tante strutture svizzere; considerando la qualità globale (che è inferiore alla categoria 4 stelle italiane) avrei a questo punto optato per una categoria inferiore. La colazione viene servita all’esterno della struttura e pertanto è scomodo soprattutto in inverno. C’è però possibilità di richiedere un caffè (macchinetta automatica) e un cornetto al bar della struttura. Il bagno è diviso in due parti (in una c’è wc e lavandino e in un’altra la doccia con un altro lavandino). Questo può essere svantaggioso su alcuni punti di vista.

large comfortable room and great location.

Location was great, 5 min walk to most places to want to be including the Xmas markets. Spacious room and heating worked well.

You need ear plugs for to stay at this property and have a good night sleep. There is zero sound proofing, can hear next doors TV or even when they use a plug socket and upstairs sounded like elephants banging around for hours. The corridors outside the rooms is also concrete not carpet so you can hear everything, wheel suitcases, housekeeping trolleys etc. so so loud. Housekeeping also keep knocking whether you have the do not disturb sign on the door or not and not consistent eg coffees and sugars not replaced after being used sometimes etc. Smart tv only connects to Samsung phones not iPhone, not a major deal but would be nice to have.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Le service tout aussi bien. J'ai passé un agréable séjour.

Un petit son mécanique dans la chambre en continue.

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Bad im Verhältnis zur Zimmergröße zu klein. Extrem kühles Design. Muss man mögen. Personal nicht sehr gesprächig.

The hotel room was great, the staff very helpful. Very clean and good, comfortable bed.

There was no parking. The hotel did not have a restaurant, but served only sandwiches, cakes and drinks.

Everything! The look, layout, location, staff….. everything was catered for. Comfortable, clean, roomy and everything worked. I would 100% return and recommend. Wouldn’t mind staying for a month next time!

Everything about this hotel. From the staff to the location. We had couples staying here and friends from. Germany met us here. Even our German friends commented how nice everything was.

Location excellent. Breakfast good, not fantastic. Staff at SET great and a good little onsite bakery/patisserie with really good coffee. Clean rooms, not overly fancy but everything you need for a city stay.

I wouldn't choose the attic rooms again, very big dormer!!

Amazing all around experience. Wonderful service and value. Location is superb and rooms very comfortable. Daily room service, free e-bikes and access to a rental car. The restaurant Atelier is excellent and worth the price. Breakfast Crew very attentive and pleasant.

Was great a few years ago. Now the rooms need refreshing. Walls are all marked up.

I thought I booked with free breakfast. The reception sent us to the breakfast telling us our breakfast was free. It wasn’t and it cost us $135 for 4 breakfasts and 2 colas.

The location is perfect. Located in the old town so perfect for getting around. The bus and tram stops very close too.

Better instruction of checking in as we arrived after 9.00 pm. We checked in at the main hotel opposite, but it took us time to work out this is what we had to do.

I had a great room - more like an apartment than a hotel room. The staff were great and there was a tram stop right outside. The hotel is next to the music school and there were some lovely sounds coming from there in the afternoons.
