Our stay was perfect. the House was aligned perfectly for my family of 12. the loft area with the bunks was perfect for my 4 nieces. they took it over. My sisters family stayed in the 1st level apartment and it was perfect for them. loved having the 2 sets of W/D. I knew the location would be perfect and it was. We drove from Kansas City and Iowa so having to do the towels and Sheets was going to be a little tricky as we wanted to get on the road early on that day we checked out. We did our best and hope that was sufficient for the property owners. thanks so much Tonya for letting us stay in your house. We didn't have any problems and enjoyed it so much that we were talking about renting it again.

The house layout was perfect for our family and the location was great also. My family had a wonderful time and made many precious memories.

We stayed in this lovely house with our three adult daughters, our 11-month-old grandson, and my 82-year-old mother. It was perfect! The owners thought of everything we could need. We will request this property again!

If I could give more stars I most certainly would. I have stayed many homes Vrbo and Airbnb this is the best one!! Tonya was very responsive! The house was very spacious clean very well decorated. The master bedroom on second floor was amazing. Beach is directly across the street. The lake was very beautiful. Everything was amazing. I highly recommend this home if you are in Panama City.

If you want to be close to PCB but out of 'the madness', this location is perfect. Still has the 'small town' vibe but only 5-10 minutes down the road from PCB. House is stunning.

This house was so amazing!! Top notch for everything! Our selves and our children were so excited! Perfect location to our wedding venue and rehearsal dinner! We will definitely stay here again! Tonya was so accommodating letting us check in earlier, the weather was a little rainy!

Wonderfully appointed Beach House across the street from Gulf Of Mexico. Was a perfect location for our annual family beach trip. Our very young grandkids loved the white sand and water. Older grandkids loved the bunk beds, Balconies and the beach. Recommend This property.

If you are looking for family vacation rental, This Is It! This home is beautifully decorated, fully furnished above our expectations, and top of the line features/ amenities. This house was perfect for our family. Our grandkids love the bunk room. There was plenty of room for them to play. All the adults had plenty of space too. Tonya provides all the little things from dishwasher detergent to band aides. She has thought of everything! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking some great meals. I can’t say enough about the location, the beach really is right across the street. Overall, this is a great vacation house. I would definitely recommend it.

One of the best places we have ever stayed HANDS DOWN! afraid this place might get popular. Which will be bad for us. That is how GREAT OUR STAY WAS! All amenities a person could have. Easy access to the beach, quite neighborhood, SUPER HOST FOR SURE!

This home was very suitable for our friend group! The beds were very comfortable and the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need (medicine packets, towels, beach chairs, tent and umbrellas). The only downfall is the requirement to wash and dry bed linens and towels before leaving, while also paying a high cleaning fee. This made the morning of check out stressful, especially with a long drive home.

We really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the beautifully decorated house. Beach is very close and the extra things that are supplied such as Turkish towels, beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon were a real blessing. Beach access was wonderful.

Much work required before checking out. We’ve never washed ALL bed linens and towels in the 40 years of renting. Even had to fold towels. Too much to do before checking out! However, the property was easily accessible to many amenities. Private beach was great! House is lovely!

This place is terrific. Very close to pool and ocean. The beach was never overcrowded even in mid June. The house is so well equipped that it felt like we were staying at a resort or hotel. They had literally everything you could need from baby gates to individual packets of over the counter medicines. Decorations look professional and everything was clean and appeared top notch. Thanks for a great stay! Would definitely come back.

Great house and great location. We enjoyed being a bit farther from downtown PCB. House was very updated and clean, but only 2 of the 7 TVs worked properly. Also, beach access was a bit rough. A huge step from the walkway to the sand as well as a piece of rebar jutting out from the fence made it difficult for my elderly parents to get to the beach. Pool was also closed the last 2 days of our visit.

This rental was amazing. They had everything you could possibly think of. Bring a bar of soap and your tooth brush and your set!

The property provided the perfect get away for my friends and me. It provided the right amenities we were looking for during our stay in Panama City. The owners were very accommodating to our request for early checking. I highly recommend it for future vacations.

This house is one we will definitely consider again. Beautiful home, you feel like you’ve entered the pages of Pottery Barn or Coastal Living and it’s a perfect location to the beach and pool and places to eat or see without being in the heart of traffic. Publix is a quick 3 minute drive which was very convenient. The layout of the house is great if you are traveling with more than one family and need common spaces for adults and kids to hang out. Our kids loved the built-in bunk beds. They really have thought of everything you might need on a beach trip. Understandably, they ask you to throw in some laundry the night before and the day of check out to help with the turn around time for the cleaners. We only wish we had known ahead of time before booking, as we would have extended our stay since it was Easter morning and getting everything done, Easter celebrations and packed up by 10am with kiddos in the mix was not something we had thought through enough. Tonya and Mitch were great hosts and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

As mentioned in the other reviews, this place is beautiful and has everything. Especially loved dodging the crowds with the semi-private beach. Would love to stay here again. Only negative is having to up early to wash all the linens. Seems like that should have been covered by the sizable cleaning fee.

This beach house is beautiful. We have never stayed at a place as well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was a perfect family Christmas vacation. There was even a Christmas tree with lights on when we arrived. Hopefully we can come again.

Beautiful house, equipped with everything, easy access to the beach, perfect for large families, owners very friendly, and easy to communicate with. The only thing we didn't like was having to get up so early to wash all sheets, and wait until they were dry.
