This was my second time to stay in this condo in the last year. The place was preciously as I remembered. Very comfortable interior and fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. This is a pretty big condo with three bedrooms, kitchen and living area, so more than enough room for 6 quests.

Interior floors, cabinet surfaces and balcony were very dirty. Ad did not disclose that construction was occurring next door which made it very noisy.

We loved this place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The view is awesome.

Okay but disappointed with: 1. Only one parking space in very tight garage; 2. No access to resort golf courses or restaurants during February and 3. The condo could use some paint and deeper cleaning. On the other hand: great view, roomy condo, nice patio.

The room was not cleaned very good, and the LBJ MARINA no longer rents jet skis, so that needs to be changed in the amenities. And with the construction going on, no pool, access to the Marina pool should be allowed

The view was wonderful. Kitchen well stocked. Beds were not comfortable. The whole place needs a good cleaning, many spiderwebs under furniture and the filter for the air conditioner needs desperately to be cleaned. This is our 2nd time to stay and we were not happy with the above mentioned items.

The Waterfront Condo, Bldg 5 was a great condo for our girls weekend. It was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were pretty comfy. I think they would pretty much perfect with some new pillows and sheets. The main down side was that every morning there was a grounds keeper with a leaf blower that started up around 7ish. I would have liked him to start up later, so I could have slept in and also sat out on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful lake view with my cup of coffee in peace.

We loved our condo and location! The downfall was 1) no pool access, 2) no coffee,3) skimpy on bath towels, hand towels, face cloths

Unit needs a few upgrades to get to 5 stars. NO WIFI, Spiders and spider webs in public areas and on balcony. Mattresses are worn out and too soft with a crater in the middle. We enjoyed the resort near the water and will return but probably spoiled by other units nearby.

Beautiful home that we enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of things I wish were a little bit better. The ice in the refrigerator had a fish smell to it. The bedding smells really old and musty. We ran out of hot water really quickly. There was a coffee pot but no coffee and we had brought our kcups which did not work in the old style coffee pot. The drain in the master bathroom sink drains really slow. The patio has some missing tiles in the corner and a loose one close to the balcony edge. You need to read this listing’s print closely because it has pictures of a beautiful pool that we could not have access to. You also do NOT have any Resort amenities. But I must say, the view made up for any issues we had and we would consider coming back.

Great space and perfect location for our wedding guests. The view from the balcony was beautiful, beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. One reserved parking space in the garage was convenient but we had two more couples who had to park at the Yacht Club. Luckily it was not a high season, but I cannot imagine the parking difficulties if it was.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Beautiful inside and out. It is close to the Yacht Club and we could walk there easily to access the pool, food, etc. We will stay here again!!

All good except the master bath. Shower has no pressure and lots of mildew. Toilet seat also broke.

We love Horseshoe Bay … This is the perfect condo for a family vacation… will definitely be back

We loved the location on Horseshoe Bay and enjoyed hanging out on the balcony with the great view. The condo was spacious and had almost everything we needed. The kitchen had basic kitchen supplies (dishes, pots & pans, utensils) so we could cook some of our meals. It even contained some odds and ends like a blender and crock pot. The condo was comfortable but we felt could use a “refresh” of some items like bedding, chair cushions, large skillet, etc. Renters do not have use of the dock or boat slips but there is a nice pool on the property.

Average and could use some TLC. All clocks needed batteries, commode in master bath would keep running unless fixed by user, microwave not working above oven, mattress needs replaced in guest bedroom by hall bath. Overall acceptable but could be better with a little attention.

Loved the location and Condo pool

Overall a very nice place with a wonderful view. It needs a few upgrades, like cushions on the patio furniture and a much more secure lock on the door.

This Condo was one of nicest we’ve ever stayed in. So comfortable and relaxing! Beautiful area!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Patriot's Retreat. While we did not do any lake activities during this trip, the view and the relaxation elements were superb. We will definitely rent some jet skis for our next trip.

Like others have noted, this property isn’t associated with the Resort so you’re not allowed to use any Resort facilities.

We liked all the shopping and restaurants in Marble Falls which is just a few minutes down the road. Our primary purpose for this trip was to visit the Bluebonnet Festival in Burnet. It was a 30 minute drive which we made several times during the Festival. It was an easy drive, and the amenities of this place outweighed staying in Burnet.

The place was clean and well stocked. I left a message with the property manager that the master shower water pressure was disappointing. Hopefully that will get fixed.

Would recommend anyone staying here that wants to be in this lovely part of Texas.

Good and well kept, Close to a city and easy access.

The condo was on a beautiful location, right on Horseshoe Bay, with a gorgeous view of the sunrise. Easy access to Marble Falls and to the multiple Texas state parks that we visited during our stay. The place was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having dinner out on the balcony every night. When we arrived, the refrigerator wasn't working and we were waiting to have it replaced, which they did the following morning. Although that was unexpected, the property manager did a good job of communicating with us throughout that process.

The unit has an awesome view of the bay and the lighthouse. The unit was clean and very spacious for our family.

Property was fantastic. Great lake view and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! The beds were comfortable especially the bed in the master bedroom. It had an adjustable bed with massaging features which was very relaxing. The view was amazing and we loved the lighthouse nearby. Will definitely go back.

Home was clean, updated, with the balcony overlooking the water. Well stocked with toiletries, dishes, towels, floats, etc. Hiked at nearby Horseshoe creek trail. Our family had a great weekend getaway!!
