We are so very pleased by our fantastic stay at this place. It far exceeded any of our expectations that someone could have integrity and actually follow through with the descriptions in the listing. It was beautiful it was well kept and well-stocked. It was just amazing in our family had a great time even though we were here for a funeral. God bless you guys for having the integrity and the grace to provide for people what you said you would provide.

The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. The south facing living & dining areas get a lot of natural light. The master suite is amazing. The location was convenient for walking into town or down to the beach. Nicole was very responsive. There is some train noise - a common problem in the area. Overall, would recommend and stay again.

This house is lovely. It was a great size for our family. It is clean and very well equipped. It is just as the pictures show it to be. It's an easy walk to town. There is plenty of parking. There is a two car garage, room in driveway and on street. We enjoyed our stay and will definitly stay again.

The home was ideal for a family vacation. There were 9 people including two toddlers. The home was spotless, updated, and spacious. The backyard was awesome. The patio table and dining room table were large enough to accommodate everyone. Nicole, the property manager could not be more attentive and accommodating. I actually lost a tiny gold bracelet. It was found and returned back to me. All in all I would give the home and accommodations a top rating and hope to come back next year.

The kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials and the fireplaces kept us warm. The outdoor space is nice the bbq was easy to use. Nicole was very responsive to the few minor issues we encountered and the house is an easy walk/drive to everything Encinitas has to offer. We had a great stay!

It really worked for our family reunion and we would rent it again. Just a note on a couple of downsides - one was the narrow road/driveway leading up to home. There is another unit next door. While there is plenty of garage and driveway parking for our unit the one next door has one space that, when filled, can effectively block access from getting into or out of our area. We had to ask neighbors to move their large van on several occasions. Also the road leading to the house is very busy. At times the traffic was so heavy it was hard to get out on the road. The road isn’t anything the owner can do anything about.

This property was great for us, our two daughters and their families. It is convenient to Legoland and a short drive to the beach. We used the outside grill and the fire pit and the backyard was great for the kids! The double stroller was a bonus, too! This was a great vacation with wonderful memories.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this rental. The house was large, bright, immaculate and very comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the backyard very much. The location was fantastic as it is minutes walking distance to moonlight beach and downtown Encinitas. Would love to come back soon.

This large house was perfect for our extended family (5 couples) who came for our daughter's wedding. It is spotless clean and very comfortable, new high end everything, The large kitchen was well stocked for cooking and food preparation. The dining room table easily accommodated our entire group as well as the living room where we watched basketball on a huge flat screen TV. We particularly enjoyed the backyard outdoor gas fire pit in the evening. There are four bedrooms upstairs and one small converted office bedroom downstairs. All had new very comfortable queen size or larger beds. There were 4 bicycles and plenty of nice beach equipment in the garage. but this is not a beach house. It is at least a 15 min walk to the beach and we drove. The pleasant owner stopped by to see if we needed anything and dropped off a large supply of paper goods which we greatly appreciated. All in all, we had a wonderful stay (everyone commented on how nice the house was) and we would highly recommend and stay here again!

We stayed four nights in this 5 bedroom house over Thanksgiving. There were 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 4. First, we used only four of the five bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have large walk-in closets. We put Pack and Plays in each of those walk-in closets. Our two one-year-old grandchildren slept in Pack-and-Plays inside their parents' rooms. The house was immaculately clean. The kitchen was large, modern, and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. We used the washer and dryer and both worked fine. The backyard was perfect! It was enclosed, safe, and we could let our two 3 year old grandsons play outside with little worry. Nicole and Aaron were very responsive to our needs (Where is the broom?) by phone and text. They were very good hosts.

My family and I (6 adults and 3 children) recently stayed at this beautiful Encinitas rental home. Everything was in perfect order and sparkling clean; the house is quite large and was able to accommodate us all very comfortably. The home is filled with extra amenities such as a full-on home media center including Netflix/Hulu/cable/DVD. The backyard is perfect for grilling and then sitting around the fire pit. Also took note that the fire pit and large grill are both hard-lined to the gas line so as never to worry about filling/changing tanks. There is convenience everywhere, including bicycles/activities for use in the garage. A California sunset overlook is a short walk away. The house is filled with high quality items, from the Calphalon stainless steel professional series cookware to the whirlpool tub and double occupancy shower in the master bedroom. The oven includes both convection cooking as well as a Jenn-Air cooktop. The owner was very polite, responsive, and checked-in to make sure everything was going well. I can't say enough about the property (both inside and outside) and the owner. I hope to be a repeat customer! Thank you for the best time.
