The check-in process was so smooth! The place was immaculately clean, the beds were super comfortable, everything we needed was there, and the views were incredible! The Princesa has great amenities as well. Location is great!

Everything about this place was perfect from beginning to end. I love how secure and safe the resort is. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful and spaious. It is very well decorated and has everything you need to have a great vacation. The resort has a nice restaurant and swim up bar, and is located directly on the beach just footsteps from jet ski rentals and beach massages. The views are spectacular! I highly recommend this condo. and company in general. We had one small issue, and they responded immediately. We will definitely be back!

Loved the fact that master was upstairs away from all the teens.

Six girls from work spent a weekend in Rocky Point. We had a blast. Whale watching, massages, great food, shopping, and a little bar hopping. The condo is a must stay again. The mattresses were so comfortable! We felt safe and the owner was responsive and easy to work with. Beautiful views and wonderful weather.

Beautiful home with the best ocean views! We enjoyed having coffee and cocktails on the balcony, which overlooks the swim-up bar and heated pool! The floor plan was perfect. All bedrooms were spacious and the upstairs primary suite had its own separate balcony with ocean views. The kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to cook our own meals, although the restaurant on property had delicious food and margaritas! We will definitely be staying here again!

This was our first time to Rocky Point and the property is exactly as described! The view of the beach right when you walk in is breathtaking and we had many mornings sitting on the lower balcony watching the ocean and beach. The condo has been completely remodeled recently and has high end finishes. The Keurig machine was a nice add on which we also loved! The Princessa Resort is just what we were looking for. I would say it is quieter than the surrounding resorts and has more open space on the grounds. We used the pools once which were on the cool side but that didn't matter since the ocean was the highlight! Everyday was spent on the beach under the Palapa's. If you are a late riser, you may want to bring your own shade since there are only those in the photos. The beach was great, minimal rocks and lots of shells to find! The water was warm and mostly calm for us. We had a great stay!

Is a good property just a little noise regarding A/C

After we checked out on time they charged our card hundreds and hundreds of dollars without permission… for “cleaning fees” - accused us of destroying their condo and leaving it in shambles. Didn’t contact me to discuss anything just charged my card. Told me to just dispute it, didn’t send pics .. nothing. We didn’t do anything but leave it like we would a hotel. Unmade beds, some trash but we did the dishes and started laundry. Checked out at 11 am and guess what? Everything was fine at 3 pm for the next guest who checked in just fine. Just don’t get any sand on the floor and make sure you freeze your credit card. Too many quality condo rentals in the area to waste your time on this one.

The property was absolutely perfect - close to night life, beautiful beach, everything in the house comfortable clean extra soft sheets and super comfy bed. Kitchen stocked with utensils having coffee pods and bottled water available was a surprise! Loved the lay out the views the entire experience!

Loved the place. Well equipped with all appliances working well. Great double patios with amazing views. The restaurant at resort also very good. Recommend their happy happy hour with 2 for 1 margaritas, their breakfast, and the Cajun shrimp dinner. Thank you!

We had the BEST time, and this was such a clean and luxurious condo with a gorgeous view! We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi very much too. My only suggestion is for Princesa to invest in making a better fitness/weight room. But as for this condo, I highly recommend it!

We came as a family from Kentucky to enjoy Puerto Penasco and relax. Great property/condo and the only downside was the cantina closing for vacation and the inconvenience of the water being off for 6+ hours for two days. It’s hard for a family to have no water and no use bathrooms for that period of time. Weather was chilly in the mornings and at nights but the daytime with the sun out was very enjoyable. This condo is closest for the heated pool but be aware the swim up bar does not open and serve in the winter we learned. Security was phenomenal and very accommodating/friendly.

Condo was darling, it had everything we needed. Beds were VERY comfy, super soft bedding as well. Enjoyed the little cantina located on the property, we had a great time, would highly recommend this condo. The owners were very efficient in responding to my emails.

Our new favorite! We stayed at many different resorts and condos and this is by far the best Honestly, the pictures don’t do this place justice. It is sparkling clean, perfectly equipped, and extremely comfortable. The decor is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay immensely! The beds were fantastic, the linens were high-quality and clean and fresh, and the kitchen and appliances were top-notch. We can’t wait to go back and we will be booking again soon! Thank you so much for such a wonderful place!

Absolutely cannot rave enough about how incredible our stay was. I will make a list: - bath towels were so soft better than any hotel -bed and bedding so comfortable - super spacious and outstanding view - details! So many small details, for example they had beach towels and a beach bag for guests, extra blankets and sheets, extra soaps - extra secure- have to go through 2 gates to get into location Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect, comfortable and I enjoyed this condo very much! Would highly recommend and would book again !

experience great didn't have go to the front desk just check in at the gate awesome keypad to get in condo was so roomy kids loved it im glad they had elevator working I really love this resort been going here since my kids where kids now taking my grandkids just want to let owers know they have a lovely home.

This is our second time staying this resort, but our first time staying in this particular unit. My family and I loved staying here. It was updated, the views were amazing and it accommodated my family’s needs. We were very close to elevator which was an added benefit. The only piece of criticism I have is one of the wash cloths appeared to be unwashed. It had make up on it. No biggie, we just put it in the washing machine to get it clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

There was laundry soap provided which was good to have for washing up the pool towels, and also having a water and ice machine was a plus! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this place again :)
