Decent room for the price. Clean environment. Walkable distance to Crescent Mall with has a plethora of shops and dining options.

Cleaning services and towel change was only done on the third day. No cups/utensils in the apartment.

Host meet us right after we arrived. Very convenient and fast check in. We will stay here again for sure.

There's no free breakfast, although the building has some stores and coffee, so it's possible to eat.

It's a little confusing to find the address, many similar buildings in the same region, even more at night

The bedsheets smelled and the slab near in my bedroom was leaking. Air conditioning should do some servicing.

The apartment is quite good and located 5 minutes away from crescent mall.

The check out experience was not good at all as the hosts almost sat into our apartment for checking out inspite of being on time. There could have been more breakfast options.

Perfect building with super swimming pool, clean well featured apartments. Good communication with host. A lot of shops, cafe and mall are near.

The house was really nice and helpful to accommodate our need of 2 weeks stay. he has staffs around when you need to bring extra stuff like water, towel, keys…the condo has everything and our kids enjoyed the pool and playground. the mall is just across the street. the security guys at the gate was helpful when grab delivery food for us. it’s a bit drive to where I needed to go but quieter than other district.

2 bedder both room bed was uncomfortable, quite stiff. Common room furnish bed with steps, not really user friendly. Laundry brackets spoil, luckily still have the balcony hanger.

The owner should have more of the necessary items in the apartment like hair dryer, ironing board and ironer

The complex was well served for bars, coffee houses and shops. All people were friendly and happy to help. Magnificent Mall over the road...but very expensive. Taxis are good and inexpensive to get about in a busy city

The beds were very very hard, but more importantly the bed in the en suite room collapsed on three occasions!! And despite what the owner may feel about that being amusing LOL...he should replace both beds, as the nights sleep in them caused me severe back pain...which I had two painkiller injections for last night in a Da Bang hospital...I have evidence of this, and I have never experienced back pain like it. One of our party felt that the showers whilst clean and hot did not allow you to stand under shower and wash, but just hose down....needs to replace the cheap shower hose and head.

I book a deluxe apartment so that I can have a. bath tub for my children to shower in leisure , however when I reach there . the property claim that the room booking was extended by the previous family and we got another cheaper room with no discount

Beautiful and big room, everything perfect. I was excited.

I would recommend the hotel to either have a choice of 3 types of breakfast, because the breakfasts were always the same - just always a choice of 2 of the same types. But even that does not change the excellent accommodation!

we love the way the owner of the apartment treating us, he waiting us even we came late and gave the direction to the apartment to the taxi driver. The apartment has easy-checking/checking out process, just leave the room key once you leave for check out. The apartment came to clean the room during we staying. All accommodation is new and workable, kitchen, washing machine, drier and wifi.

actually it is not a matter, just a noisy of the neighbor room close to us, sometime but understandable. just recommendation, not unlike - just in case you are group travel more than 2ppl, let's ask more key card and key room from the owner.
