Had a group of 8 adults come into town for the Baptism of our first grandchild. PLENTY of room as all the bedrooms are good sized, each couple had their own bathroom, family room/kitchen area is open, well lit, and good seating options. Gas fireplace was nice early in mornings and later as night as our trip was in mid-December.

We had a sibling gathering with 13 adults. We all had enough room to spread out and it was nice to have so many master bedrooms. The place was nice and clean. It was great to have the club house across the street with extra parking. Communication with the homeowner was great, when we had a few issues. Overall we had a nice get together in a great home with lots to do all around us. We would stay here again, and hopefully next time the weather will be warmer for swimming. ;)

The towels and some sheets were dirty upon arrival and it was quite dusty. Other than that it was fabulous! Great locations, lots of fun things for kids, tons of space.

Loved this property and location
A few items missing in the kitchen and toaster should be replaced however that was no big deal. I took pics of missing items upon arrival and a broken chair on a balcony just so that we would not be charged for them. Overall we LOVED and would stay again. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home for our visit ❤️

The home is beautiful and well-stocked. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and exercise room. Before we arrived, we received information on the home and property. Great communication. Would definitely recommend!

Great House, Beautiful views, Rec Center is great too. Not much privacy in back yard where hot tub is located. Excellent home for kids due to special kid game room/bedroom and lots of garage activities, ie basketball shoot out, foosball and ping pong (however ping pong table legs were bent and it wouldn't open) our only problem was trying to request a later checkout and never got a response, however overall this place is A+

A perfect Zion Stay
This property was amazing! Very clean, easy check in, conveniently located and plenty of room. Our kids loved winding down at night in the pool after a long day hiking up at Zion. Short drive to Zion. Also close to Sand Hollow State park, a must see. We will definitely be back next summer.

Fun Family Vacation Getaway
This VRBO has all of the accommodations and amenities for a great family gathering and getaway. The home is fully stocked with everything you need. It was clean and organized. Loved the pool and clubhouse.

Excellent for family reunion
This home was perfect for our family reunion. The pool is literally across the street. The home is well organized with everything labeled. It’s pretty well stocked with most everything we needed. Dana communicates well and kept us posted. She also has sample itineraries in the house book which was really helpful to us. I would absolutely love to come back.

Great House, Perfect for Our Group
Dana was super easy to work with. The house was very accommodating and clean, large and spacious. Having the lazy river, clubhouse and pool across the way was a huge plus. It was the perfect homebase for our visits to Bryce and Zion.

The house was very clean and beautiful and had plenty of room for our party of 11. The kitchen was very well equipped, and with the island, there was enough seating for everyone. Dana was easy to communicate with and provided us with everything we needed. We had an amazing time!!

Great Location and Great House
We had a sporting event in the area and our team stayed here. It was a great location with easy driving to St George and Zion National Park. The house and facilities were just as described. I had a question and texted the host and they immediately response. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property
I stayed with a large group of 15 people and everyone loved the property! It was very clean and spacious and had all the appliances we needed. The backyard view was great too and we enjoyed sitting outside. Dana was a gracious host and got back to us via text very quickly. Thank you again, would definitely stay again if visiting Utah!

A great house for large families. The property was located directly across from the pool!!
The house has a nice open kitchen, dining and living room. It was great for gathering, watching TV and hanging out. The kids room upstairs was a nice area for the younger kids to hangout and watch TV or play. Using the pool and work out room was easy and convenient. The house is directly across from the pool. The hot tub was perfect for sore muscles after hiking Angles Landing and the Narrows. Highly recommend this location for families. The host was great with checking in when we arrived to see how everything was or if we needed anything. We would definitely love to rent this again.

Amazing house - wonderful trip
The house exceeded our expectations in all dimensions. Its very large and well looked after and we had a wonderful trip. Check-in was really easy and we arrived to a welcome gift from Dana. The house was extremely clean and is very well looked after. We especially loved the small details - everything has been thought after. Our kids loved the house and kept asking us when we could come back. Dana was very responsive to any requests and when the Keurig machine stopped working she replaced it within 12 hours. The clubhouse across the street is great and the pool was a wonderful place to spend summer afternoons. Honestly don't have a single thing to complain about - its a great house and I highly recommend it. The area around it is lovely and is a great base for a Zion vacation

A great reunion
We had a variety of ages and there was something for everyone! The kids loved the playroom and the teens the video games. We had everything we needed to feed the crew. The clubhouse and pool was awesome and being right across the street was so convenient.

Amazing at all levels
This was amazing! The home was beautiful and clean! It is right across from the pool! It was perfect for my large group! Everyone wants to come here again. Dana was an amazing host and was awesome to work with!

Great place, set up perfect for families traveling with small kids (futons in rooms, playpens) even though we didn't have any. We travelled with older kids and teenagers and lots for them to do with the game room, garage games and pool. Lots of bathrooms, clean and the BEST location to the awesome pool!

Close to National Parks so lots of hiking available and the pool is across the street for unwinding in the late afternoon and evening. The house is spacious, well stocked, and is as advertised with amenities. Lots of room for our extended family. Very pleased with our stay.

Best week with family!
Dana’s place was perfect for our family! King beds for all the couples and plenty of bathrooms! No one was left out, the kids kept busy with the fun pool and arcade games, basketball and ping pong and even a little play circus tent and doll house for the little ones. It was like they’d lived in the home and thought of everyone and everything we might need! We’ll definitely be back!

Awesome Family Vacation
We spent an awesome week with our family of 15 at Dana’s condo in Hurricane Utah. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Dana was very good to work with and promptly answered all questions. We would recommend this condo to anyone who wishes to explore Southern Utah.

Zion getaway
Beautiful house in the heart of Hurricane and a very safe and quiet neighborhood. All the amenities you could want. The clubhouse was a hit with the kids who enjoyed swimming, hot tub, and lazy river. Loved grilling outside with majestic views from the balcony or the patio. Kids loved the game room. Only 30 minutes to Zion. Plenty of local grocery stores minutes away makes for easier packing. Full kitchen with pretty much every appliance you could think of. Great host. Will come again!

Amazing and spacious townhouse that was well stocked with everything that we could need to make our vacation memorable. Dana thought of every detail! Beautiful pool and huge hot tub are right across the street. Easy access to Zion National Park!

Excellent space for large group
We stayed at this property because our kids were participating in a cheer competition. Two other families stayed with us and we had plenty of room. It was clean and spacious. The amenities were awesome as well. We will absolutely stay here again.
