My family, friends, and I had a wonderful time staying here. House was bigger than expected. Plenty of room inside and out for your entire stay!!

My family and I stayed 2 weeks, and the villa was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool at the end of a day visiting disney and universal. Managed to get in a day trip to kennedy space center and also to St Petersburgh and Clear Water beach. Maurice is a great host and always at hand if you need to ask anything. I would recommend Twinkle Villa to anyone wishing to visit Florida

We stayed at this house for a week...It is a perfect vacation home and provided everything we needed and more! There was 8 of us..4 adults and 4 kids..There was plenty of room for everyone! This is a very spacious home and decorated beautifully! The host was amazing as well! Answered any questions we had. Thank you again ! Janet Marble

I was very impressed with the lay out of the home. The newly laid, marble designed, tile floors added nicely to the esthetic of the home. More than ample space to spread out for a large family (including 4 full baths and 2 half baths in entry and pool areas a major plus). The kids loved the pool and game area (more comfortable with provided fan in master closet due to the heat). Neighborhood was quiet nice and safe and only 5 mins from local walmart and grocery stores with other shopping/restaurants nearby as well. Additionally 20-30 mins from Kissimee/Disney parks and other attractions. Would love to stay again when we return to Florida for family vacation in the future!

I will most definitely be back if I’m gonna vacation anywhere close to this area. Maurice was amazing to work with and behind helpful. He went above and beyond. The house was beautiful and clean and there was room for everyone and I had a big family I took with me. I most definitely would recommend anyone to stay here.

Very nice house clean and spacious great neighborhood

We had 12 in our group and had plenty of room. The pool area was amazing, we loved spending our time outside, even though the first couple days were chilly the kids still loved the pool. The owner was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions during our stay. The only thing that was worrisome was the rugs in the home are all rolling up on the edges which caused quite a few of us to trip on several times. The beds were aome of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, made it hard to get up in the mornings! I would definitely stay here again. 🙂

We took our family on a Christmas vacation to this house. The listing stated "newly renovated" that is absolutely false! The floors were peeling up, crappy rugs were put down everywhere to try to cover it, cabinets were pulling away from wall in kitchen and all scuffed up, the mattress were disgusting and uncomfortable, there was black mold EVERYWHERE in the house, the dishes were old and dirty, the bathrooms all had hair in the showers. We requested the pool to be heated. It wasn't. We had to get someone to come turn it on. It takes an entire day to heat. Then 3 days in a row the spa quit and drained. The tv outside in photo is actually in a home made locked box with plexiglass., the remote is locked inside of it. The game room is a joke. The air hockey table doesn't work, 1 of the basketball hoops doesn't keep score, the wii is broke and no games in cases, foosball was uneven. It was completely unusable! Apparently, it's been this way for a long time. The internet kept slowing down and wouldn't run the tv and I called to ask about it. He told me his people were on vacation and I should just enjoy my family. The owner called a day later saying I unplugged it. They are in a locked box with combination. I had no access to it. His complaint was that his security cameras weren't working. After looking around, the house was surrounded by cameras outside .....feeling like a big brother house. I have literally never been so happy to come home. I'm not sure how a house that been in this condition and on vrbo so long only has a few reviews and not many negatives. I think they are getting deleted. I do have photos to back up all my statements. If you're looking for a nice, clean, relaxing vacation, stay away from this house!

We stayed during the last two weeks of September. The home is so lovely and spacious. The beds are comfortable. There was a new outdoor table with tons of seating outside. Very comfortable. The pool was amazing. We did pay for the extra heating and it was worth it. Spa was warm and refreshing and the pool was the perfect ten for swimming and relaxing. The bathrooms are plentiful in this home. The water is very hot and long lasting. We could easily get showers at the same time for all our family members (there was 5 of us). Kitchen is a nice roomy size. And love the table seating as everyone can sit and be part of the conversation with plenty of room for dinner to be on the table too. The Owner and management take great care about the property. The communication with the owner and management is top notch!! We can’t wait to come back to stay again. Best vacation home we have stayed in so far. There are some things I do want to let others know, this is a vacation home, not a B&B. So you will need to bring your supplies. They give you enough to last til you can make it to the market. Second is to be mindful of work rush hour and the theme park rush hour times for I4 and give yourself extra time for traffic. If you go in knowing this your vacation will flow nicely. I grew up in Florida so I know the beast I4 can be but 27 is starting to have its moments now with all the new red lights. Lots of fuel options and grocery markets near by. If you are on the fence on this location, I say take the jump as you will love it. I have never stayed anywhere with such responsive owners and management. You can tell they care. We were sad to leave the home and hope we will get another opportunity to go back to this lovely property. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us, you really made our trip quiet wonderful.

From the first contact up until the last message with the owner, everything was very good. Owner reacted at all my questions and even wished us a safe trip home. Looks like a small thing, but we really appreciated. The home itself is great. Really loved the pool. The kids spend many hours in the gameroom. Lots of space and nice rooms and bathrooms. The service from the property manager was really good. She even got us some grocery upon arrival! We had a wonderful time!!!

Overall, this was a nice place to stay in central Florida. It was clean. If you are going to the parks every day, I would suggest staying closer to them, as the traffic on I-4 is very bad, taking about an hour to get to Sea World. Since we only went one day, it wasn't so bad. The biggest plus of this property is the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool area was also nice. This a gated community, requiring stopping at the gate each time you enter. Also, the driveway is not very large and the guard warned about overly zealous tow truck drivers. My recommendations to the owner would be 1) Repair flooring on the first floor. Some of the flooring has pieces coming up that are sharp, Some of the rugs have curved edges that are fall hazards. Also, some rugs are loose and slide too easily to be safe for older people. 2) The thermostat was frustrating. It was locked to a certain range and the temp would increase if no one was moving around upstairs after a certain amount of time. It should have allowed for cooler temps this time of year. I understand the need to protect the equipment, but felt it was overly restrictive. 3) Some of the smart switches would turn lights off in the dining and living room when people were in them, not sure of the time, but we were at the table one night and watching a movie another and the lights turned off.

From booking to check-in, owners and managers were great to work with. Our stay was 80-90 weather. Back in Missouri we keep our thermostat about 68. Property thermostat could not be programmed below 74, and windows and doors had to be kept closed. That would be our only negative.

Our family of 4 enjoyed a long weekend at this lovely house to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The house is so spacious and well appointed. The pool and spa were perfect. We had a great time in the game room also. It was a wonderful weekend.

If you stay there and like golf you must play at Southern Dunes ( less than 5 minutes from the house) and one of the best public golf courses in Florida. Thanks Maurice.

We stayed here with our family, a friend's family and my husbands parents. There were 10 of us and this house was perfect. There are plenty of rooms for large families and the setup is such that all groups felt like we had our own space. The pool outside was wonderful with a separate bathroom outside. I recommend this villa if you have a large family.
